Talking to Demons...entertaining spirits...talking to the dead BY JEFFREY STEWART

This is the scariest day to be a demon on earth, especially one of the higher level ones. Their house of cards is about to be pulled down as this mighty move of God, and Awakening on a scale never seen before, moves across the globe, and billions of captives are set free to accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord.

I will tell you one thing I saw in the future. There are indeed haunted houses, but its evil spirits. They like to hide in dark places like cockroaches. But when the OUTPOURING hits the cities containing these houses, they will be SWEPT clean by the Presence of God

The Lord clearly tells us not to try to talk to the "dead" because you cannot, you end up talking to something else, and folks like Zach "do". They seriously need our prayers. Beyond that, you need to fill your heart, your mind, your mouth, your eyes with His Word, and pray in the Spirit, and Worship Him. That is when you begin to make a positive difference in this world

The Lord told us to not use mediums, etc to talk to the dead for a reason. Like EVERYTHING else He tells us to do, it is because HE LOVES US. He is not trying to keep you from talking to your dead mother or father, He is trying to keep you from talking to a DEMON imitating your dead mother or father. And demons want nothing more than to torment man and tell them things that will ultimately lead to them going to hell. Saul talking to Samuel through the witch of endor. If you read the story, you will notice, that witch WAS SURPRISED when Samuel actually did show up. Why was she surprised, because mediums are used to yielding their voices to FAMILIAR spirits, spirits who make a point of letting their hosts "know things" about people they are talking to. Like a dead father's first name, etc. Having a fact right means nothing. demons knew of Jesus and Paul's names as well when they spoke to the the Seven Sons of Sceva right before attacking them.

Those ghost hunters like Zach and the like, who are not Christian, have NO BUSINESS seeking after what the Lord has forbidden in that area, and the unhealthy fascination with this subject AMONG GOD'S CHILDREN is even worse. Why would any SON OR DAUGHTER of God want to hear what a demon says. Jesus' interaction with them was pretty direct, he did not make a point of having conversations with them about life. TV shows like "Long Island Medium" etc ------ AVOID, a Christian has NO BUSINESS watching them. A lot of the ghost hunter shows are the same way.

My comment on Jeffrey's post:
There are PEOPLE who have rejected any wooing of the Holy Spirit. They are spiritually DEAD. Zombies. Ghosts. If you talk to them they are confrontation, they are angry, they want to debate. I have come to the conclusion that this kind of talking to the dead is equally fruitless. WHEN they HEAR the spirit of God calling, they will be ready. We can test, but a dead man walking is going to be pretty fruitless.
Jeffrey responds:
I have never seen a more contentious bunch, willing to debate at the drop of a hat, than religious, spiritually dead people - people who have their minds filled with thoughts that exalt themselves against a knowledge of the truth. People who would rather talk about God than spend time with Him. People who would rather talk about the dates various gospels were written, than share the gospel with the lost. Yes, I have had MANY run ins with the dead, people who hate revelation, who would rather quote a theology professor than God, who even in some cases think that they know MORE than God, by pointing out "flaws" in things Jesus Himself said - as in "apparent" contradictions.

STOP BEING BROKE ALL THE TIME

...Here's an answer:

IF you are always struggling with finances. IF you seem to be constantly in debt, lack or need. There is a spiritual dynamic you may not be aware of that is in play. Whatever you resent will distance itself from you spiritually. True of spiritual gifts, you don't see many miracles in the western church because there is resentment by denominational leaders of those who manifest them. You don't see much prophetic release in many churches so the preaching is lukewarm and frankly insipid. Whatever you resent or disassociate yourself in identity will distance itself from you.

IF you are broke and resent people who have made a lot of money by their own hands, you will work hard and never make money. If you are broke and resent people who inherited big money, you can bet that won't happen to you. If you are broke and resent people who get great jobs thru no apparent effort of their own, you ca
n count on the fact you won't either.

The principle is this, your attitude toward those who are where you wish you could be will open or close the door for you. Be VERY VERY careful who you criticize and secretly resent. You are putting into play a spiritual truth that will come around to haunt you.

Begin to admire, study, learn from, connect with, work for, work with, emulate, pattern, model your life after those who have done well. It works spiritually and it works financially. We know all about spiritual sons, arbor bearers etc. The same principle of learning from those who got there, emulating, and admiring still works. Why do we think that's only in the church world. Stop being broke. Start looking to those with more and ask not, WHY THEM, but ask WHY NOT ME?

Bobby Conner: God Is Wooing Us

The voice of the Lord is now awakening His sleeping Bride and the hand of the Lord is arousing His beloved (Song of Songs 5:1-6). Why? The King is wooing His Bride, awakened and aroused Believers, into the wilderness. There, in this place of intimacy with the King, He is going to conform us into His image and commission us for the end-time harvest.

The Spirit of the Lord is now releasing a powerful command to the awakened Church and the message is clear! God's word for this last-day generation is "Awake, arise and advance!"

The Purpose of the Wilderness

Indeed, we are in a season of swift, radical change. Times of global transition are upon us. Why, in such a time of upheaval, is the Spirit of God wooing His Bride into the wilderness? Only in the wilderness with our Beloved will we learn to hear and follow His voice without hesitation. Recognizing and obeying the voice of our Bridegroom without reservation is of vital, extreme importance in this season (see John 10:3). We are being called to the wilderness for intimacy – to then bear much fruit. We are being equipped to advance the King in His Kingdom!

The King's words will empower us for our mission of the last days. Only in this wilderness of separation unto the Lord will we discover the open door of hope and opportunity (Hosea 2:14).

The Response of the Bride

Beloved saints, we must answer His tender call to enter this wilderness experience with our King. The Lord is crying, "Come away with Me!" and we must respond, "Draw me and I will run after You!" (Song of Songs 1:4). The end-time Church must not and will not continue to stumble about in darkness and indecision. This is a crucial hour; we must walk with an intensity of vision like never before. The chief goal, aim and divine purpose of our lives must be no less than union with Christ (Ephesians 5:14-18).

Now, this day is the time to humble ourselves and cleave to the Spirit of God, hearing and obeying His voice to maximize every moment, redeeming the time (Ephesians 5:16).

Heaven's Trumpets are Sounding!

The Spirit of God is demanding that the prophetic trumpets make a sure sound. His revelatory call is sounding in order to awaken and arouse His sleeping Church, to compel His Body to respond in abandoned, passionate love for Christ our King and the dunamis power of His resurrection.

In these transitional times, we simply must have ears to hear what the voice of the Lord is saying to this generation, as well as eyes to see what His hand is doing in order to do exactly as He directs and speak only as He speaks.

An Apostolic Age Unlike Others

The Spirit of Truth is releasing a pure message concerning the establishment of the coming Kingdom age but we must not compare this new release of apostolic authority with church ages, revivals, awakenings or movements of the past. Remember what the Lord said to Joshua: "You have never been where you are now going" (Joshua 3:4). As Joshua was warned to be prepared in his day, a day unlike any other, so we, too, are being prepared for the coming age a wholly new, unimaginably glorious move of the Spirit of God.

Unfortunately in the past, precious Believers have fallen prey to the misguided teachings of the "Kingdom now" theology. These teachers entertained deep error, not understanding that we cannot have true Kingdom power until we fully embrace the King. By God's grace, we do not have to be deceived by these errors again.

Advancing His Purposes Not Ours

Beloved, the Almighty God will not release His precious and powerful anointing to advance our personal agendas. We must repent and turn from our selfish ambitions and vain pursuits, die to ourselves, pick up our cross and follow the Lamb wherever He goes. We must seek first, foremost and only His Kingdom and glory. Our prayer must be, "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven" (Luke 11:2, Matthew 6:10).

Who and what is at the center of this coming move of God? None other than the King Himself, the matchless Jesus Christ! The Coming Messiah! Our Bridegroom! Our Beloved! The Fairest of Ten Thousand! In Christ alone does the fullness of the Godhead dwell (Colossians 2:9). Ask the Lord to search your heart: make sure that your labors are not to advance your own life but to advance His cause and glory. There must be a swift synchronization between God's will and our walk.

Do not resist the wooing of your King to join Him in the wilderness. He longs to share the depths of His heart with you, ravish you with His love and reveal the mysteries of His coming Kingdom age. Pray this often and fervently, beloved saints: "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven" (Luke 11:2, Matthew 6:10). Amen!

Where Do You Go For Counsel? The Counsel of the Lord?

Psalm 32:8 – I will instruct you and teach you in the way
you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.

Psalm 33:10-11 – My Lord brings the counsel of the nations
to naught; He makes the thoughts and plans of the
people of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever
(it’s unchangeable; it works; it is THE answer), the
thought of His heart though all generations.

Hebrews 6:17 – The Lord’s counsel is immutable and unchangeable.

Proverbs 19:21 – There are many plans in a man’s heart,
nevertheless, the Lords counsel – that will stand.

Isaiah 46:10 – My counsel shall stand and I will do all my
pleasure and purpose.

Psalm 16:7, 11 – I will bless the Lord who has given me
counsel; yes, my heart instructs me in the night season.
You will show me the path of life (fullness of joy, pleasures
forevermore).

Proverbs 3:32 – For the perverse person is an abomination
to the Lord, but His secret counsel is with the upright.

Psalm 25:14 – The secret of the Lord have they who fear
Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to
them its (deep, inner) meaning.

Jeremiah 23:18 – For who has stood in the counsel of the
Lord, and has perceived and heard His Word? Who has
given heed to His word and listened? V. 22 – But if they
had stood in my counsel and had caused My people to
hear My words, then they would have turned them from
their evil way and from the evil of their doings.

Job 12:13 – Only with God are wisdom and might; He
alone has counsel and understanding.

Psalm 73:24 – You will guide me with Your counsel and
afterward receive me to honor and glory.

Psalm 73:24, 28 – You will guide me with your counsel…
it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust
in the Lord God and made Him my refuge…

Proverbs 20:5 – Counsel in the heart of man is like deep
water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.

Isaiah 11:2 – The Spirit of the Lord is the Spirit of wisdom
and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the
Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.

Isaiah 28:29 – The Lord is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance.

Jeremiah 32:19 – You are great in counsel and mighty in
work, for your eyes are open to all the ways of the sons
of men…

It is the Lord who has the true counsel for your life. He is the one who has “the” answers to all of your problems and questions. His truth is what will set you free. Why would you go to the world around you for counsel when the Counselor lives right within your heart and has promised to give wisdom to those who ask in faith?

Don’t Neglect to Hear and Heed His Counsel

Psalm 1:1-2 – Blessed is the man who works and lives
not in the counsel of the ungodly… But his delight and
desire are in the Word.

Isaiah 30:1-2 – Woe to the rebellious children who take
counsel and carry out a plan, but not Mine, and who
make a league, but not of my Spirit… who set out to go…
and have not asked Me… V. 7 – For Egypt’s help is
worthless and toward no purpose. V. 9 – For this is a rebellious people… who will not hear the law and instruction of the Lord. V. 15-18 – He is waiting for you to come
to Him and listen and do it His way so He can be gracious
to you and bless you.

Isaiah 31:1-3 - Woe to those who go down to Egypt for
help, who rely on horses and trust in chariots because
they are many and in horsemen because they are very
strong, but they look not to the Holy One of Israel, nor
seek and consult the Lord! And yet He is wise and brings
calamity and does not retract His words; He will arise
against the house (the whole race) of evildoers and
against the helpers of those who work iniquity. Now the
Egyptians are men and not God, and their horses are
flesh and not spirit; and when the Lord stretches out His
hand, both [Egypt] who helps will stumble, and [Judah]
who is helped will fall, and they will all perish and be consumed together.

Psalm 106:13 – They soon forget His works; they did not
wait for His counsel…

Psalm 107:10-12 - Some sat in darkness and in the
shadow of death, being bound in affliction and in irons
because they had rebelled against the words of God and
spurned the counsel of the Most High. Therefore He
bowed down their hearts with hard labor; they stumbled
and fell down, and there was none to help.

Proverbs 1:25-33 – And you treated as nothing all my
counsel and would accept none of my reproof… Therefore
you will eat the fruit of your own way and be satiated
with your own devices

Joshua 9:14-15 – So the men of Israel took some of their
food and did not consult (ask counsel of) the Lord. So
Joshua made peace with them, and made a covenant
with them to let them live…

God expects us to come to Him in our times of trouble and wait for His counsel and act on it.

Isaiah 48:16-18 - He is the One who will teach us to profit
and lead us in the way we should go. If we hearken, we
will have peace and prosperity like a flowing river and
righteousness like the waves of the sea.

Psalm 62:1, 5 – For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from Him comes my salvation…My soul wait only upon
God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him.

Rick Joyner: Don't Overreact to Mistakes

Rick JoynerAlmost every prophetic person I know stated that 2012 will be "the best of times and the worst of times." I think this has proven true, but I think it will be increasingly true with each passing year. We are entering the most challenging times in world history and the best time there has ever been to know and walk with the Lord. As I have said too many times to count, we are living in the times of Isaiah 60.

We are entering times when we must face ultimate issues in America and in every other nation. In Scripture, this is called "the Valley of Decision." Everyone called to live on earth during these times must pass through this valley, but now is the time to resolve in our hearts what our decision will be – that we will never compromise the truth that we have been entrusted with and we will never deny the Lord who paid such a price for our salvation. If we remain true we cannot lose, and we are promised to see His glory.

As the Lord also said, as we do unto the least of His, we are doing it unto Him. Therefore, when any of His people are being targeted, we need to rise up and stand with them just as we would with Him. When we learn to do this as Christians, and the love we have for one another becomes known in this way, the world will see it and soon begin to see by this that Jesus was not only sent by the Father, but He is still here in His people.

When the devil knows that he cannot stop someone, he often gets behind them to push them too far. His first goal is to keep people from seeing the light of Christ, but once they do, he can still cause damage to their faith if he can push them to an extreme.

A ditch is on either side of the path of life. Basically, legalism is on one side and lawlessness on the other. The path of life is between these extremes. Many Christians spend their lives oscillating between these two ditches because of their tendency to overreact to mistakes or failures. The key word here is "overreact." If we have been in an extreme, some reaction is necessary, but the key here is not to overreact and therefore fall into the opposite extreme.

Obviously, we also have a problem waiting for the Lord. There are many exhortations in Scripture to wait upon the Lord, and I don't know of a single one that says to hurry. Many, especially the zealous, often get burned from getting ahead of the Lord. The key is not to lose our zeal and become so hesitant that we are hard to get moving at all. A main reason why Jesus gave Peter the keys to the Kingdom was his ability to fall or make major mistakes but then get back up and keep going.

Proverbs 24:16 states, "A righteous man falls seven times, but rises again." Many seem to believe that the righteous cannot fall at all, but James assured us that "we all stumble in many ways" (see James 3:2). We all will make mistakes, but "the righteous" do not let those mistakes keep them down. I felt the Lord explained this to me that our failures do not displease Him as much as our getting back up after we have stumbled and continuing to fight on pleases Him.

As I have spent decades working with prophetically gifted people, one thing I began to see early was that those who are trusted with the greatest gifts and spiritual authority are those who sometimes make the biggest, and especially, the most embarrassing mistakes. They are humbled, and they do not quit, but learn from the mistakes and keep going. It seems like it is only after a big embarrassment that the Lord will trust them with greater revelation and authority. Some will wise up quickly to understand that God gives His grace to the humble, so they will gladly embrace the humility and keep on going.

I often hear people say that they would like to step out and try their gifts, but they don't want to fail because they don't want to hurt someone's faith. I've learned to interpret this to mean that they have so much pride, or insecurity, that they're too proud to risk embarrassment or too afraid to risk failure. In this way they trust who they are, or are not, more than they trust the Lord. If our stepping out and being wrong hurts someone's faith, then they have their faith wrongly placed anyway. They need to be disillusioned, which means to lose our illusions. It is an illusion to trust in men instead of the Lord.

Even so, neither do we want to fall into the ditch on the other side that would have us become presumptuous or callous with the gifts of God. As we are told in Proverbs 14:26, "In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children will have a place of refuge." It is an awesome thing to be used to represent the King of kings, and we don't ever want to take for granted what a privilege and a responsibility this is. If we can stay between these extremes, we will do well.

When Satan Prophesies

As a prophet I have come to tune my ear to the voice of the Father. It is a clear voice. It agrees with His written word. It comes as counsel, comfort, encouragement, love, hope, joy and a multitude of other things that we love to hear. There is nothing like the voice of God.... to lift a person and build confidence in them.

There are other voices. Destructive voices. They are voices that may not say they are, but are voices prompted by the enemy of our souls. They are in fact the prophetic voices of satan himself.

Many good Christians hearing these voices will believe the lies and begin to fall into a web of deceit that leads them to destruction. IF they do not hear from God, if they do NOT put themselves in a place to be informed of his Spirit, they are targeted by the enemy. Many in high leadership are in exactly this place in the church. The greater the leader, the more he or she must hear HIS voice...thru others in confirmation in particular.

The word of GOD outlines the schemes of the Devil that are the same exact tools he uses today to discourage, defeat and derail Christians from their God given prophetic destiny. When you see or hear this in today's news, you will know it is satanic prophecy:

Mob rule killed Jesus. Tried to push him off the cliff. Tried to stone the woman caught in adultery. Mob rule is when you hear or see someone trying to stir up one group against another in anger or hatred. This is NOT GOD. This is a demonic influence. Watch carefully in the days to come near the election for those who will call themselves christian but who are actually manifesting the action of Mob Madness. It's demonic.

Jesus in the desert was tempted (which means he considered it) for fame, power and to avoid suffering. Satan USED the word of GOD to PROVE this to Jesus... Jesus was only able to resist BY the word of God. Many satanic prophets use God's word to convince people that they can shortcut their way to Fame, Power, Fortune and avoid difficulty. Wasn't true then, still isn't.

Adam and Eve were convinced to doubt God. Hath God Said? It's gong on today. Still. We hear what He says to us, and then immediately satan comes to steal the word from us. Remember the parable of the soils? It's what happened to Adam and Eve...and when you get a word from God what will happen to YOU. It's satan's prophetic word that brings doubt.

Judas thought he could speed things up. Satan deceived him into believing that IF he just hurried things along, Jesus would lead a revolution against the Romans. He was listening to the prophetic lie, "God needs your help, God needs you to take action because if you don't God can't move". YES God Does depend on us to carry out his will...but the deception comes when we do something that is prompted by a voice that says HURRY.

Confusion, "YES BUT" is what it sounds like. This satanic voice will argue rather then clarify. You will hear them and find yourself completely baffled. God is not the author of confusion...that is satans realm.

Accusation and condemnation come from the pit.
When you find yourself accused or condemned, remember there is NO condemnation except that which comes from the pit of hell. Satan's job is to be the accuser of the brethren. SO, if you are going to be successful you must turn a deaf ear to the accusations and condemnations you hear. Don't listen to the prophecies of satan.

Reason over Faith in God
is an old form of satanic deception. Paul almost convinced Festus but reason kept him from faith in God. Paul reasoned at Athens...but to little effect. You can not reason someone into faith. It is impossible. There is a corollary, it goes like this, IF I just understood the Bible better I could convince people to become Christians. While it is critical to know the word of God, we need to learn to trust HIM to provide the opportunities to lead people to faith...by his Spirit. Intimacy trumps scholarship every time. Some of the best Bible scholars are pagans.

Fighting against flesh and blood. Satan will continue to create strive between and among believers. One group against another. One race, one denomination, one creed. Each taking sides. Division. It expands to the world. Do you think the bloody sectarian riots you see around the world are anything LESS than a satanic plot? When you are tempted to fight back against flesh and blood, fight rather against the spirit that propagated the response. Our battle is NOT against flesh and blood.

To convince people to be and remain ignorant.
When people refuse to keep informed about things happening all around them and how they relate to the deep long cycles of history, particularly as defined in the scriptures and prophetically, they live in ignorance. This is a particularly dangerous scheme of the devil. Getting people to simply write off warnings of things to come. Not in a Premillenialist form, but thinking those things can or will not ever happen again.

The name Satan means "adversary," someone who stands in opposition to you or your plans. Even if an adversary cannot stop your plans, he will derive great pleasure in causing a hindrance to your work. Satan's hindrances to God's work (gospel) can take on many forms, i.e., fear, intimidation, anxiety, discouragement, depression, despair, discontent, unforgiveness, the love of money, greed, covetousness, selfishness, the cares of this world, criticism, slander, gossip, envy, jealousy, and so on. Do you see a common thread? Yes, Satan will appeal directly to our corruptible flesh in order to hinder God's gospel message. Therefore, we must not allow our emotions or carnal reasoning to ever triumph over God's Word within our hearts.

One lie of satan is that if it offends someone's heart, it's not of God. That is not true. We should not intentionally go around trying to cause offense, but people are offended by the truth of God. Thumper's mom in the Walt Disney Movie said, "if you cant say something nice, say nothing at all". That means that in a world that hates the truth of God we will remain mum. We must be bold to speak, not with the intention of causing offense, but with the intention of bringing truth even rising offense sometimes. Be careful but, Nevertheless, to say the absence of offence should be our goal simply cannot be supported by Holy Scripture!

We must learn to say within our heart and in the power of the Holy Spirit, "Get behind Me, Satan (Adversary)! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God's interests, but man's." You may say, "That's too hard brother!" But you must also remember, obedience is defined by doing something you do not wish to do! Hebrews 5:8: "Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered."

Be willing to keep the bridge open between you and others...but do so in love. When you sever relationships, you sever the opportunity to bring truth in love. It happens more then we know that by our division it kills. Denominationalism is one such. It resulted in martyrdom long ago. This drove a wedge between them, which consummated in division, separation, and finally death. Therefore, we must not be found doing the same to each other by means of slander and gossip, as it would be an antithesis to our collective calling as ministers of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19: "Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation."

We must not listen to a voice that calls us to split off from others in the Body of Christ. We can move on, but not in hatred or anger. Maintaining relationship must be the goal. When splits come..the come to destroy. Indeed what an insidious devilish scheme this is, as the evil one all ready knows! It's written in Luke 11:17, "Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and a house divided against itself falls."

The protection we need is the full armor of God as expressed not just in Ephesians 6, but in 1 Corinthians 13. IF it doesn't pass the love test...it's satanic a it's root. We MUST be fully armed against all the schemes of the enemy that come as his words whispering in our ears.

Wade E. Taylor: Entering a New Season

Wade E. TaylorIf we are feeling "spiritually empty," it may be the Lord's intention for us to feel this way. The Lord often removes the old to make room for the new, as we are about to enter into a new season. Thus:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 5:3).

Rather than being discouraged or complaining about our present struggles, we should hold this sense of being "dissatisfied" (spiritually empty) before the Lord in anticipation of a new and deeper spiritual experience, which is beyond our present level of spirituality.

For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land. Song of Solomon 2:11-12

"The Winter Is Past"

At this present time, the "dry season has come to its end." Therefore, we are to hold our being "spiritually empty or dissatisfied" before the Lord, asking to be brought into a higher level of spiritual desire and hunger. When we do this, our feelings of being unspiritual will become a prayer to release the Lord to meet with us in a fresh new way, beyond anything that we have experienced in the past.

"The Rain Is Over and Gone"

The rain has accomplished its purpose (past revelations and visitations), therefore:

"The Flowers (Are Beginning To) Appear On the Earth"

The soil has been energized and is saying, "Wake up, wake up, this is the time for the flowers to appear." The warmth of the "latter rain" has touched the seed (the spiritual potential within us), and a new expression of life is about to spring forth from deep within us.

The "Son" is beginning to shine as never before, and we are coming closer to the time of His appearing as "the rain is over and gone" (our being satisfied with past levels of spiritual attainment, revelations, and visitations). This "new season" of end-time revelation will begin to unfold before us if we will look up in faith, believing that the Lord will visit us.

There is a fresh stirring of the Lord's desire for us to become all that He would have us to be. We are hearing a new message beyond anything that we have heard in the past. Our part is to be spiritually open and receptive.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches... After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in Heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, "Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter." Revelation 3:22, 4:1

Especially at this present time, an "open Heaven" is becoming increasingly available to us, through which the "Son" can shine brightly to release the potential that is buried within us. For this to happen, we must respond with anticipation, expectancy, and patience.

In the past, there were times and places in which there was a substantial moving of the Spirit, and many came to respond to the presence of the Lord. However, as soon as this "presence" lifted, they left, as their interest was in being blessed, rather than in being changed.

Therefore, each time of visitation will be tested with what appears to be a drought after the time of rain (the winter is past). If we will stay and press through, seeking the Lord for Himself, He will come to take us beyond anything that we have previously experienced. If we leave His presence prematurely, the Lord will also go home.

"The Time of the Singing of Birds Is Come"

This "singing" speaks of the melody of Heaven. Like the early morning singing of birds, true worship flows in prophetic harmony. As we harmonize together as being one, the Heavens will open and we will be lifted into the realms of glory. There is within the harmony of pure worship (our voices united as being one) that which not only satisfies the Lord, but also edifies us in the inner depth of our spirit.

This release of worship to the Lord is beyond praise, where all may be shouting, or giving expression through excitement. Rather, it is a harmony in which divine adoration flows up to the Lord. This will cause the Heavens to open and we will be lifted out of time, into eternity. Once we have experienced this, we will never be satisfied with less, as we will have found the satisfaction that we longed for. Many have experienced touches of this higher realm of worship and desire more.

"The Voice of the Turtle Is Heard In Our Land"

The Lord is beginning to unfold before us new levels of revelation as a "foretaste" of the age to come. He is seeking to take us beyond our hearing messages that relate to the past, or to the future, into the higher realm of "prophetic revelation" in which we are receiving a present living word.

This "voice of the turtle" speaks of our being given prophetic understanding that is beyond that which is presently known and accepted. We must be "conditioned" by the Lord in order to enter into this higher realm of end-time revelation, which goes beyond our past understandings; thus, the present "reduction" that is taking place.

A "forerunner" is one who has a present experience in that which is yet to become openly available. During the 1950s, deeper-life Bible teachers were criticized and judged because, as forerunners, they saw and understood that which was beyond what most were seeing or understanding. As there were forerunners in that day, there are those today who are reaching into the unknown, who also must pay the price of not being understood.

The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. Song of Solomon 2:13

"The Fig Tree Puts Forth Her Green Figs..."

This speaks of Israel. All that is presently happening concerning Israel and the Arab nations is an indication that we are living in the end-time.

"And the Vines With the Tender Grape Give a Good Smell"

This speaks of a present increase in the Lord's manifested presence and glory in the Body of Christ.

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee... Isaiah 60:1-4

This refers to "glory" abiding upon us so it can be visibly seen (an open Heaven). At the same time, there is an increasing darkness that is covering both the earth and the people. Many only see this darkness, but there is another side of the coin – "the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee."

Before Jesus comes to appear "outwardly," He must first come "within" us so His glory can radiate out from us to affect the nations.

When He shall come to be glorified in His saints, and to be admired in all them that believe... II Thessalonians 1:10

Just as Jesus impacted the world through a single body in His first coming, as a part of His second coming, there will be a powerful manifestation of His glory through a corporate Body (those who are being called apart for a time of preparation).

"Arise, My Love, My Fair One, And Come Away"

There is a present urgency and need to present ourselves as being available to become a "place of habitation" for the presence and glory of the Lord, beyond anything that has previously been experienced or seen. This manifestation of His glory will impact the nations.

May we pray together that we will rise above our present feeling of dissatisfaction, and be ready for that day.

Lord, we consecrate ourselves to be a part of Your corporate Body for the expression of Your presence and glory to the nations. Lord, let us become that beautiful flower, a people birthed forth to reveal Your glory to this dark world.

God has called you to manifest His Kingdom through signs and miracles... Do you accept the challenge?

IS a Church without the Fullness of the Holy Spirit Legitimate (or even legal) in GOD's eyes?

I was traveling yesterday. Tuned into Sonlife Radio. I don't often have a chance to listen. Donnie Swaggart was preaching on the Azuza street days in 1906. Willam Seymour and all. How the press made fun of that. How the denominational church came against the move of God (still does). It made me tear up.

I miss those days. Songs like, "Oh, How I Love Jesus...(sung again and again)". "The comforter has come". I don't know if it's possible to get to a pentecostal place like that again. Not Geographic. Spiritually. If I ever see the podcast on Son Life's website I'll post it.

We have no idea how wonderful this really is. He said something that I am still thinking about, "Any church that attempts to operate without the fullness of the Holy Spirit is illegitimate and illegal in the eyes of God'. I don't know, but there is some truth in that. I'll have to think it over. I know some "legitimate" churches that have no move of God by the Holy Spirit at all. If they are illegal in God's eyes or not, that's another issue. I am thinking, if God poured out his spirit on all flesh at the day of Pentecost with the evidence of speaking in Tongues to birth the NT Church, if that is not present, is it illegal? Or legitimate? Just asking.

The question I am pondering is, is Christianity real without the fullness of the Holy Spirit? I look around and see fruit bearing and fruit lacking Christianity. AND that is why I wonder.

Can a Spirit free church be a Christian Church?? IF the church was birthed, not at the cross, but at Pentecost, can church be without Pentecost and be a church? IF a church considers itself a church and has no evidence of Pentecost, is it legitimately a church in the sense of being what Christ is the Head of? IF Jesus said he HAD to go away, so the FATHER would send another comforter, Holy Spirit, then why is HE absent in so many places?

HE is a person, He speaks Acts 13:2, He Hears, He sees, He moves, He creates, He has a mind Romans 8:26-27, He possess Knowledge 1 Corinthians 2:10-11, HE is a teacher 1 Corinthians 2:12-13, He is the Spirit of wisdom, counsel, strength and understanding Isaiah 11:1-2, Holy Spirit can be grieved, He is the spirit of LOVE Romans 15:30, HE has a will 1 Corinthians 12:11, HE guides and leads John 16, Romans 8, Intercedes for us Romans 8, Convicts and Convinces John 16:8, Points us to Jesus John 16:14 & 15:26, Directs ministry Acts 8:29, 10:19, 13:2, 16:6, Can be lied to (See Ananias), Resisted Acts 7:51, Insulted Hebrews 10:29, Blasphemed Matt 12:31,

JESUS himself spoke of Holy Spirit in a Personal Pronoun appellation:

John 16:13-14 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you.”
HE HE HE, You don't talk about some vague ignored force with the pronoun HE.

My concern is that in striving to maintain a proper christology in our churches we have missed GOD. GOD in THREE PERSONS...not two.

IF all those things I have outlined sound like JESUS or Attributes of the Father, they are. Trinitarian I am. THEY are all the same being, GOD. Yet where is the Fullness of the Godhead in our worship?

WE MUST HONOR the one true God. We really DON'T in most of our churches. What we really do is give HIM lip service and ignore HIS presence. I'm not sure we even know how to hear HIM.

That is what I was reminded of yesterday, and what I long to get back to...if it's even possible in the western church. Maybe it's time to get the Ichabod sign out again.... it may be too late. Maybe GOD has to tear down the western church to replace it with what he REALLY intended. This isn't about revival, this is about REFORMATION.

We need a reformation that brings the fullness of the Godhead into our churches. We have sort of a spiritual castration right now. Don't mean to be crude, but that's what has happened. Even in churches that formerly embraced the fullness of God, there isn't much evidence any more of HE who will testify of Jesus.

I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up, and to break down, and to destroy, and to overthrow, to build and to plant. Jeremiah 1:10

Let's begin anew today - Sharon McCarty

The Father says today I am guiding you into a new season. There is a shift coming that will once again change many things in your life. I have called for this because you cried out to Me for significance and for the opportunity to make a difference in life. You are not merely a piece of human flotsam and jetsam whose life doesn't matter. Your life counts for something. Your words carry weight in My kingdom. The angels take notice of your words, your movements and your choices.

This is a day I am calling you into close cooperation with Me. I'm not going to snap My fingers and make these things come to pass. I don't operate in superstition or capricious autonomy. To think of Me that way insults My character and denies Me the intimacy I seek with. So let's revisit your assumptions about how and why I act in your life. Realize that each thing I do in your life requires your consent and involvement every step of the way.

I have written the word change over you. The angel of change is come to initiate the change. You will feel the shift, in fact you have felt it for some time. You didn't identify this as My hand moving in your situation. Be careful not to misinterpret the pressure I bring to get your attention. Turn into that pressure and you will break out into My kingdom. Are you ready? Are you sure? Let's begin anew today then.

How to get life INTO the Church

I heard Prophet Helen say this last night. It's true:

  • The LIFE of the Church is Prophecy.
  • Any life in the Church is prophetic.
  • IF the prophetic isn't present in the church, it is dead.
  • If you see a dead church, you can bet the prophetic isn't present.
  • Jesus said, John 10:10 "I have come to bring life and that Abundantly"
  • The angel said, Revelation 19:10 "the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy"

The cold dead church in America is dead because they evicted the life out of her. Last night I stood at the side and prophesied over a half dozen precious people. LIFE came. Then I went to hear from God. LIFE came. We depend on tradition, sacraments, order of worship, sermons and programs when Jesus all along is trying to tell us....

"The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD. Is not My word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?" Jeremiah 23:28-29 (KJV)

God may have to destroy the church we know in the USA to save it. The traditions of men have made the word of God of no effect. Man shall not LIVE on bread alone...but by every word.

That my friends IS the prophetic. LIFE

Bobby Conner: Seekers Will Be Finders! And Finders Will Be Sought!

Bobby ConnerIn a prophetic vision I find myself watching world events unfolding on a gigantic television screen. This screen was enormous much like what is in the Dallas Cowboys football stadium. Suddenly, there was a huge, bright flash. I was shown a news flash and a Divine Messenger stated, "We interrupt this broadcast for this special news bulletin. 'Seekers Will Be Finders! And Finders Will Be Sought!'" In the realm of the Spirit there was great excitement at this announcement.

This is the most exciting time in world history to be alive; the entire world seems to be in chaos and confusion, and desperately they are seeking answers. This will prove to be the Church's finest hour; the Lord will release the much-needed wisdom as we seek HIM. The world will beat a path to our door seeking the Light. Without doubt, we find ourselves living in an extremely significant season, critical days, that demand our very best (see Romans 13:11-14). It is time to arise and shine (see Isaiah 60:1-8). Some things have been reserved for these end times; it's our honor as kings to search them out (see Proverbs 25:2).

We Are On Divine Assignment

God could have permitted any generation in history to be alive during these decisive days, however He chose us! We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to be alive. We are on Divine Assignment! Signs of the end times are unfolding about us daily (see Matthew 24). Prepare to behold the intervention of God (Isaiah 64:1-2)! Now is the time to seek the Lord with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:12-13 Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

In our day of secular skepticism, it is sad to see many today asking the same question posed in 2 Kings 3:11: "But Jehoshaphat said, 'Is there no prophet of the Lord here by whom we may inquire of the Lord?' One of the king of Israel's servants answered, 'Elisha son of Shaphat, who served Elijah, is here.'"

"Is there not a prophet in the land that we may inquire of him?" Many are posing the same question today! The answer is a resounding yes! The true prophets of God must arise and take their place. Sounding a true and trusted trumpet call awakening the warriors and calling for the army of God to arise (see Joel 2:1-3).

Words of Wisdom

God will so anoint your words that they will become as apples of gold in settings of silver (see Proverb 25:11). Your words will be extremely helpful and healing (see Proverbs 12:18). It is time to receive the tongue of a taught one, knowing how to reply to desperate people seeking guidance and advice (see Isaiah 50:4).

1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face evermore!

May our heart's response be that recorded in Psalm 27:8, which states: "You have said, 'Seek My face [inquire for and require My presence as your vital need].' My heart says to You, 'Your face (Your presence), Lord, will I seek, inquire for, and require [of necessity...]'"

A Preview of Coming Events:
The Visit of the Queen of Sheba

1 Kings 10:1-10 The queen of Sheba heard of Solomon's fame, and she traveled to Jerusalem to test him with difficult questions. She brought with her a large group of attendants, as well as camels loaded with spices, jewels, and a large amount of gold. When she and Solomon met, she asked him all the questions that she could think of. He answered them all; there was nothing too difficult for him to explain.

The queen of Sheba heard Solomon's wisdom and saw the palace he had built. She saw the food that was served at his table, the living quarters for his officials, the organization of his palace staff and the uniforms they wore, the servants who waited on him at feasts, and the sacrifices he offered in the Temple. It left her breathless and amazed.

She said to King Solomon, "What I heard in my own country about you and your wisdom is true! But I couldn't believe it until I had come and seen it all for myself. But I didn't hear even half of it; your wisdom and wealth are much greater than what I was told. How fortunate are your wives! And how fortunate your servants, who are always in your presence and are privileged to hear your wise sayings!

"Praise the LORD your God! He has shown how pleased He is with you by making you king of Israel. Because His love for Israel is eternal, He has made you their king so that you can maintain law and justice."

She presented to King Solomon the gifts she had brought: almost five tons of gold and a very large amount of spices and jewels. The amount of spices she gave him was by far the greatest that he ever received at any time.

This is about to occur again. Political leaders from around the world will be coming to the true Church seeking wisdom and advice; we, too, must have the Word of the Lord that will leave them breathless and amazed. We are to be a city set high on a hill giving light (see Matthew 5:14).

Now is the time to draw near to the Lord, surrendering to HIM every area of our lives. These are the days of great conquest; we are called to be brave, bold, victorious overcomers in every way, every day.

Worshiping the Creation, not the Creator - I am Rebuked by God

I was rebuked in the spirit this morning. I had made reference to something that was just for me. I shared a bit on a vision of an angel.
The Lord said to me, "That was a gift to YOU, I allowed you to see, not to glorify angels or yourself by the revelation I gave you".
I was taken to 2 Corinthians 12: I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. 2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know—God knows. 3 And I know that this man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows— 4 was caught up to paradise and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell.

I violated that principle.

Prophetess Shirley Carter posted this on the same day:

About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray. As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning. Two men, Moses and Elijah, appeared in glorious splendor, talking with Jesus. They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem. Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him. As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” (He did not know what he was saying.)

While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and covered them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud. A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him.” When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone.
The disciples kept this to themselves and did not tell anyone at that time what they had seen.

It is a marvelous thing to have visions, revelations and profound experiences in the Spirit. The problem is we can elevate them over the truth of God in our lives. In a way we glorify the created over the creation. Consider the vision of the angel. It's a wonderful thing to see beyond the veil, but it is seeing things that are created as you and I were. The truth is Angels are created beings as we are, not different from cats, dogs, trees and mountains. They are different from us. In some ways they are different to the point of being lower. I won't describe, but they do not have free choice, they gave that up after satan caused a third to fall. Those who made the wrong choices will be judged..not by other angels, but by you and me.

Don't you realize that we will judge angels? So you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disputes in this life. 1 Corinthians 6:3

So, the same thing is true of visions of demons which many of us have had. They are awaiting judgement. They want to destroy the judge in their existence. It also helps us stand against their intimidation. They are inferior beings. They live to carry out the evil intents of the devil, Stealing, killing and destroying. Deceiving. Lying. AND when we by the words of OUR mouths agree with the demonic, they are loosed to carry out OUR words.

God's Angels live in the supernatural realm and exist to carry out the will of God and the words of HIS mouth, uttered by HIM and those He Calls his own. Our words release Angel action in our behalf in the will of God.

Psalm 8
3When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers—the moon and the stars you set in place—4what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? 5Yet you made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honor. 6You gave them charge of everything you made, putting all things under their authority—

The Lord rebuked me for sharing the vision, for considering it beyond what it was and using it to elevate myself...I repent.

Some things the Lord shows me, and you, are to encourage you..and are just for you.

Running up that Hill - Make a Deal with GOD

That is a song from the 80s, Kate Bush.

It wasn't hugely popular, but I heard it again at the closing ceremony of the Olympics last Sunday.

I knew the song when it was popular. The lyrics reflects frustration borne of an unhappy relationship and somehow trying too hard. Somehow by own efforts..running up that hill it could all be better AND making a deal with God would somehow help.

Not an uplifting song, certainly not a christian tune, but there are times in life when frustration results from not being able to run on their own ability. To think that nothing is going to happen. That a deal with God might get us out of our situation. We make the flawed assumption that there is an exit ramp just ahead and if we just run harder MAYBE ... we can make it.

You know that I hear JESUS in everything. I heard him clearly as that song came.

God HAS a deal for us, but HE dictates it, not us, In HIS mercy. Here's the deal He's Offering:
  • I'll Save you from your sins and you can do nothing to earn nor help it.
  • I will restore the locust eaten places in your life, but you must allow Me to do it in My time.
  • I have a plan, you can't know it before you start to walk it out, you would just mess it up, I'll tell you when you need to know.
  • I know everything past, present and future, and I already know how to work things out, you'll just have to trust me for this to work out.
  • IF you will become a flow of mercy, righteousness and generosity to others I will use you in becoming an earthly font of MY provision.
  • You enemies are MY enemies, they are a footstool, you can use the damage they inflict and attacks the provide as a way UP. Step up and don't look down. They are under your feet.
  • You can't get away from me, even if you try, I will be right there, closer than you imagine, NEVER LEAVING. Once you are in, you're in.
  • I will make everything that seems to be wrong in your life, right. I wrote a contract out on this. You can find it in My book. Romans 8.
  • My deal with you means we need to stay in touch. Talk to me. Keep me aware you know what is going on in your life. Let me hear your frustration. It helps frame those things that frustrate into positive action. It moves My hand to act. I love to hear your voice.
  • Don't worry about your apparent weakness, I knew all that when I made this deal with you. I'm strong enough for both of us. IN FACT if you knew who the other side of this deal really is, you would sleep very well. When you get a drift of how this is really working out, your natural reaction will be to praise Me, to worship Me, Thankfulness. It's OK, I like it, and the more you have that attitude, the more I will open things up for you. I'm not prone to put too much in the hands of those who resent My touch in their life or think THEY did it. So, go ahead. Tell me once more ... I love to hear your voice.
  • Be careful how you check out how our deal is going. Sometimes it might look like I'm not holding up my end. There an enemy that will tell you it's your fault. That I have reneged. There are those who will tell you that to get in on this deal you have to do this or that. That you must join this or submit to that. Did I not tell you in the beginning, you can do nothing except have faith that I will do what I said I will do.

But have no fear, I made sure that a written contract existed for you to review on our deal. It has case histories of others who took the deal and won. And some where they stumbled, but I held up My end of the deal. There's even a part where I signed the contract in Blood. It's long but worth reading. Has 66 books in it.

It's my COVENANT with you. Old and New. Before and after the blood.

You can live in it...it's the greatest deal in the history of earth... the universe... EVER!!

Signed,

The Creator of all the Universe --

JESUS

Prophecy given by Kenneth E. Hagin Feb. 2003

[I like to reprint from time to time this timely excerpt from Dad Hagin's powerful prophetic word given 7 months before he went on to be with the Lord. We would all do well to heed it].

Many are concerned about the future and they wonder what will happen. Will darkness overtake, or will the light shine bright?

Yea, saith the Lord of hosts, remember that you’re in My hands. And remember that I know the future better than you know the past–and all is well!

I will alert you concerning that which will affect you. I will show you the way to go, and you’ll walk in it and be blessed. Above all the people of the world, upon the earth, you shall be blessed. For thou art My people, and My people shall rule and reign. And the blessings of God will fall upon them.

The latter rain shall be poured out. Yea, upon nations that are now barren and void. But the rain will be poured out. The seed will be planted. The harvest will come. The glory of God will shine upon the earth.

And they of the world will walk on in the way in which they’ve walked! And the darkness shall overtake them.

But ye shall walk in the light! The entrance of His Words giveth light! Walk according to the Word. Walk in the Word. Walk in the Spirit.

And the power shall rest upon you. And the glory of God shall be seen upon your face! Many shall turn to the Lord. Great days, great times, great blessings are ahead. So rejoice and be glad.

Many are concerned about things that have happened, the terror that has taken hold of the hearts of many. Many are concerned about war. Many are concerned about the future. Darkness seems to be developing. Dark clouds are on the horizon of time.

But, yea, saith the Lord of hosts, walk not by what you see with the physical eye. But walk according to what My Word says. Walk according to what the Holy Ghost is saying unto you!

For He’s speaking unto many hearts. And they walk on in the natural and pay no attention to their heart. He’s speaking to many spirits! They walk on in the realm of the mental, thinking their own thoughts, planning their own way.

But, yea, saith the Lord of hosts, listen to what the Spirit is saying to your heart, to your spirit. And what He said to you, act upon it! Act upon it! Act like it’s so!

Rejoice and be glad. In the face of adversity. In the face of seemingly natural defeat! Because you have inside information, information inside the Word, information given by the Spirit.

And it shall all come to pass. Amen.

We pride ourselves in being a Word church and Word people. And right and good. For it is true, saith the Lord, you are a Word people.

But do not forget that you’re also a Holy Ghost people—spiritual. Yes, the Word goes forth. But again and again, the Spirit has endeavored to move in your midst and you’ve ignored Him, and you’ve kept quiet.

Some have yielded temporarily to the Spirit. For the Spirit seeketh to manifest Himself. He’ll manifest Himself in revelation, revealing unto you through the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, the discerning of spirits.

And He’s endeavored to speak! For He does speak unto His people by the Holy Spirit. By tongues and interpretation, by prophecy. And many have held back and would not speak out. And by so doing have quenched the Spirit, and have not only quenched the Spirit, but have grieved the Spirit.

Yea, listen to what the Spirit is saying. For there will be an outpouring of the Holy Ghost in these latter days. The latter rain–the early rain and the latter rain to gather in the fruit of the earth which He is waiting to receive before He comes again. Yea, it’s coming!
... [Specific Words for years 2003 - 2006 skipped]

So rejoice and be glad. The enemy is a defeated foe! Jesus has triumphed. Victory belongs to everyone. No one should come up empty–handed, but everyone should walk in full victory, commanding and demanding their rights and privileges in Christ Jesus . . . demanding nothing of the Father–He’s the One who made the provision. But demanding of the devil, who is endeavoring to thwart the plan of God, who is endeavoring to keep it from coming to pass.

But it will all come to pass. It will all come to pass at last.

And the Holy Spirit has spoken unto a number of ministers here tonight. And He’s spoken to you in times past. He’s told you exactly what to do. You have not done it yet!

And you wonder why He withholds certain things. You wonder why it’s tough, or the way seems rough. Go ahead, listen to what the Holy Ghost is saying.

Make your church not only a Word church, but a Holy Ghost church. Put the Word first always. Move in the Holy Ghost in line with the Word.

And the glory shall be made manifest. The glory shall even be seen by many. And the blessings of the Lord will flow like a mighty river. Thank You, Lord Jesus.

Victoria Boyson: "Charlie" - A Reflection of God's Grace and Love

I once met a man named "Charlie." Well, Charlie was not his real name, I only call him that because I never knew his real name. Yet, he has left an indelible imprint on my heart. Charlie was a piece of God's handiwork, made and fashioned in the image of God.

Some men's names ring forever in the history of the world and the names of those men bring to mind pictures of their character. Some names like Shakespeare, Einstein or Rockefeller, of course, conjure up thoughts of good or successful men. On the other hand, some names like Ted Bundy or Al Capone remind us of unhappy events. But some lives are lived and lost leaving behind no legacy; they are lost in time with only a few records to remind us that they lived. They walk through this lonely world without a soul to care for them. No one cares whether they have lived or died.

Charlie was a homeless man whose skin was like shoe leather, darkened by the sun. His life's belongings were held simply in an old tattered army bag.

I was in my first summer of college and traveling with a music group, performing across the Midwest. The summer had been an eventful, but long one for me, living in a small custom van with the rest of our group.

The first time I saw Charlie was on a hot Colorado day in July. He was walking on the highway we were driving on. He was not even thumbing for a ride, just walking with his bag thrown over his shoulder hunched over by the weight of his load. The physical and emotional load he carried was evident to all who saw him that day.

What were the cares he carried that day? What were the pains that kept him almost buried under the emotional load of failure or regret? What was it that made him lose hope in himself or humanity?

Had he ever married? Did he have any family? Was there a single person in the world who cared about this man?

It did not appear to me that anyone cared for this small, insignificant, homeless man, except God of course. God had seen his struggles and wanted desperately to reach him. God cared about this man; God dearly loved him.

We had been driving for hours on the seemingly endless highways of Colorado. It was a hot, dry day when we passed Charlie on the highway. My mother wisely told me never to pickup hitchhikers, but I was not driving the van. My friend Ted stopped before any of us could say a contrary word and picked him up.

He climbed into the van looking tired and care-worn and sat right next to me. As he sat down I felt instantly that this was to be an assignment for me. God wanted me to reach out to him.

I opened my Bible to John 3:16 and asked him if he'd ever heard about Jesus. I read just a few passages and his eyes got big as saucers. Big, bright blue eyes that were full of the wonder of a child. "God made those eyes, and oh, how He loved them," I thought to myself.

As I sat there holding my Bible I remembered that I had hidden money in it. I always kept a little savings tucked away. It wasn't much - only two fives - the meager savings of my pinched pennies. Still, the thought sprung to my mind that he needed it more than I.

I asked him if he needed any money. But before he could answer, my friend, Ted, screamed at me, "Don't you give him any money!"

He went on to give a wretched exhortation of what a low-life, worthless sinner this man was. The memory of it pains me even now. To think of that lonely man being vomited on by my self-righteous friend.

Fortunately for Charlie, Ted and I didn't see eye to eye. I gave him half the money anyway. Charlie's big eyes got moist from my little gesture, but again he had to endure another onslaught of religious talk from Ted.

After only a half-hour of this torment, he asked to be dropped off at a truck stop. As quickly as he appeared, he was now gone.

As we traveled on to the next town, I received a rather loud and long lecture from Ted. He was sure the man would waste the money I gave him to buy cigarettes or beer.

I felt awful - awful for the man and awful for myself. I was only 19 then and was unsure of what the right thing was to do. "Does mercy really triumph over judgment?" I wondered then.

My mother had always taught me that God was love and He loved all His creation, especially the lonely and down-trodden. I had seen her live out her faith daily, giving her last dime to those in need who were blessed enough to cross her path.

The next day, we met Charlie again on the highway. Ted stopped and jumped out to talk to the man. More self-righteous, religious venom, and indeed, he was smoking a cigarette and blowing the smoke right in Ted's face.

For years the event pained me. I wondered what became of Charlie. I prayed for him as often as I thought of him. His loneliness impacted my life. I had known loneliness, but not like the loneliness he was experiencing.

Ted convinced me that I had wasted my money, and I felt like a failure. But many years later, during a time of prayer, the Lord gave me a present that, in itself, was well worth the experience. The Lord opened up Heaven and showed me Himself with His arms securely wrapped around Charlie. Charlie was in Heaven!

He was no longer care-worn, but radiant and full of joy - no longer nameless or lonely, but surrounded by the favor of God. As he stood next to Jesus, looking at me with his enormous God-loved eyes, he spoke only two words, "Thank you!"

I asked the Lord how he could have found Him through my meager efforts at mercy and Ted's flamboyant attacks?

"Well," the Lord replied, "shortly after you left him, he was picked up by another Christian, a man who was well seasoned by love. He told Charlie about Me. As the man spoke of God's love reaching out to him, Charlie remembered you and your five dollar bill. At that moment he was convinced of My love reaching out to him and he was able to accept Me. Then I was able to take him home with Me."

Suddenly, my memories of the event changed from seeing Charlie's blowing smoke in Ted's face as my failure. I saw it now as my five-dollar gift of God's love, and that with every puff of smoke came the thought that there was a young lady who gave him her compassion to blow the smoke of human kindness in the face of harsh, religious prejudice.

There is a religious mind set in the Church that often sees those who are broken by life's sorrows and sins as though they have brought on the harsh realities of their lives by the way they have chosen to live their lives. And in many respect that is true. We often bring on many of life's trials by the way we have lived our lives.

However, none of us deserve God's grace and the Word of God says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). God's forgiveness is a free gift that cost Him everything and He is waiting for us to receive it. And no matter what we have done, it is never too horrible to keep us from the love of God. For the Bible tells us that "neither height, nor depth...will be able to separate us from the love of God" (Romans 8:39).

God is abounding in His love for you and He wants you to receive it from Him no matter how you may have been treated by those professing to know Him. If they had truly known Him, they would have loved you. Indeed, you are the very apple of His eye. You are the sole purpose of Christ's death and resurrection. It was for you He died.

Please receive His gift of grace and allow Him to forgive you of your past and give you a fresh start for your future. This is what He wants to do for you. Don't deny Him the pleasure of touching your life today and making you brand new!

Love and Blessings

John Belt: "Honoring Prophets and Embracing the Prophetic"

From this word... I thought THIS was the money quote on living a prophetic life:
1. Avoid a man-pleasing spirit.
2. Refuse to compromise, but speak the heart of God.
3. Embrace a spirit of honor that comes from a pure heart vs. gossips and backstabbers.
4. Committed to a close place of intimacy with God.
5. Walk with a consistent track record of faithfulness to God.
6. Disengage from a territorial and religiously competitive spirit.
7. Are quick to turn to righteousness when wickedness is revealed.
8. Are humble enough to admit it when they miss it.

Introduction

Prophets and the prophetic can be a controversial subject for many people. While there are legitimate expressions and practices in prophetic ministry, many people have not always had the best of experiences. It can be easy to end up on either end of the stick when it comes to prophetic ministry. With this there can be those who are "whole hog" prophetic or others who don't want to have anything to do with it because of the abuse and misuse.

As it is with anything in regards to the Body of Christ, patience with grace is always needed to see people grow in the Lord. It is by "reason of use" that we can excel in anything that God entrusts to us. With this we should make an effort to give room for others to grow in their gifts and callings. In this article what I'm attempting to do is help others realize that in spite of error, we need to still fully embrace the heart of God concerning prophetic ministry. Just as you would not disown your own child because of immaturity and just as we would not dare throw away the truth that "God heals and performs miracles", in the same way we should not only to accept prophetic expression but pursue it knowing that a life of revelation enables us to be in the heart of God's desires and purposes.

A Prophetic People

Jesus highly regarded "the prophets". More than that, He told us that he who is least in the Kingdom of God is greater than John the Baptist, an OT prophet. This means that anyone that believes in Jesus Christ has the capacity to live in a much higher place than any OT prophet just by virtue of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. By this statement Jesus places us in the category of being prophetic at the very least. Greater than that, we are sons of God.

Prophets are those who live in a place that is very close to His heart. You may live close to God, be prophetic and not be a prophet, but you cannot really be a prophet and not live close to God. God knows who His prophets are. Jesus closely associated Himself with the prophets, He himself being "The Prophet" that Moses prophesied would come (Deuteronomy 18:15).

God Picked You to be Prophetic

Numbers 11:29 Then Moses said to him, "Are you zealous for my sake? Oh, that all the Lord's people were prophets and that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them!"

So why all the talk about prophets? Because God calls every one of us to a prophetic life. By honoring those who walk in the prophetic we receive the blessing of that gift and life.

Matthew 10:41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

In this verse it is interesting how Jesus brings together the reward of a prophet with the reward of a righteous man. These really go together. Do prophets have to be perfect to be honored? No. We all need to lean on the righteousness of God, that is His grace and what Jesus laid His life down to bring us. We also must realize that this righteousness of God should be working in us a change to reflect the image of God. For those familiar with the "prophetic movement", there has been valid reason to be disappointed at times. At the same time, we must realize that prophets are people that are in process. This is the Body of Christ.

There is more reason to be encouraged through the good and powerful things that have been accomplished through prophetic ministry. Many lives have been positively impacted for the Kingdom of God. God is in process of refining His Body to reflect His image. God works with His people throughout a lifetime here on earth. Paul sets the example, "Not that I've been perfected..." Let me tell you that without prophets and prophetic ministry there will be no open heavens, no power and no glory in the Church.

Whether you consider yourself a prophetic person or a prophet, both of which are in process, you are still a gatekeeper of Heaven that has the grace to open the way for others to have a living encounter with God. In simple terms, those who know the secret place with God are prophetic whether they call it that or not. It is not how we title ourselves, no badges are needed. It is the substance of Christ that God is after. There are many prophets in the earth that are not known, that God respects as such. The bottom line is that we all need to know how to connect with God in the secret place if we are to have any impact while on the earth. Just as Jesus said, "The Son can do nothing apart from the Father." It is the same with us.

John 5:19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner."

The Validity of Prophetic Life

Jesus connected Himself and associated Himself with the prophets:

Matthew 5:11-12 "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in Heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Matthew 23:29 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you build the tombs of the prophets and adorn the monuments of the righteous..."

Prophet, prophets and prophesy are referenced over 500 times in Scripture, not including other variations of prophetic references. Compare that with all the rest of the 5-fold offices (teacher, apostle, evangelist, pastor) and you will see that the times mentioned on this area far outweighs all other Biblical offices. Not that this means it is necessarily more important, although we should give heed to this. All parts and functions of the Body of Christ are important to God. With this it would still seem to be something important, at least in God's eyes. I would venture to say it is because the prophetic office, function or gift very much has to do with intimacy with God, hearing, seeing and speaking on His behalf. Keeping this in mind, what does God look for in those who really walk this prophetic line?

Here are some foundational characteristics:

The Holy Spirit Releases the Prophetic

Because intimacy with God is at the very core of being someone who sees and hears from God, it is only normal for prophets to operate in dreams, visions and revelation. In Acts 2 it is clear that when the Spirit is poured out prophetic life is released. An evidence of the Holy Spirit's work is the eyes and ears seeing and hearing in the Spirit.

Acts 2:17-18 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy."

To be prophetic is to be a normal Believer. No one needs to make an effort to be strange, but to simply see and hear in the Spirit. When we read the letters of Paul, even though he had been taken up in the Spirit to see things unmentionable, he does not come off as a man from outer space or on dope. He comes across as someone normal. A mature vessel should be able to communicate what they have experienced in a way that is not overly-dramatic, drawing attention to themselves, but rather in a way that communicates the truth of the prophetic experience in a way that others can connect with.

Understanding the Prophetic

If people do not understand or are afraid of the prophetic they can shut themselves off to this aspect of God's way of speaking to them. Fear is a thief, but with understanding of the truth fear can be removed and revelation can be received. Paul prayed that we would have the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Revelation is the prophetic. When God opens our eyes to see and hear His heart and desires this is revelation given by His Spirit. We need to be completely open to how God would speak to us in His own ways.

1 Samuel 3:1 Now the boy Samuel ministered to the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation.

Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

It is important that we have the Spirit of Revelation, for apart from God we can do nothing. We need to welcome the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. This is nothing far out, but is very much part and parcel of the work of the Holy Spirit. Clearly in this verse above God shows us that His pleasure is for us to be connected with Him in such a way that His words are ringing clear in every person. He created us to be a prophetic people.

When people do not understand where others are coming from in regards to prophetic experiences they can be offended. When people are offended in the natural mind or jealous because they don't have any revelatory experiences, they are tempted to persecute and mock these experiences. Nothing will cut you off from a personal experience with God quicker than mocking another person's experience with God. You may even pray for revival your entire life, praying God would use you in it, but if you mock others you may never see revival in your life, much less a bigger breakthrough in your region, beyond yourself.

What Really Matters

It is not important that people are part of a church that magnifies "the prophetic". Jesus is the one Who is to be magnified. He is the center. But at the same time we should be a part of a Body of Believers that embraces the prophetic. Ignorance in understanding God's relationship to the prophetic is not an excuse to speak against it. Ignorance just means to "ignore" something.

Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children."

What is also not acceptable is when people do have understanding and speak against it anyway. Jesus said that there is a prophet's reward when we receive the prophet. No reception, no reward (Matthew 10:41). In rejecting the prophet, you reject God's appointed blessing. You may even be rejecting God as well.

2 Chronicles 20:20, "Believe in the Lord your God and you shall be established; believe and remain steadfast to His prophets and you shall prosper."

Through simple honor, we receive reward from God and God Himself. Learn to see a person by the Spirit, rather than through natural eyes. If you have rejected the prophetic or prophets in any way I would encourage you to repent, changing direction, so that your life does not become a hinderance in God's purposes, but rather be a vessel of honor prepared for noble uses for the Kingdom of God.

God does not want His people to be ignorant of how He speaks. The prophetic, as it is with all the promises of God, and other important Biblical topics should not be ignored. As we grow in understanding the call to live close to God in this way, we will experience a greater clarity in our spiritual senses. Clearly, Jesus is "The Son of God" before anything else. But He is very much associated with the prophetic life. He connected Himself and associated Himself with the prophets. Can we?

John 1:50-51 Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these." And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see Heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man."

In His Great Love!

"PREPARE TO SEE AND BE ONE WITH THE HEAVENLY HOST" - Chris Williams

This morning, Jesus told me that He and the (1)Heavenly Host, angels or messengers, have come to earth because of the statement and condition described in Revelations 12:7-12.

"And war broke out in heaven: (1b) Michael {archangel (Jude 9)}; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the Devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time."
[Revelations 12:7-12; NKJV]

They are here now; they will assist and fight along side their Spiritual brothers and sisters here on earth during this time . All Spiritual Beings are within the One Body Of Christ Jesus, His one Spiritual Church, this includes all those in Heaven and all the re-born Spiritual Beings on earth.

{Jesus Christ speaks:}
Mark this day, saith the Lord, Amen. Trust abounds as Heaven opens on earth. (1c)Heavenly Beings now begin to appear, manifest, on earth as never before, saith the Lord . Each is given an assignment(s), whether from Earth or from Heaven. (2)They work in twos or more now: those from Heaven with those on Earth.

(3)These are angels, Spiritual Beings, raised and now returned in the Spirit, as I was. I Myself have continued throughout the ages to visit, and now I also become an obvious visitor and more. I visit, but manifest in ways not yet seen.

My visits have a definite purpose, and this purpose is always directed at Man's Salvation and the ceasing of all evil on this planet, saith the Lord. I bring a close to the turmoil now, as My enemy is forcibly placed under My feet and millions, trillions, unmeasurable numbers of souls are brought to Salvation, saith the Lord <1 Cor 15:25-28; Heb 2:5-18> .

The awe and sorrow that comes is immense, and I have placed numbers of small congregations, as One Body, throughout the earth, saith He who is now King and Commander over all, Amen Amen and again Amen. Each, whether on Earth or in Heaven (and brought to Earth) is trained, retrained, and trained again, many times and many years, to march and walk in the Spiritual realm as a victorious warrior over all that satan brings against Mine in this time: whether through the physical or spiritual realm.

(4)My Wife, Spiritual Wife, those who walk and worship within Me, My Spirit, walk with Me during this time, saith the Lord. We are One, and She is multi-membered. She remains with Me throughout Eternity.

If you are a warrior, and have had little to do on earth, prepare to see and be one with (1)My Heavenly Host. And, "Behold," saith the Lord, "prepare to see Me, your Commander and Chief." Hear Me. Hear My voice of Love. I have not left you here alone, during this time, to battle the evil one and his. I have come now as I came {during His 40 days after His resurrection}, and continue to come, saith He who is, was, and will always be the Amen, the Final Word .

(5)All Power invested in Me, in My Name and blood, is now shared with Mine, both those from Heaven - on earth; and (6)those who are on earth and have now entered My Heavenly Kingdom .

Now is the time, Children. Now is the time! Look beyond yourselves and your temporary physical needs and turn your eyes, physical and Spiritual eyes, towards Christ. I AM HERE
