A Reformation Day Prophetic Memory - The Wittenberg Castle

20 years ago, about the time the Berlin Wall was coming down, Peggy and I made a visit to the town of Wittenberg in Germany. The town where the 95 thesis were nailed to the door in 1517.

We visited Luther's home. We visited the church. It was Holy Ground as far as I was concerned.

It was not protected. I sat where Luther sat and had his table talks in his little home at the end of town. I sat in the room where he held chapel

Of course we saw other things that mattered.

While I was there I was overcome with a sense that the Mantle of Luther had not yet been picked up. Remember, this was shortly after the fall of ministers in 1986-7. Well before Pensacola and Toronto. I had not yet encountered supernatural other than in the walls of the church.

When I was all alone in the church, I stood on the spot where Luther's body lies. I Sat down on the floor. During that time I asked the Lord to give me a mantle of Martin Luther. Of discernment. Of reformation. Of passion. Of clarity. Of discontent with the status quo of the Church.

I can't say what did or did not happen but every reformation day when it comes around I think of that October day in Wittenberg when we visited those places. It's become a precious memory.

People wonder why I have affection for the Lutheran Church. I don't for what I consider dead works, but I have hope that once more a spirit of reformation will return to the fellowship that bears his moniker. I have often said that if Luther were alive today he wouldn't be Lutheran at least as it is practiced in many churches.

I believe that as Pastor said today, that the Reformation on that day in 1517 is the most important date since the day of Pentecost.

Thank God for Martin Luther and I hope somehow I carry a portion of his Mantle today. I hope we all do.

Proper Worship Guidelines by Pharisees of our Day

It's fortunate that younger more immature Christians have those of us of superior seasoning to explain to them the acceptable ways to praise the Lord. Things to do and not to do. Ways to avoid offending anyone. We must at all costs control the exuberance and unusual manifestations that might break out.

  1. It is rumored that some men have danced in their underwear in worship. This must stop at once.
  2. One man who claims he is a "Prophet" has been walking around naked. Disgusting
  3. A whore came to a service and dumped smelly perfume on the pastor. Out of line.
  4. One woman who had a supposed to have encountered an angel is known to laugh out loud.
  5. Another so called "Prophet" has made a public spectacle of himself by laying on his side for over year, rumor has it he is about to turn over. What kind of God does this foolishness honor?
  6. Some men have quit their jobs in the family business to get all fanatic. It's good to be religious, but this is over the top.
  7. And the worse is a congregation was silent for several days and then began to shout and make all kinds of noise causing property damage.

These things are just out of line and if we can put a stop to it, it won't be too soon.

OK, I'll turn off the sarcasm machine now. I'm sure if you are a bible scholar at any level you will know these stories are of men and women of God right out of the word.
  1. 2 Samuel 6:14
  2. Isaiah 20:2-4
  3. Luke 7:36—50
  4. Ezekiel 4
  5. Matthew 10:2
  6. Joshua 6
Sure, there are specific disturbing manifestations occurring sometimes. Some are out of line and distasteful. The problem is one man's distasteful is another's prophetic action. And I have seen some doozies. I am not likely to be critical anymore.

SO, what to do. Do we come up with a code of conduct? You can do this, but not that? Draw up a legalistic set of rules for "proper" worship? If you do, someone somewhere in sincere worship will offend the rules.

It is egotistical and elitist of White American Christians to tell others how they should behave. I have traveled the world. Been in many culturally different churches. I have seen a great deal of diversity. In Brazil. In Argentina. In China.

In this country. I spend a fair amount of time in African American Churches, a fair amount of time in Hispanic Churches and time in a denomination that might be considered by some to be a cult. I have seen it all. Some of what happens as a routine in these American churches would be considered OUT OF LINE by some.

I have been in meetings when deliverance takes place. Mass deliverance. People start to howl, cry out, writhe on the floor, fall down as if dead. Some foam at the mouth. Some cough. Some throw up. Deliverance is messy work. Essential, but messy. It's worse in Africa. I have friends who just returned from there. They tell of things that are hair curling.

Most Pharisee spirits emanate from people who have lived in sheltered white American religion. Pretty insipid and narrow. What kind of an ego makes them think they have any standing to tell anyone how to worship or serve God? AND, they come up with "BIBLE" bullets to try to justify their mindset. If YOU don't want to worship or do these things, then don't. Where do you get off telling anyone what they should or shouldn't do?

If we want to define what is and is not acceptable practice in worship, then you go first. You tell God the Father, Maker of all the Universe what you DON'T like when he makes one of his children do something "Weird". You tell Him that you want Him to stay in the box. Stay in the back of the Church.

That's what you are saying. You are telling GOD to behave. Here's a key question: IF GOD clearly instructed you to stand up in Church and roar like a lion Sunday, would you obey? If he told you to go into a den of sinners and bark like a dog for ten minutes would you? If he told you to lay on your side in public would you? Oh wait he already did that one.

The question is, are you willing to obey even if it offends your flesh? IF NOT, GOD won't use you. You will be left on the shelf. You will be Barren just like the wife of King David who in my first example ridiculed David for acting like a fool in front of everyone. Barrenness in your life, barrenness in your ministry, barrenness in your relationships will be the fruit of you telling God what he can and can't do in other people's lives.

There are always Pharisees to be critical of the people touched by the power of God who shake, quake, dance and leap. Acts chapter 3.

They are with us today, I would call for repentance, but they won't. The Pharisees didn't.

Religion is a horrible thing.

Empty Suit Prophets and Apostles

I spend a lot of time with "apostles" and "prophets". Some are the real deal. Some, not so much. I won't identify which is which but there is a difference. Many who claim the titles, have it on their business cards or on the door are simply empty suits. Even if they dress well, look sharp and speak well, the question is, is there anything there there?

In getting to know apostles and prophets from the word of God I see things in them that has little to do with foolishness that goes on in the church revolving around these titles.

Apostles:
I won't condemn or identify them here. That's not my mission. What I would advise is try hard to see if your apostle carries the Marks of Jesus. They are the marks of an apostle. Compassion, vision, connection, kingdom mindset over a church building mindset, desire to see people equipped and readied for ministry. Those are the marks of Jesus. The marks of an apostle. By their fruit you will know them. IF you question the apostleship of your apostle, ask this question, if JESUS were here would HE do what this apostle is doing the way he is doing it. By his fruit will you know him.

Prophets:
Many so called prophets are simply good motivational speakers. We need motivation and encouragement, but we need the gift. And, freely received it must be freely given. Any resistance to provide the gift as it is needed is the sign that the Prophetic gift is absent despite the title. A prophet doesn't turn it on and off. In or out. They just ARE. It's a type of being. Saul became a different man when he Prophesied. That was in the old covenant. In the new, it's more. You become a different person as a prophet and it doesn't depart. And tears of compassion and sorrow. Most true prophets deeply feel the hurt of a nation or people. They prophesy out of a deep spiritual well of compassion. Not advice, destiny. Yes, there is judgment, there is a place to call out evil. But it's done out of compassion for the people. A true prophet regards the sheep more than the shepherd. He will have the heart of God to protect the sheep from those who would shear them illegitimately. I wish we had more true prophets. We have many many fewer than you would think. Test the prophets around you. Do they seek to build the body? To equip? To encourage the downtrodden. To correct the errors. To protect the Sheep? It's the fruit of the Prophet. IF your prophet won't prophesy or bring you to someone who will, they probably aren't a prophet. There are times when I don't have a word for someone. BUT, I will bring that person to someone who will. It's presbytery. It's the real deal.

I hope the Body of Christ will grow up to recognize the true prophetic and true apostolic among them. Not the false.

Here is a comment on this from a dear lady from Hawaii. It's worth reading and considering:

Thank you for this!!! I wanted to see a prophet that visited us recently telling my friends I would attend his meeting...God told me not to. When I kinda threw a small tantrum (forgive me Lord!) He gave me Matt 23 (He never did that before) and showed me a vision where pillars around me were getting taller fast and the worship music became loud noise. The pillars represented people. He showed me that people are rising fast, but some don't know how to steward their gifts therefore, there will be lots of ugly...greed, jealousy, pride, etc etc. It's what I'm seeing around me now. God was 'protecting' me...he then showed me a false prophet...now, I'm praying for discernment and trying to be quiet with Him. I am also trying to find a church who takes care of their body....it seems there are a lot of churches loving the pulpit so much they forget to 'see' the body. Finding a church who really cares for the body is hard to find...we need more churches that are willing to equip and help the body rise above the chaos, giving life, passing on the strength and confidence, the boldness of our Living God...meet the needs of the hurt to help them become overcomers...we need more fathers and spiritual mothers , we need more Holy Spirit in the churches, we need more God, we need to live the Word and pass what it looks like on to others...we need, we need.

He sees with His love...I know He hurts to see what's happening out there, which is why we hurt...I cry inside because I know my Father is sad...ohhhh if we only could see and feel with His... heart, we will then and only then do the right thing...remove the egos, think and feel, and see from His heart...I can go on and on about this...we have NO time, this IS the end times...we must must MUST start doing what's RIGHT and in ALIGNMENT WITH HIM!!! WE HAVE NOT TIME...URGENCY IS IN THE AIR, ALMOST DESPERATION TO DO THINGS OF GOD NOW NOW NOW....so I sit quietly on my knees in total surrender to try and hear what He wants and try to live as an example. I am still far from it, but am trying my best...I want ONLY God, nothing else...oops! Sooo sorry, I started rambling...it's an ache that is always there...I just want to see and experience God ALWAYS in ALLL WAYS..

Thank you for your post in sharing what to look for, to help guide us there...bless you!
Let those with ears to hear, hear what the Spirit of the Lord Says

Seeing What Others Cannot See

TGIF Today God Is First Volume 1, by Os Hillman
10-28-2010

"And Elisha prayed, 'O Lord, open his eyes so he may see.' Then the Lord opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha." 2 Kings 6:17

Several years ago, a movie was made called Field of Dreams. The story is about a man who had a vision to build a baseball field in the middle of a cornfield on his rural farm. He did not know why; he just knew he was to do it. To the chagrin of his neighbors, he built the baseball diamond in the farm community. One night some players showed up. The man realized these were no ordinary players, but were actually the great players from the past. When the skeptical neighbors came to view this phenomenon, they were unable to see what the farm owner could see. This made it even worse for him. Now he was really a lunatic in their eyes.

This fictitious story has a spiritual application for us. First, if God tells us to "build a ball field," we should do it. It is not for us to determine the reason we are instructed to do it. Once we are obedient, God will allow us to see what others cannot see. It is the rite of passage for those who are willing to risk all for God's purposes. God increases the spiritual senses to levels we never knew before. Those around us will observe this.

Do you want to see what others cannot see? If so, it will require a level of obedience that will go beyond human reason. It may require risk and ridicule from others. But you will see what others cannot see.

Initiating Breakout

An Occasional Correspondent from Florida made contact.

Her Father is in the Hospital. She asks for Prayer. I ask you, reader to pray for Keri's father.

All will be well...

She is also an unemployed teacher. And is wondering what the Lord would say regarding prospects for employment.

I have sat on this for a day. Her original question was lost in posting. So what I say now is what the Holy Spirit brings to remembrance.

You ask for breakthru. Your breakthru comes thru the gifts I place all around you. Isolation will cause hopelessness. Find like minded people. Spend time. Develop relationships. Take the risk. Even if you get hurt, you hurt more alone.

Find a fellowship who can stand with you in a Hebrews 10:25 way. You need the prophet less in your life than you need people who can speak the word of the Lord in Casual conversation to you.

It's more than friends. It's connection. Your breakthru might be in that next cup of coffee you drink with another.

IF nothing seems like it's opening up in teaching, you may need to see if this is a door closed. Try other doors. Take a job doing something. Anything. I suspect you are collecting unemployment. That can be a trap. You might want to look in other areas. Even if you work off the books for a while, the work you do will matter.

Getting out among others will help you. The open door in your life is your own. You don't need advice, what I have just said you already knew. You need encouragement, one on one, face to face, so you can face the days to come.

Have no fear. You are where you are because there is a purpose. God never does anything without purpose.

Redeem the time for the days are evil.

Bless you, now get out there.

Apostolic vs Pastoral Church Modeling

From Kris Vallotton:

"The truth is, a pastorate form of government is not designed to transform cities. It is developed to attract people, to create a culture where flocks gather to get healthy and happy. Pastorates are, to some degree, irrelevant to their city's culture because their governmental structures are built to congregate, not to deploy. This principle is evident when you look at American cities statistically. Demographically, the U.S. cities that have the greatest Christian, church-going population density also have some of the worst social statistics in our country (with the exception of a few cities). In other words, the cities that have the highest crime rates, the most divorces, the greatest amount of abortions per capita, the highest levels of poverty and the poorest health statistics ALSO have the best church attendance. What we need to understand is that gathering believers for two hours on Sunday morning is NOT synonymous with cultural transformation! Pastorates are simply culturally ineffective by design"

"Apostleships, on the other hand, are developed around the principle of training, equipping, and deploying the saints to radically alter society. The primary message of apostleships is that the Kingdom of God is at hand, and their main strategy is to demonstrate the raw power of God in the darkest places on the planet. The apostolic government, like Ezekiel's river, creates a supernatural atmosphere that affects everything it touches, from the fish (people) in the river to the trees (nations and states) along its banks. Wherever the river flows, things get healed, become fresh and are supernaturally productive (producing fruit every month instead of one season a year). This river is the perfect metaphor for the emerging apostolic age"

(Heavy Rain by Kris Vallotton, pages 68,69)

From Jeffrey Stewart
Jeffrey Stewart
That explains why the megachurches are largely ineffective at changing their cities- which is a real shame. If Houston can remain largely unchanged even though there is a church with 43,500 members such as Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church, th...at is very sad. Imagine the difference if - rather than those 43,500 meeting once or twice a week to come hear sermons - instead, if each of those 43,500 were equipped to minister and move in the Holy Spirit and sent out into the city, the whole city would be saved in a short time, Houston's high crime rate, high abortion rates, and high poverty rates would greatly diminish. Instead, those thousands come to hear a man speak a message, they minister TO EACH OTHER, and leave. The fact that the megachurches HAVE SO LITTLE IMPACT on their home cities is glaring proof that the pastoral model is a complete failure to change the world.

The Carving of the Prophetic Word

I heard a prophet read this yesterday. It pricked my heart. I don't ever want to be the prophet God is speaking about. The fear of the Lord gives me cause to carve carefully the word from my mouth.

Jeremiah 23:16

“Do not listen to these prophets when they prophesy to you,
filling you with futile hopes.
They are making up everything they say.
They do not speak for the Lord!
17 They keep saying to those who despise my word,
‘Don’t worry! The Lord says you will have peace!’
And to those who stubbornly follow their own desires,
they say, ‘No harm will come your way!’

18 “Have any of these prophets been in the Lord’s presence
to hear what he is really saying?
Has even one of them cared enough to listen?
19 Look! The Lord’s anger bursts out like a storm,
a whirlwind that swirls down on the heads of the wicked.
20 The anger of the Lord will not diminish
until it has finished all he has planned.
In the days to come
you will understand all this very clearly.

21 “I have not sent these prophets,
yet they run around claiming to speak for me.
I have given them no message,
yet they go on prophesying.
22 If they had stood before me and listened to me,
they would have spoken my words,
and they would have turned my people
from their evil ways and deeds.
23 Am I a God who is only close at hand?” says the Lord.
“No, I am far away at the same time.
24 Can anyone hide from me in a secret place?
Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth?”
says the Lord.

25 “I have heard these prophets say, ‘Listen to the dream I had from God last night.’ And then they proceed to tell lies in my name. 26 How long will this go on? If they are prophets, they are prophets of deceit, inventing everything they say. 27 By telling these false dreams, they are trying to get my people to forget me, just as their ancestors did by worshiping the idols of Baal.

28 “Let these false prophets tell their dreams,
but let my true messengers faithfully proclaim my every word.
There is a difference between straw and grain!
29 Does not my word burn like fire?”
says the Lord.
“Is it not like a mighty hammer
that smashes a rock to pieces?

30 “Therefore,” says the Lord, “I am against these prophets who steal messages from each other and claim they are from me. 31 I am against these smooth-tongued prophets who say, ‘This prophecy is from the Lord!’ 32 I am against these false prophets. Their imaginary dreams are flagrant lies that lead my people into sin. I did not send or appoint them, and they have no message at all for my people. I, the Lord have spoken!

33 “Suppose one of the people or one of the prophets or priests asks you, ‘What prophecy has the Lord burdened you with now?’ You must reply, ‘You are the burden![c] The Lord says he will abandon you!’

34 “If any prophet, priest, or anyone else says, ‘I have a prophecy from the Lord,’ I will punish that person along with his entire family. 35 You should keep asking each other, ‘What is the Lord’s answer?’ or ‘What is the Lord saying?’ 36 But stop using this phrase, ‘prophecy from the Lord.’ For people are using it to give authority to their own ideas, turning upside down the words of our God, the living God, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

37 “This is what you should say to the prophets: ‘What is the Lord’s answer?’ or ‘What is the Lord saying?’ 38 But suppose they respond, ‘This is a prophecy from the Lord!’ Then you should say, ‘This is what the Lord says: Because you have used this phrase, “prophecy from the Lord,” even though I warned you not to use it, 39 I will forget you completely. I will expel you from my presence, along with this city that I gave to you and your ancestors. 40 And I will make you an object of ridicule, and your name will be infamous throughout the ages.’”

Encountering Satan

I have had a recent encounter with the demonic. Satan. Not the first time. Won't be the last. Sometimes he comes in flesh. He comes and without wearing a name badge it takes very little time to identify him. His mode is always the same.

  • He's an accuser. He will blame you. He will cause you to think you have done something wrong.
  • He's a vile person, sometimes appearing to be nice but like a serpent will turn and strike.
  • He will threaten you. IF you do this or don't do that you will suffer at his hands.
  • He wants to strike fear in you. You are tormented. He is a tormentor.
  • He will try to dominate you, press you down, make you depressed, put a cloud over your life.
  • He will create imaginations of all kinds. All discouragements.
  • His attempt is to derail you. Stop you from having victory.

I have been trying to deal with this as if the person who is manifesting this in my life is actually flesh and blood. He is, but behind him is an evil force, a power, a principality. I cannot fight against the flesh and blood but against the principality I can. The power I have over him is biblical.

Resist him and he will flee.

But he gives us even more grace to stand against such evil desires. As the Scriptures say, "God opposes the proud but favors the humble." So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:6-7

I can bind, I can rebuke, I can pray against the spirit in this man. BUT, it seems like the key is to resist. Resist anger. Resist fear. Resist hate of the Flesh and Blood. Resist the devil.

I needed to prophesy to ME today. Hope it spoke to you as well.

GOD TOLD ME SOMETHING I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO HEAR!

David Wilkerson Today

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2010

GOD TOLD ME SOMETHING I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO HEAR!

One night during a prayer meeting, God told me something about our church I was not expecting to hear.

The Lord whispered to me, “This church needs shock treatment! Too many have grown satisfied and complacent. You feel safe and secure from all the winds and waves of false doctrines sweeping over the land—but you are not prepared for what is coming!”

Beloved, the message of having the Spirit’s witness functioning in you is not a request—it is a matter of life and death! If you don’t have the witness of the Holy Ghost in these last days, you’re not going to make it! You’ll give in to the coming spirit of the Antichrist!

You need the Holy Spirit witness every day—on your job, at work, at school. You need to rightly judge politicians and leaders so you’ll not suddenly be sucked into the antichrist system.

This is what Jesus was trying to tell us about the foolish virgins who ran out of oil for their lamps. They had a supply of the Holy Ghost—but they didn’t have his witness at the final moment.

Don’t end up a foolish virgin! If you are running out of oil—trusting your church or your pastor to keep your soul—then repent! Humble yourself and search your heart! Cry out to God to rid your soul of all anger and bitterness. Confess your sins and forsake them. And depend on God once again for everything!

Get the peace of God in your heart, so you can have a Holy Ghost witness. And ask the Father for a greater enduement of the Spirit. Invite him to be your witness and guide in everything!

We face a cost of going all the way with Jesus, but we also will receive a reward: It is simply the blessing of having Christ stand with us. There are many other rewards as well (see Matthew 19:29), but I mention this one because it is all we will ever need.

When Paul was imprisoned in Jerusalem, the whole religious system wanted to kill him. They accused him of polluting the holy place and preaching false doctrines. His life was in danger; even the soldiers were “fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in pieces” (Acts 23:10). So they took him by force and locked him away in a castle. The next night the Lord himself spoke to Paul, and what a word he brought: “Cheer up! There’s even more trouble to come!”

The cost of following Christ was clear in the lives of these men of God—and if we are going to be like our Master, then we must embrace this cost as well. Enduring it becomes a joy because Jesus promises to stand with us in every situation. And we can face anything or anyone when we know the Lord stands with us.

So count the cost and know that your reward, in all things, is the precious presence of Jesus Christ.

Some Prophetic Observations on the Chile Miner Rescue

CHRIS MORRIS:
Tonight 10-12-10 @ 10pm mst
The rescue is still going on as this is posted.
The Holy Spirit said this Loud & Clear Tonight:

  • 33 men trapped under the earth in a Gold mine
Jesus was 33 when He was crucified and placed in a tomb.

  • After the 69th day they are rescued, On the 70th day they will all be safe.
After 69 weeks Jesus was cut off, Now begins the 70th week and then rescue!

  • They are ALL 2000 feet down in the belly of the earth. After two days, or 2000 years since Christ, I will raise you up on the third day. The Third day is about to begin, or, the end of the sixth day, and the 7th day is just upon us, OR THE 1000 YEARS OF CHRIST'S MILLENNIAL REIGN!

  • 1st Miner to come out at exactly 00:11 am Chilean time on the 70th new day! Hebrews 1:11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

  • After 17 Days the men were unknown dead or alive?
Matthew 17:1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; 2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. 4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us[a] make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”5 While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” 6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid. 7 But Jesus came and touched them and said, “Arise, and do not be afraid.” 8 When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only. 9 Now as they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man is risen from the dead.”

  • The rescue cage itself is 24 inches wide to fit the men in.
Read Psalms 24 (below)Psalm 24 A Psalm of David. 1 The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. 2 For He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters. 3 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? 4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah 7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. 8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle. 9 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. 10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

  • This is a Sign to all mankind get ready! Jesus is Coming very soon!

The Lost Ethics of the Apostle Paul MUST Return to the Ministry in the USA or Judgment Will Increase

Recent revelations and excesses in major ministries around the USA where heads of ministries live in million dollar mansions, (sometimes two), have jet airplanes and drive Bentley automobiles has become a scandal in how Christianity is practiced in the west. This is obvious to ALL who see it except those who are caught up in the cult of personality revolving around these misleaders. This I know, the Spirit of God sees it and he speaks judgment on these ministries. They must repent.

They all started off well intentioned. They were men or women of God who wanted to do good things. They paid the price, tried hard to help people and became skilled at doing what God had called them to do. Then the deceit of wealth began to whisper lies in their ears. They began to hear how they deserved more. How they were worth it. The Oxen should go unmuzzled became their life verse.

They became preachers of wealth obtained thru giving money to ministry. They preached the tithe and offering more than sanctification and repentance. They preached the Hundredfold return more than the Return of Jesus.

This error in the church of Jesus has been exposed and I tell you by the revelation of the Holy Ghost, will be exposed even more. Judgment is here. This is a warning to those pastors, Apostles, Bishops and others who have used the distortion of the word of God to fleece the flock. Stop now, or you will be exposed and deposed. The hand of Judgment is already on the church in America.

Paul the Apostle when leaving Ephesus for the last time revealed convictions that have been lost to most in the Church Today. Read them and consider how far we have drifted from the confession of Paul to today. Emphasis is mine.

Acts 20:18
“You know that from the day I set foot in the province of Asia until now 19 I have done the Lord’s work humbly and with many tears. I have endured the trials that came to me from the plots of the Jews. 20 I never shrank back from telling you what you needed to hear, either publicly or in your homes. 21 I have had one message for Jews and Greeks alike—the necessity of repenting from sin and turning to God, and of having faith in our Lord Jesus.

22 “And now I am bound by the Spirit to go to Jerusalem. I don’t know what awaits me, 23 except that the Holy Spirit tells me in city after city that jail and suffering lie ahead. 24 But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.

25 “And now I know that none of you to whom I have preached the Kingdom will ever see me again. 26 I declare today that I have been faithful. If anyone suffers eternal death, it’s not my fault, 27 for I didn’t shrink from declaring all that God wants you to know.

28 “So guard yourselves and God’s people. Feed (note, not Fleece) and shepherd God’s flock—his church, purchased with his own blood—over which the Holy Spirit has appointed you as elders. 29 I know that false teachers, like vicious wolves, will come in among you after I leave, not sparing the flock. 30 Even some men from your own group will rise up and distort the truth in order to draw a following. 31 Watch out! Remember the three years I was with you—my constant watch and care over you night and day, and my many tears for you.

32 “And now I entrust you to God and the message of his grace that is able to build you up and give you an inheritance with all those he has set apart for himself.

33 “I have never coveted anyone’s silver or gold or fine clothes. 34 You know that these hands of mine have worked to supply my own needs and even the needs of those who were with me. 35 And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

36 When he had finished speaking, he knelt and prayed with them. 37 They all cried as they embraced and kissed him good-bye. 38 They were sad most of all because he had said that they would never see him again. Then they escorted him down to the ship.

Ask yourself, how many ministers are working, outside of the offerings and tithes in the ministry, with callouses on their hands, not coveting gold or silver or fine clothes? Can that be said of the ministry superstars of today? Or the superstar wannabees? Sure, they all have a testimony of back in the day when where they were in want, where they did work. BUT NOW they are living off the backs of he needy from whom they draw offerings without shame. They have smooth hands. Paul the Apostle had been ministering for decades by the time this even happened. He was headed for Jail. He was in for some tough years. He was driven by the demands of his call. YET, he worked hard to provide money for his own provision in a secular manner and for the giving to others. Little of that goes on today. A sense of ministerial entitlement permeates the church. This important ethos the true Apostle Paul is lost in the church of today. How many big ministry leaders you see on television would or could say what Paul said in the RED and Bold. Few.

What's more disturbing to the Spirit of God is the invasion of this perception passed to young church leaders today. The gospel has become a vehicle for gain. They have become deceived faster and more easily than the previous generation. There is a curse on them, the curse of expectation to live high on the Most High. ""For me to live is Christ for me to minister is gain"" is how they read that verse. I know several good young men and women who have bought into building a ministry mentality over building the Kingdom. They make the assumption because God gifted them with an anointing they do not have to work, can beg for offerings or if they have a body of believers can press those who should be under their care for more and more. If the giving of money is a significant emphasis in your church or fellowship, you need to reconsider your ministry or connection. Did PAUL continue to beat people up over money? And he was more anointed than most Apostles or Prophets or Bishops walking the earth today. More than YOU, more than ME. It is more blessed to GIVE than Receive is not about giving to ministry, it's about sharing what GOD has given us with others freely. Not wealth (although it might contain some wealth) but the reality of God's glory and grace in action in our lives. YOU CAN LIVE THIS WAY should be our mantra.

This whole attitude and practice as is practiced in the USA is a stench in the nostrils of God. He speaks to the Church of Today thru the Prophet Amos Chapter 5:
18 What sorrow awaits you who say,
“If only the day of the Lord were here!”
You have no idea what you are wishing for.
That day will bring darkness, not light.
19 In that day you will be like a man who runs from a lion—
only to meet a bear.
Escaping from the bear, he leans his hand against a wall in his house—
and he’s bitten by a snake.
20 Yes, the day of the Lord will be dark and hopeless,
without a ray of joy or hope.

21 “I hate all your show and pretense—
the hypocrisy of your religious festivals and solemn assemblies.
22 I will not accept your burnt offerings and grain offerings.
I won’t even notice all your choice peace offerings.
23 Away with your noisy hymns of praise!
I will not listen to the music of your harps.
24 Instead, I want to see a mighty flood of justice,
an endless river of righteous living.

The day of the Lord is Coming to the Church. Judgment will be upon her. She is soiled and Father wants her clean. I appeal to you by the Holy Spirit IF any of this pricks your spirit and you see yourself in it at all, repent NOW before the Shame of Judgment comes upon you. The Spirit of God is saying, "I wounded you, now I can bind you up again. RETURN to ME!"

Hosea 6

A Call to Repentance
1 “Come, let us return to the Lord.
He has torn us to pieces;
now he will heal us.
He has injured us;
now he will bandage our wounds.
2 In just a short time he will restore us,
so that we may live in his presence.
3 Oh, that we might know the Lord!
Let us press on to know him.
He will respond to us as surely as the arrival of dawn
or the coming of rains in early spring.”

Today is the Day of Repentance. Turn from your wicked ways. Become like Paul as he followed Jesus, follow him. Perhaps you will escape the day of Judgment and shame.

REPENT and LIVE!

When Plans are Thwarted

TGIF Today God Is First Volume 1, by Os Hillman
10-13-2010

"But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia." Daniel 10:13

I left at 5:00 a.m. to fly to another city to present some possible joint initiatives in ministry with another organization. I would have only an hour or so to meet with the board. I got into the city and taxied to the hotel. This is great, I thought. No glitches. I am even here an hour early. I asked where the meeting was. There was no record of such a meeting, even though my contact was staying at the hotel. I made several calls, to no avail. What had I missed? I continued trying to reach someone. An hour and a half later I reached my wife. She located a letter that seemed to indicate the meeting might be downtown. I took a cab and arrived at the location. "I am sorry, sir, there are no seventh-floor offices in use yet in this building."

"That cannot be. My letter says different." After I insisted, she let me go up. I arrived on the seventh floor. Nothing but concrete. Perplexed, I called my wife again. We made contact with yet another person who gave us another number to call. Finally, we located where the meeting was taking place. I got into the cab for another $30 cab ride. Forty-five minutes later the cab driver was lost. We stopped at a dry cleaners and he asked the people there, where the street was located. I was past the point of anger. I was laughing at this situation. A few minutes later, we arrived at our destination, three and a half hours after our scheduled time. Plans do not always go as we hope. Sometimes they are hindered for our purposes. Sometimes we are dealing in a spiritual realm in which we realize we are truly in a spiritual battle. And sometimes we are even hindered to protect us. After looking at this situation, I believe I was being hindered from getting to this meeting. However, perseverance and God's grace allowed me to make the meeting. Important initiatives resulted from the brief time I was there.

The next time your plans are thwarted, begin asking what is at the root of the calamities. Ask God for discernment on what is taking place. Just as He revealed to Daniel, God will show you what is behind such events.

Door Openings may not mean an Entrance - there just might be a dead end down that long hall

We are all ready to quote

Isaiah 22:22 I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

We use it for guidance. We use it for opportunity. We use it to tell ourselves that things are opening or closing for us. It's true, yet we must be discerning.

Sometimes we think we see an open door. It looks to us as if we can just walk thru into our destiny. Some doors seem very inviting. Some are even prettier than others. Then there are other doors that are unappealing. Even festooned with what look like a pack of snakes.

Try every door as you try every spirit. Not every spirit that says follow me is an open door.

Too many have gone shipwreck by pushing thru a door that was locked shut. Thinking they heard from God they plunged forward and found themselves at a dead end.

HOW then should we KNOW what door is or is not open? Which are entrances to destiny and others leading to a dead end maze?

First, let the Peace of God referee your decisions.
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful. Colossions 3:15
Second, seek God for confirmation of your door choices.
1. The confirmation of God's Word
2. Inner conviction
3. Practical circumstances
4. The counsel of godly, mature Christian friends
Third, wait for the timing of God. It might be the right door, but it might be the wrong time. Joseph in prison was at the door, but the time might not be yet.

Fourth, risk should always be able to provide triple reward if it's successful. In other words, if the potential for loss or reversal is small and the reward great, it may be a more open door than first perceived. It's when you put everything on the line and fail. I have done this and it's painful.

This is a difficult situation. Try hard to test it. The closed door is easy. The open doors are more difficult. You will notice I did NOT instruct you to seek a prophetic word. The Prophetic word won't tell you which is the right door, just what's on the other side of the right door.

GOD wants you to step into your destiny, he will show you the way, it will be just before your eyes and then you will find the door to "what's next". This was a word for someone who will read this today.

When an Alarm Goes Off ..... Don't Panic .... But don't ignore the ALARM

It seems like prophetically I am engaged in sounding an alarm more than I wish I were. It's not a role as a Prophet I enjoy. I don't want to be a doomsayer. Yet, there is a precedent for standing on the wall and sounding the trumpet. So, I do what I am called to. I don't want to...but I must tell you the truth:
Joel 2
1 Sound the alarm in Jerusalem!
Raise the battle cry on my holy mountain!
Let everyone tremble in fear
because the day of the Lord is upon us.
2 It is a day of darkness and gloom,
a day of thick clouds and deep blackness.

BUT IT ENDS WELL FOR THOSE WHO:

32 But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord
will be saved,
for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape,
just as the Lord has said.
These will be among the survivors
whom the Lord has called.

There is MUCH in between the two. You have to read it and spend some time ...

There is going to be much difficulty, much pain, much economic and social collapse. There will be war.

The only way to survive is to overcome by the POWER of the Spirit:
28 “Then, after doing all those things,
I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
Your old men will dream dreams,
and your young men will see visions.
29 In those days I will pour out my Spirit
even on servants—men and women alike.
30 And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth—
blood and fire and columns of smoke.
31 The sun will become dark,
and the moon will turn blood red
before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives.
The Good Days will return once more after the warfare. They will be better. More sane. You will not look back on the former days with longing.

Surely the Lord has done great things!
21 Don’t be afraid, my people.
Be glad now and rejoice,
for the Lord has done great things.
22 Don’t be afraid, you animals of the field,
for the wilderness pastures will soon be green.
The trees will again be filled with fruit;
fig trees and grapevines will be loaded down once more.
23 Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem!
Rejoice in the Lord your God!
For the rain he sends demonstrates his faithfulness.
Once more the autumn rains will come,
as well as the rains of spring.
24 The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain,
and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil.

25 The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost
to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts,
the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts.
It was I who sent this great destroying army against you.
26 Once again you will have all the food you want,
and you will praise the Lord your God,
who does these miracles for you.
Never again will my people be disgraced.
27 Then you will know that I am among my people Israel,
that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other.
Never again will my people be disgraced.

IF you overcome by the power of the Spirit you will walk not only in safety but in abundance. YOU will be a sign and a wonder to the world lost in sin.

You must look only to ME says the Lord. I am the one who sends the army to tear down all that you thought was safety, I tear down every baal altar erected above my altar. The altars of wealth, power, economics, politics, sports, entertainment, media, popular music, fame, fortune and even family that stands in the way of wholehearted worship of ME. You will have no other gods before me or you will have no GOD at all.

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts. Haggai 2:9

This is one of the Most Amazing prophetic stories I have read in a long time, Except I had JUST SUCH an experience this week. WOW

Will Ford:
Getting Zion Ready for a Wedding
Will Ford

Isaiah 62:1-7 For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not keep quiet, until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, and her salvation like a torch that is burning. The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD will designate. You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD, And a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

It will no longer be said to you, "Forsaken," nor to your land will it any longer be said, "Desolate"; but you will be called, "My delight is in her," and your land, "Married"; for the LORD delights in you, and to Him your land will be married. For as a young man marries a virgin, so your sons will marry you; and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so your God will rejoice over you. On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the LORD, take no rest for yourselves; and give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth."

She Had An Esther Anointing, Incredible Favor and God Was Wooing Her into Intimacy

On November 22, 2002 I left DFW airport on my first trip ever to the International House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City, Missouri. Little did I know that God had more in store for me on this plane ride. When I sat down in my seat, a young lady sat next to me. We were cordial to each other, nothing unusual – initially – when suddenly the atmosphere around us changed. The spirit of prophecy came over me, over us, on this plane ride in a most unusual way.

I turned to her and said, "So, you're from Southern California, right?" The young African American lady replied, "Yes." Then I said, "Not LA, but somewhere close to LA," to which she replied, "Well, I'm from San Diego, but now I live in Long Beach." I then said, "So, you go to Long Beach State University, right?" and she said, "Yes." "And you are a sophomore there, right?" and she said, "Uh, yeah."

I then said, "And you are a psychology major, right?" Starting to get a bit weirded out, she then said, "Yes, but how did you know that?" I then asked, "Do you have a friend named Tiffany?" She said, "Ok, I have two friends named Tiffany, what is going on?" I said to her, "I don't know, I usually don't do this, unless I have music playing in the background, nor am I accustomed to doing this on planes. All I know is that God really loves you, and Jesus has an incredible plan for your life."

As she wiped away tears, I began to prophesy about an Esther anointing coming over her life, that incredible favor was coming to her at her school, and how God was wooing her into a new place of purity and intimacy with Him. I had Alice Smith's book on prayer with me, called "Beyond the Veil," and I gave it to her, in preparation to live a life beyond the veil of this world and in intimacy with the Lord.

I Met "Zion" on an Airplane

I could feel the Holy Spirit lifting off me, and I heard the Lord say to me, "Ask her to tell you her name, but first, tell her there is something very precious about her name." I thought, "Ok God, this has been so good, why don't You tell me her name?" I then heard, "No, ask her, but tell her that there is something precious about her name." I said, "The Lord is telling me there is something precious about your name. What is your name?" and she said, "My name is Zion." I said, "Zion!" I was awestruck!

I then turned to Isaiah 62, and read to her, "For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem's sake, I will not be quiet, until her name becomes a praise in the earth." I continued reading, and got to the verse which says, "...your land shall be called Married." And Zion said, "This is crazy, because I'm actually traveling from California to Kansas City to be in my cousin's wedding."

Dumbfounded at the similarities going on, I leaned back in my chair, and then said, "Ok, the Holy Spirit is saying there is something precious about your last name. What is your last name?" And I heard her say, "Ready." I said, "Pardon me, but did you say, 'Ready' or 'Redding,' like Otis Redding?" and she spelled," R-e-d-i-e," and told me it was pronounced like "Ready."

I really didn't know if I had sat down next to an angel or not. I made her say and spell her name probably four times! I was stunned by the whole plane ride itself and was in awe of God's presence. Zion Redie had been walking with the Lord for about a year, and up to this point, never had received a prophetic word from anyone before. As my friend John Hamill picked me up to drive to the double-wides where people were praying night and day, which was IHOP Kansas City during its humble beginnings, I couldn't get over meeting this young lady named Zion Redie, who had traveled from California to Kansas City to be in a wedding.

"I Am Marrying Different Movements Together...and this Unity Will Break the Power of the Death Culture in America"

When I arrived at IHOP, I shared this with Mike Bickle and John Hamill, and then eventually Dutch Sheets and Lou Engle. After a time of prayer and meditation, the Lord began to show me that more than just an exciting plane ride, He was using this experience as a sign of what He was doing. Remembering how the Lord had me prophesy about an Esther anointing coming into Zion's life, her major being psychology, and recalling she was traveling from California to be in a wedding in Kansas City, after meditation and prayer, I sensed the Lord was saying the following:

"I have betrothed Myself to a fatherless Esther generation. And just as Zion's major is Psychology, which is the study of the soul, I am majoring in souls, for there is a major battle going on for the heart of America; and I'm getting Zion Ready for a wedding, and I'm marrying different races, I'm marrying different movements together, and the synergy of this unity will break the power of the death culture in America, which came in on this day."

The day I met Zion Redie, November 22nd, was key, because it's the day that John Kennedy died, and many believe his death was catalytic to the emergence of hopelessness that spawned the death culture.

What came from this was amazing. Lou Engle, Dutch Sheets and I flew to Kansas City at the request of Mike Bickle and IHOP staff on December 5, 2002. We discussed the "Zion Ready" encounter that happened on November 22, and an Isaiah 22:22 encounter Shawn Bolz had the same day. The outcome of the meeting was that these leaders sensed God wanted them to join their anointings and prayer mantles together: Dutch Sheets, representing Governmental authority; Lou Engle, representing the Nazirite consecration of holiness; Mike Bickle, representing the Shulamites of Song of Solomon bridal intimacy in intercession; and Che Ahn, representing Power Evangelism.

That year, December 31st, 2002 at TheCall Kansas City, they made covenant with God and each other to run together for awakening in America. Some time later, Lou Engle, sensing that TheCall School, which was in California, was to join the 24-hour prayer furnace at IHOP KC, eventually moved his entire family and TheCall School to IHOP in Kansas City – and they joined forces together. The synergy of this unity has been exponentially incredible. Souls have been saved, lives have been changed, crisis pregnancy centers and adoption agencies have been birthed, combating abortion, and the prayer movement has been thrust into the middle of the culture war.

Putting and End to the Death Decree Over a Generation

In 2002, I tried to find Zion, or find someone who knew her, but to no avail. Nevertheless, I continued praying for her, knowing that she represented, for me, the next generation. I felt her being African American was key as well, so I've prayed for her over the years, knowing she was for me, personally, a sign and symbol of God's heart for Israel, African Americans and, like Esther, putting an end to the death decree over a generation.

Though Zion isn't fatherless (she comes from a great family), most of her generation is. Therefore, I used Isaiah 62 to pray for a generation who, like Esther, is fatherless (see Esther 2:7). Just like Isaiah 62:6 states, I knew I was a watchman on the wall, called to intercede and remind the Lord and give Him no rest, crying out for His blessing to be released to "Zion," who represented so much to me in prayer. I studied statistics and everything I could over the following years, and became a student of culture as I prayed for the next generation in America. The two books I've written, "History Makers" and "Created for Influence," and the DVD "The Truth Behind Abortion," are research-birthed from the fruit of this intercession.

In 2004, I found articles about Zion Redie, and was excited about what God had done in her life. An Esther-like favor had come over her, for just as Esther won a beauty pageant, Zion won a beauty pageant at Long Beach State. She also had become a student government leader. She was involved in the African American alliance and Bible study groups as well. She had so much favor with the school, she was hired by Long Beach State to be Student Life Coordinator. I believe God is using her position as a Student Life Coordinator as a sign that He is raising up students who will stand for life like Esther.

I didn't reach out to Zion until 2007; not wanting to look like some weirdo, I just prayed for her from afar, knowing that for me she represented the next generation. I then shared the experience I had regarding God getting Zion ready for a wedding on GOD TV in May, 2007, and an intercessor in Long Beach, California, Doug Davis, was gripped by the word. Checking out the validity of what I shared, Doug, through a mutual acquaintance, met Zion, who told him that we did meet on a plane ride, and it was the first time she ever received a prophetic word, and it had a powerful impact on her life.

Now, I'm not so presumptuous to think my prayers alone had anything to do with her hard work and success. Zion has great parents and the support of a loving family. What God did for me is teach me the power of releasing or receiving a prophetic word, whether on an airplane, in a church service, or anywhere, and the impact of being obedient to His prayer assignments.

The Importance of Zion's Wedding

September 4th, 2010 I went to Sacramento, California to join Lou Engle in praying at TheCall Sacramento, and thought I'd reach out to Zion Redie again. I learned she was engaged to be married. Zion told me that she is getting married to an awesome man of God who is also African American, and the Youth Minister at a spirit-filled church. The wedding was September 25th, 2010. She said she has accepted her call in ministry to walk alongside her husband and be a standard-bearer for the next generation, and also a mentor for young women. Sounds like Esther to me, doesn't it?

Interestingly enough, September 25th, the day of her wedding, was during the Feast of Tabernacles. Zion probably didn't know this, nor did I, until I shared this with a Messianic Pastor I met after we talked. This Feast lasts for eight days, and is considered the feast of feasts. "Tabernacles speak of the day when the Son of God will tabernacle among men, wipe away every tear, and bring in the 'golden age' which men have dreamed of..." (click here to read more about the Feast).

Zechariah 14:16 says that all the nations of the earth will observe this feast and will make pilgrimages from around the world to be a part of it. It commemorates the temporary booths that were pitched by Jewish families leaving Egypt during the exodus, and how God was a cloud by day, a fire by night and tabernacles over His people in covenant, providing shelter, safety, comfort and provision. These tabernacles or booths, called Sukkoths, resemble the wedding canopy called the Huppah, under which God weds His people in Jewish weddings. The Feast of Tabernacles, therefore, is to be full of joy like a Jewish wedding, and also celebrates marriage and family. In a sense, it's Isaiah 62:4-5, which says:

"For the LORD delights in you, and to Him your land will be married. For as a young man marries a virgin, so your sons will marry you; and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so your God will rejoice over you."

Messianic Jewish leaders teach that this feast is a forerunner of the wedding feast to be celebrated when our Heavenly Bridegroom returns for His Bride! Amazingly, Zion got married during this time. Wow!

Zion's Wedding Represents a Bridal Revelation and Paradigm Coming to Young People in the Church

The number 8 has Biblically represented new beginnings, and it's interesting that it's been about eight years since we met on our plane ride; God had been getting Zion ready for a wedding ever since, and her marriage during this eight-day festival was also a sign of a new beginning. As a matter of fact, Isaiah 62:2 says, "And you will be called by a new name..." (NASB). Think of it: God not only got Zion ready for a wedding, but because of her marriage Zion will be given a new name (a great picture of Isaiah 62:2), and as a minster's wife she's stepping into a new calling to prepare the Bride of Christ for our Bridegroom King's return!

Prophetically, I feel that Zion's wedding represents a bridal revelation and paradigm coming to young people in the Church. Also, it symbolizes Messianic Jewish, African American and African people globally will unite, as a new generation of African people receive God's heart for Israel. I also feel it's a sign the Lord will be raising up more houses of prayer in the inner city to tabernacle among His people and unite the Body of Christ. Just as important, this shows how our lives of purity and consecration unto the Lord are the sign of His impending return. As Dehaviland Brown says, "My life must BE a sign of the coming Bridegroom. If we cease to live for that day when we see Him face to face, then we cease to truly live at all!"

We Can't Give Up Praying for the Next Generation – Pray Until Salvation Comes "Like a Torch that is Burning"

This entire experience has meant so much for me. Isaiah 62:6-7 says: "On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the LORD, take no rest for yourselves; and give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth."

Remember, I've been praying for Zion as a watchman, knowing that she represented for me the next generation, and you have no idea how encouraging it is to see the fruit of laboring with God in prayer. I had no idea what God was doing behind the scenes with her, let alone with her generation, and neither do you. Has God assigned you to pray for someone else's son, daughter or the next generation? When it comes to praying for the next generation, we can't give up, in spite of what stats say and society says. What I've learned in praying for "Zion" is that, though we may get overwhelmed with statistics and bad reports, we must look beyond them to the living hope we have in God who hears and is responding to our prayers. Whether we see it or not, something is happening in the unseen realm.

As for me, I will not keep silent. I will continue to remind the Lord, for "Zion's" sake, of all the trappings of this age confronting the next generation, and will keep crying out to Him for their deliverance until salvation comes to this generation "...like a torch that is burning" (Isaiah 62:1).

Are you a worn out school teacher, social worker, coach, youth worker, or pastor or have given up on whatever assigned place you have on the societal wall for the next generation? I pray that Zion's testimony strengthens you and helps you know that your labor has not been in vain! And for those who've stopped interceding for the next generation, get healed, if necessary, and get back on the wall. We need you! We can't stop until that for which we are crying out for becomes a praise in the earth.

Now is the time for us, as friends of the Bridegroom, to contend for souls to be saved and lives to be changed and prepare a generation to meet Christ Jesus. Of that day, Revelation 19:7 says, "Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His Bride has made herself ready."

The Spirit of Bathwater and Baby Discard

There is a sad phenomena in the Body of Christ, particularly among people who consider themselves Spiritually Superior to discount EVERYTHING that is NOT just like them. I guess they must have torn this page out of their Bible.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Phil 2:3

One of the most egregious of these is some woman from Great Britain who hates EVERYTHING that isn't her. I link to her here to WARN you of this evil spirit.

She has no discernment and prides herself on sowing a spirit of discord. Mark her well. She has misled many. She might make it to heaven but she will see all of her "Work" destroyed as wood hay and stubble.
I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. Romans 16:17

I mention this as a warning, this infection, this Leaven of the Pharasies (that's what this spirit is) is infecting many.
Jesus said to them, “Watch and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” Matt 16:6

YES, there is a place to call sin, SIN. Eddie Long for instance.

BUT, the shotgun approach of anything that differs whatsoever from what you hold dear is Leaven of Pharisees.
"And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in Thy Name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in My Name, that can lightly speak evil of Me. For he that is not against us is on our part." (Mark 9:38-40 KJV)

Jesus warned us. I speak for HIM today. Watch out for them. They will destroy your capacity to receive from anyone who comes in the Name of the Lord.

7 Imperatives of this Hour - Cleve Sharp

1. Prioritizing is Imperative. We must prioritize because of the level of distractions that are going to be available. Focus on keeping first things first, second things second, etc. etc. Distractions and disorder will dilute Kingdom purpose. Jesus said, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added”. Our father is committed to supplying everything we need in life. However, he is not pleased with lip service. He isn’t pleased with intellectual, philosophical Christianity while we live our lives as functional atheists. In other words we declare we believe in Jesus and we attend church yet our lives are lived without a sense of ongoing accountability to the ways of God. When the Fathers will and your will collide ….do you say no to yourself or God? We essentially live like the guy down the road that doesn’t even profess Christianity. Where is the evidence of whose we are?

2. Attitude is Imperative. We must control our attitudes. Just a few attitudes to be on the alert for: An attitude of pessimism or eminent doom will lead to more and more depression and hopelessness. David said, “ I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD” Fearfulness will weaken us and take our courageousness away. Fear will cause us to be double minded in the purpose of God. Isaiah said, “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Angry hostile attitudes will eventually become a snare to your life. Anger rests in the bosom of fools.

3. Outlook is Imperative. Events are the things in life that influence our outlook. Life must not be ruled by events. Our lives must be defined only by our purpose in God. Experience in life good or bad can become a spur to action or a black hole of despair. Who are you? Shall you be defined by an incident? Will you be defined by episodes in life that have been evil? You will never go forward looking back over your shoulder. Learn from the past ….don’t live there.

4. Change is Imperative. Due to the ongoing attrition of the enemy we must guard our attitudes. We must change or adjust our attitudes daily, sometimes hourly. When we change a baby’s diaper we don’t just add another diaper over the old one. When we change them we take off the old and discard it. Then we put on the new. When we change lanes on the highway we must leave the lane we are in. We must put down the old to embrace the new.

5. Diligence is Imperative. Be diligent to guard your attitude. Your attitude controls your spiritual momentum. Attitude either stabilizes and/or accelerates or it slows and/or stops our “Kingdom” purpose. At Ziklag David had to encourage himself in the Lord. Get up! Shake yourself! Take hold of what the Lord has told you to do and then DO IT!

6. Courageousness is Imperative. The thought which doesn’t nurture courage must be judged and discarded. We are to be courageous and take on everything God says for us to do. We are well able to do what God has told us to do only take heed to your attitude.

7. Staying on Mission is Imperative. Saints we have been dropped into this hour as strategic ambassadors of a kingdom that has all the answers to the ills of mankind. What are we doing letting the mindsets of this world keep us from being the solution. There are only two cultures; the culture of this world (darkness)in all its varied forms and then the culture of the Kingdom of God(light). Shall we get offended by the darkness and withdraw our light. Nothing can withstand the culture of Gods’ Kingdom. We are the solution to change the Godless culture of the land. Darkness cannot overcome the light. Though our lives are poured out in what most would consider as unappreciated unrecognized endeavors those actions of obedience become the seed of change. We must be courageous to take on the task of the hour. How does this culture of the Kingdom of God practically display itself? This Kingdom is on display through our love, selflessness, and sacrificial service; by walking in righteousness, justice, and judgment; by living life in obedience and accountable to the unseen and ongoing influence of our living Lord.

Julia Loren: Who Are the Ones Carrying the New Anointing?

Julia Loren

As I was writing my book Shifting Shadows of Supernatural Anointing (about the emerging anointing I am seeing when I pray for individuals, and seek to identify those who are emerging), I asked the Lord recently, "Who are the ones carrying the New Anointing?"

"They Are Examples of My Mercy"

And He stood before me and replied:

"They are examples of My mercy; extensions of My grace. One who has been forgiven much, loves much, and walks in a new dimension of faith, hope and love. Because they walk, live and dwell so close to My heart they are able to impart that to others. There is no judgmentalism in them. They judge not because they know that My love suspends judgment and feel the embrace of My total acceptance – an acceptance they could never earn – a love that will never be denied or withheld.

"Their humility is the conduit of power.

"Their ability to honor others and move within a team mentality increases their authority and provides the safety I desire for them."

"They Are Not Afraid to Share Their Testimony"

"They are not afraid to share their testimony because they are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ; for they know it is the power of God unto salvation. And the very anointing that breaks the hold of the enemy on cultures is this power of God unto salvation – released through the word of their testimony and the ever-increasing revelation of My Blood.

"They are not a remnant cowering in caves. They are leaders taking lands, tribes and nations. They are filled with a holy boldness born of being one who is My favored one, My beloved, called by My name, born to inherit nations, born specifically in this hour of history, for this hour.

"They Have Laid Down Weapons of Carnal Warfare and Traded Them in for a Revelation of Extreme Love"

"They are the new liberation theology I am turning loose on the world. Sent as reminders of grace and mercy, they have laid down weapons of carnal warfare and traded them in for a revelation of extreme love.

"And they will know My love in the days to come. Each one, personally – shockingly – stunned beyond reason, stupefied and abandoned to all but Me. Just one touch of My love transforms the most broken and orphaned into a holy, anointed child in whom is all My delight. And they will come – en masse.

"They will be the forerunners of a love revolution I am sending to wash the earth like a flood as in the days of Noah; a flood not to destroy but to heal the land.

"Because they bear the marks of Christ on their body, the scars etched across their souls, the emblems of suffering evident in their emotional scars and skin markings, some will embrace them. Others will shun them.

"And to the ones who cannot receive them, tell them this: 'Go and learn what this means: "I desire mercy, not sacrifice. For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners"' (Matthew 9:13)."

Centers of Attention - ANYTHING but the TRUE GOD

There are a lot of things jostling for position in our lives as the center of attention. The Devil uses them to displace or take off focus that which must be the center of our attention.

Music, entertainment, sports, politics, TV, movies, movie stars, business, finance, pressures, family trouble, news, global strife, wars, rumors of wars, terrorism.

The stage of our mind is full of things competing to be the center of our attention.

I had such a week where those kinds of things became the center of my attention.

In my quiet time I was reminded that the pressures of life had pushed HIM off the stage.

He said, "My son, don't forget I will never ever leave you nor forsake you. I am the lifter of your head. I am a shield for you. I am to be the center of your life, as you remember that, as you walk in that, you will have victory".

Even in Church Stuff, and I'm involved in a lot of "Church Stuff" there is a potential for THAT to get in the way of keeping JESUS at the Center.

We worry about too much.

"Martha Martha" Jesus said.

Mary is who I strive to be, but Martha is a Ghost that haunts.

"The Event of Deception and Its Uncovering"

"The Event of Deception and Its Uncovering"

By Mary Lindow

In this time of re-positioning and adjustment in the Body of Christ on earth, the Lord is shaking everything He can and chooses to expose anything that we might be hiding or trying to avoid correction over.

It doesn't matter if you are educated, polished, intelligent or stunning in delivery or in appearance.

The Lord is saying to His People;
“In order to trust you with a Kingdom Harvest,
I must bring into my Holy light all that is hidden in any dark place of your life!”

For many of us, friends near and dear to us as well as colleagues have chosen to become idle, apathetic, sexually deviant, filled with self-pity, and some, nauseatingly self-promoting.

As these behaviors come to the surface, God allows many hearts to be broken, and stripped of immature ranting, and above all,
a tremendous amount of sobriety is now awakened in our lives.

The following story is very familiar to us but there are a few key points the Lord brought to my attention.

CITIZEN - CAIN AND "ABLE" - ABEL

Genesis chapter 4

Adam lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain.
She said, "With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man."
Later she gave birth to his brother Abel.
Now, Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil.

In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the LORD. But Abel brought fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor.
So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.

Then the LORD said to Cain,
"Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast?
If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?

But if you do not do what is right,
sin is crouching at your door;

it desires to have you, but you must master it."

Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to the field."
And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.

Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?"
"I don't know," he replied. "Am I my brother's keeper?"

The LORD said, "What have you done?
Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground.
Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground,

which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand.

When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you.
You will be a restless wanderer on the earth."

Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is more than I can bear.
Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth,
and whoever finds me will kill me."

But the LORD said to him,
"Not so if anyone kills Cain, he will suffer vengeance seven times over."

Then the LORD put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him.

So Cain went out from the Lord’s presence and lived in the land of Nod,
east of Eden.

THE FIRST OBSERVATION

Cain didn't bring the very best of His goods, his talents, or his labor as a sacrifice. Just some of the fruits. He grabbed just anything, certainly not his best. Not the very first fruits, not thinking God was watching.

Hmmmmm....
(Sounds like his parents Adam and Eve. The same iniquity being passed down and re-enacted.
)

Abel however, brought the very best cuts with fat, to the Lord.
The very best cuts from the 1st born sheep of His flocks.

Both of these brothers knew what pleased God!
This wasn't the first time they had offered sacrifice to the Lord!
This offering was done every year!
They knew what was expected of them!

When God doesn't look with favor on Cain's' offering and instead blesses Abel …Cain is really ticked off! WHY?!
He wanted God to bless his PRESENT mediocrity!
AFTER ALL…in the past years he had brought great tokens of devotion.

Cain begins to POUT! "God Just isn't fair!"
(Sounds like the same voice that influenced Adam and EVE!)

Now poor Cain looks sad and misunderstood!

THE SECOND OBSERVATION

Here is a key ingredient to the situation.
Hear it again.

Verse 6 & 7
Then the LORD said to Cain,
"Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast?
If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?

But if you do not do what is right,
sin is crouching at your door;
it desires to have you, but you must master it."

God came to check the Character of Cain-to judge Him fairly, to see what was accumulating in His heart's storehouse.

You see, Cain had become very lazy in His approach to thanking God and honoring Him. Cain was much more impressed with himself. He loved himself!

In the heat of anger and rage...
(just a side note here- this often manifests when God exposes the hidden agendas in our lives…)
… In the heat of anger and rage, Cain disregards God's voice and takes things into his own hands.

Verse 8 to 15
Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to the field."

Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth."

Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is more than I can bear. Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me."

But the LORD said to him, "Not so if anyone kills Cain, he will suffer vengeance seven times over."

Then the LORD put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him.

So Cain went out from the LORD'S presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden.

When a just punishment is handed down from God,
Cain still tries to manipulate and whine his way
out of the consequences.

Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is more than I can bear.
YOU are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me."

He is sent to a land called Nod, which means "Wandering.”
Away…from the presence of the Lord.

WE CANNOT STORM THE GATES OF HEAVEN...
...And expect great and powerful results when the sin crouching at the door of our own hearts is yet to be "Mastered."

The Lord wants to perfect His people through the power of His Holy Spirit flowing through them out into the Harvest field.
But it must come through holy people who have mastered the sin crouching at the door of their hearts.

The character and attitudes of our hearts must be examined, dealt with, and Mastered. (Capital M intended!)

SERVANT LEADERS - NOT LEADERS WITH SERVANTS!
The Lord wants us to know that in order to rule as people of authority, we must also be fair and honest with the Lord so we can truly serve His people. He wants Servant Leaders.........NOT LEADERS WITH SERVANTS!

What is it like Cain that you have half-heartedly offered to God this last year? Do you Rage at correction from Him or act wounded and downcast to avoid changing? Do you think that your past good deeds and good behavior are enough to obtain a present day blessing? Does Lucifer have a place to invade your heart or home or church?

Is it judging others? Exaggeration of circumstances? Racial distrust? Pride in your title or position? Is it Love of things more than God? Mismanaging Funds? Envy of others talents or Gifts? Self Pity?
The list could go on forever.

We all know where the Lord has turned up the heat
to smoke out any thing that is hidden
.

Hearts humbled through worshiping and bowing down before the Lord will bring the very Presence of the Lord into our lives, our families our circumstances. Psalm 101 is what he desires for His people to observe with great sobriety as He again will come and shake the church for another season before the ingathering of souls begins.

When we have mastered the doors of our own hearts, truly then we can approach the Gates of Heaven and Storm them with nothing being held back from the Father.

THE WAR CRY OF THE FAITHFUL SERVANT

I will sing of your love and justice, Lord.
I will praise you with songs.

I will be careful to live a blameless life
When will you come to give support to me?

I will lead a life of integrity in my own home.
I will refuse to look at anything vile and vulgar.

I hate all who deal crookedly;
I will have nothing to do with them.

I will reject perverse ideas and stay away from every evil.

I will not tolerate people who slander their neighbors.
I will not endure conceit and pride.

I will search for faithful people to be my companions.
Only those who are above reproach will be allowed to serve with me.

I will not allow deceivers to serve in the house,
And liars will not stay in my presence.

My daily task will be to force out out the wicked
and release the city of the Lord from their grip.
Psalm 101
