The Doors Are Open By Jorge Parrott

At times the whole earth has to shake for us to see heaven open. Does our complacency and lukewarm heart keep us from seeing into the spiritual realm? In 1 Corinthians 2:9 we see ‘…as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

We are entering a time of unprecedented change never experienced before. While the earth trembles and quakes at an alarming pace many nations are raging. Presidents and Kings come and go while those who are disciples of Jesus Christ are awakening to fresh encounters of the Holy Spirit. There is a smell of fresh morning dew in the air. The Lord is preparing us so we are not surprised at anything that is offered by the world. God is preparing us to stay amazed at his indescribable sovereignty and majesty.Rick Joyner spoke recently of a dream he had and saw two doors open to MorningStar. One door led to an increase in grace and favor and the other door led to increased revelation. Rick said there was much in heaven awaiting us that we had not accessed. Our unbelief has limited what God desires for us to accomplish for his glory. God gives grace to the humble and resists the proud. Let us be known as a movement that does not limit God in any way.

The body of Christ worldwide may appear to have been sleeping for a season but now there is a stirring and an awakening that signals a convergence of intercession, persecution, hunger and prophetic proclamations. The flames of lasting revival are burning hotter and hotter. We may have thought it was not our time, but now it is our time. Prophetic discernment of the times heightens our sense of urgency to save souls and to roar with the Lion of Judah.

Is It Not Our Time?
When Jesus changed the water into wine at his first recorded miracle when the wedding party at Cana ran out of wine and his Mother expected him to do something about it, we read in John 2:4 “Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does your concern have to do with Me? My hour has not yet come.” (NKJV) Whether he acted out of love for his mother or in obedience to the voice of his Father that day he proved that no natural law was stronger than the laws of heaven. Rick had another remarkable dream recently where he was not subject to any natural law or even the laws of gravity. Our dreams help pave the way for our hearts and minds to accept what formerly seemed impossible. With God nothing is impossible.

Just Go Forward!
When the Egyptians were on the tails of the Jewish people coming out of Egypt, fear came upon the Jews. In the natural they saw the Red Sea before them and the angry army behind them. They had no choice but to cry out to Moses their leader. In Exodus 14:13- 16 ‘And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” ‘And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.’
Many are standing in a state of shock over the surprises of the last few years. Many have experienced serious loss of some kind; from losing their jobs, their savings, their equity, their homes or more. Even our nation and our very Constitution are at grave risk. The
Lord is merciful in how he has sought to gain our attention. Are we ready to cry out, get over ourselves, repent as a nation, and be a warm host of the tsunami of souls coming in? The Lord is encouraging us to “Go forward”.

Our faith looks for ways to increase as we witness increasing reports of miracles, healings, and supernatural events right before our eyes. Many are standing at the precipice of entering a realm of the fullness of a new, fresh commitment to the life of sacrifice living the way Jesus lived and died for us so we can live abundantly. John 10:10

The Holy Spirit loves to bring order to chaos. This inward stirring of the great harvest, dreams, prophetic breakthrough, and boldness arising is the living Spirit of God residing and speaking in his people for such a time as this. The recent time of trials and pruning will truly fade as mere temporary light afflictions as we see the glory of God increasing every where we go. Rejoice as you enter the battles ahead to enter your promised land. The Spirit of God is sharpening our focus to shut out the distractions and static that formerly caused us to get off track.

Even now we may look splintered and a bit rag-tag, but just like the twelve that Jesus picked to change the world, so too are we called for such a time as this. Our common unity is that we hunger to reach the lost, heal the sick, make disciples of all nations, and see heaven populated with those who once were on their way to hell. There is no adventure more exciting than the faith realm.
Prophetic evangelism and our ministry of the supernatural is the reality of the true and normal Christian life. The fires of revival and the coming tsunami of souls are but previews of the coming attractions.

Our faith is the key to overcoming the darkness, the doubt, and unbelief. The Lord only goes where he is welcome and he stands at the door of our hearts, at the door of our churches, knocking to see if we will let him in.

The Lord uses the most unlikely vessels to accomplish the most unbelievable. In John 20:30-31 we see “And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.”

We are created in the image of the triune God and we are called to be imitators of Jesus Christ. We are not God and we are not Jesus, but we are supernatural beings in these earthen vessels in preparation for ruling and reigning with the Captain of the host of the army. The completed work on the cross is more than enough for us to be world changers as we seek ‘to do what the Father does, and speak what the Father speaks.’

We Are To Walk In This Authority
In Matthew 28:18 we read ‘And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Testimonies Paving The Highway To Heaven

How many verified miracles have you heard of in the last few years? Todd Bentley, Rob and Aliss Cresswell, Bob Jones and many more in the global Body of Christ are testifying to documented supernatural healings and prophetic words, dreams, and visions coming to pass during our lifetime. The numbers are increasing daily. We have not seen anything yet!

John Wimber is known as having prayed for a thousand people before the first one was healed. May we grow in persistence through the trials, tribulations and the tests by exercising daily our measure of faith by feeding our faith. 1 John 5:4 reminds us “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith”.

In Revelations 4:1 we read ‘After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

Jesus is knocking at the door of our heart. We must choose daily to examine ourselves and seek fresh revelations and encounters to open that door more and more. The king of glory wants to come in.
Bobby Conner likened the spiritual reality of the Kingdom to a thin veil of ‘Saran Wrap” one or two years ago. That veil between the earthly and heavenly realm is now even thinner. The Kingdom of God is at hand. May our eyes be opened to see the doors before us. May we step through the open doors to the supernatural as Kings and Priests of the most high God. See it, smell it, hear it, touch it, breathe it in, and speak it out-declaring freedom to the captives, in Jesus’ name. It is time for us to see the open doors and walk in.
