Chuck D. Pierce: "Dream Again!" and "Flooding in Rome!"

Newsletter dated November 28, 2012
Dear Dreaming Saints:
During worship, I heard the Lord begin to say:
"This is going to be a time where you thought you were lagging and did not have the strength to compete. But this will be a time where you finish strong in the next week. Next week you will find yourself energized; you'll find yourself moving in something you've not moved in. You'll find yourself going down paths you've never gone down before. Today, Heaven is coming into your atmosphere and you will be energized to accomplish what you couldn't accomplish earlier on this particular month!"
"Dream Again!"
After this, I asked Phillip Martin to share what he saw early on Sunday morning:
This morning when I woke up there was a descending glory cloud and it was enfolded with lightning and thunder and all manner of fire demonstrations. And the Lord said, "Focus on My glory for this season."
And as I focused on the glory cloud the Lord began to say, "It is time for My people to dream again. to dream of their destiny, to dream of the turning of the nations, to dream of the dreams that begin to move the heart of the King from disobedience to obedience that establishes a right order in the earth, where it can align with the glory cloud. Because the glory cloud of this season is going to change the atmospheric structures and open Heaven in a way we have never seen it open before.
"It is a time to get our alignment with our dreams and our destiny in order, so we can stand vertical in the season and the dispensations of the glory. For this glory is not like the previous glory – this glory demands an alignment of Heaven and earth so all that is prepared can be released and revealed."
I know that many felt defeated in various ways in the past season. I hear the Lord saying, "Dream again! That which you will experience in the next three months will be greater than what you experienced in the last season. Some of you have seen dreams scattered, but now I'm putting together a puzzle and I'm going to cause you to see something for your life that is greater than what you saw early on. Even though your puzzle was mixed up and the picture and vision of your destiny was stopped, dream again, and I will drop from Heaven, piece by piece, what is necessary for you to put together your future!"
As I shared on Sunday morning, I want to encourage each of you to read the book of Luke these next few weeks.
A Time of Cleansing: Flooding in Rome!
During our Pentecost Celebration at the Global Spheres Center in May, the Lord had me give a unique word about flooding in Rome. The Spirit of God said, "There will be an unusual flood that goes through Rome. When you see this flood, know that I am cleansing the Church from its straying way. When Rome floods I will wash My people in a new way and they will rise up out of their legalistic shift that they took many years ago. They will come into a new power as first.
"When the flood comes through Rome, Antiochs all over the earth will rise again. I have shaken the mindset of the last seasons. Greece is a picture of the shaking. But now Rome and its accumulation will begin to be cleansed. As Rome is cleansed, you will see a healing sweep throughout the Catholic people. That wineskin that has captured generation after generation will no longer be able to hold its captives."
Earlier this month we received reports (and even pictures) of the flooding that swept through portions of that city. On Wednesday, November 14, Reuters News Service stated, "One of Rome's most historic bridges was closed on Wednesday, as the swollen Tiber River roared through the capital and flooded outlying neighbourhoods. The Tiber's muddied waters rose to fill some of the supporting arches of the Ponte Milvio, or Milvian Bridge, threatening to engulf a pedestrian walkway and submerging trees. The bridge, whose current version dates to 1850, marks the spot of a previous bridge where in 312 the emperor Constantine defeated his rival Maxentius in one of the most pivotal battles of ancient Roman history."
The two pictures below (before flood and after) were sent to us by Matthias in Italy and reflect the level of flooding that occurred. Thank the Lord for the level of cleansing He is bringing – a cleansing that will sweep all the way back to the foundations of the Church corrupted by Constantine. Declare that the Antiochs will now arise!

The Great Divide - the Whore Church Divided from the Bride

I have long believed that there would be a great divide in the "Church". That there would be a Whore church and a True Church, the Bride. That the divide would become very evident. The line of demarcation would be clear. That the deception and embracing of corrupt evil government would be the mark of the Whore church.

Growing up I was taught this would be the Catholic Church. I no longer believe that. I think at one time the Catholic church was the false prophet, the whore church. But I think God has killed off that facet of the church. Then I thought it might be the lukewarm evangelical church. Methodist, Presbyterian, lukewarm ELCA Lutheran. I thought it might be the Liberal Church of Jim Wallis and the Sojourners who embrace all forms of evil in the name of Jesus.
Now I see a new candidate. It bothers me a lot. A form of Religion but no power of discernment. No capacity for hearing from God. No willingness for obedience to His Word. Lawlessness is the core identifier of this church:

"the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers," 1 Timothy 1:9

That divide is becoming clear to me now. I don't like what I see, the unholy trinity of Revelation 13.

Satan (the Dragon) finds people who will be subject to his wiles, he influences them and uses deception to place his subjects or at least those who cannot resist him in power in government. We then have a corrupt government system. The beast. That is the Great Dragon and the Beast in place. That would be bad enough, but then we have support for the beast empowered by the dragon.  The false prophet.

The false prophet is a corrupted religious system the calls evil good and good evil. It supports the beast (corrupt government) and teaches that the government of corruption is God's purpose. That creates an UnHoly trinity. The Dragon (the devil) could not do this without unredeemed unbelievers in government ready and willing to be mislead. The false prophet Whore church could not support this unless leaders there were unredeemed tools of the enemy.

At one time this WAS the catholic church during the middle ages. Certainly today in Muslim countries like Syria and Iran the beast system is in place. Corrupt Government and false prophets who support them with clerical robes.

NOW we have the same situation forming in the USA. A new demonic attack is underway. We are seeing manifestations of it. The false prophet has overplayed his hand and exposed himself for who he is. Watch and pray. Read all of REV 13 and you will see the pattern. These things are not end time events, they are long deep cycles recorded in the Word for us to be aware of satan's schemes.

Now that you know, watch and pray.  Satan STILL goes about as a roaring lion seeing whom he may devour and when he does the false prophet cheers.

Kim Clement: In 2013 - Conquer Your Mountain

Kim ClementWarriors,
It's almost 2013! Many great things happened during 2012, and even though we faced hardships and trials, which are to be expected in life, we survived and even laughed a lot more than we had in previous years. How can we smile, have joy, and even get excited when we are faced with so much evil and darkness? Well, let's look at a few things before we travel together to the mountain in Israel and hear the Word of the Lord on December 31st.
We are NOT going to enter 2013 with one negative word on our lips, but rather the word "CONQUER" will resonate and prepare our path to many victories. You may be saying, "Kim, you're just too positive! How can we truly believe this?"
Sir Winston Churchill was once asked to give the qualifications of a person needed in order to succeed in politics, and he replied: "It is the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn't happen." That is what is required for politicians, not God's prophets and messengers. Look at Isaiah as an example.
Isaiah's Day
Isaiah lived in momentous days, in critical days of international upheaval, and he wrote what many consider to be the greatest book in the Old Testament. You see Isaiah move with fearless dignity through the chaos of his day, firm in his quiet faith, and steadfast in God. At a time when empires were rising and falling (as we see today), and his nation was in trouble, it was Isaiah who wrote, "In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength."
I have been accused by some of being too positive and not realistic. Why? Because I refuse to agree with the prognosticators screaming from avenues, the greatest being the news media, who have to admit that they are wrong most of the time, but rarely do. What a "ridiculous" statement for Isaiah to make at such at tumultuous time! "In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength."
And when a new generation faced the arduous talk of rebuilding a ruined economy, a ruined nation, it was the words of Isaiah the prophet that gave them courage. "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah-type prophets are what we need to hear today, crying out as he did above the persistent repetition of world upheaval, "Comfort, YES, comfort My people."
We don't need prognosticators in pulpits. There are way too many of them, simply repeating what is apparently evident and in your face – false depictions of the future. Oh, I know there is trouble with the economy; we face war, we have weak leaders, yadda yadda, but is that how we should be responding? By simply agreeing with these reports and falling to pieces? Isaiah was much more than a prophet, he was an evangelist who presented Jesus Christ and the Good News of the Gospel. Isaiah's "Servant Song" about Jesus (see Isaiah 52:13-53:12) is quoted or alluded to nearly forty times in the New Testament.
The prophet wrote about the birth of Christ (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6; Matthew 1:18-25); the ministry of John the Baptist (Isaiah 40:1-6; Matthew 3:1ff); Christ's anointing by the Spirit (Isaiah 61:1-2; Luke 4:17-19); the nation's rejection of their Messiah (Isaiah 6:9-11; John 12:38ff); Christ, the "stone of stumbling" (Isaiah 8:14, 28:16; Romans 9:32-33, 10:11; 1 Peter 2:6); Christ's ministry to the Gentiles (Isaiah 49:6; Luke 2:32; Acts 13:47); the Savior's suffering and death (Isaiah 52:13-53:12; Acts 3:13; 8:32-33; 1 Peter 2:21-25); His resurrection (Isaiah 55:3; Acts 13:34); and His return to reign as King (Isaiah 9:6-7, 11:1ff, 59:20-21, 63:1-3; Romans 11:26-27; Revelation 19:13-15). He did all of this in critical days of international upheaval!
It is this emphasis on redemption that gives Isaiah a message for the whole world. While it is true he ministered to the little nation of Judah, and wrote about nations and empires that for the most part are no longer on the world scene, his focus was on God's plan of salvation for the whole world. Isaiah saw the greatness of God and the vastness of His plan of salvation for Jews and Gentiles alike. Isaiah was a patriot, but not a bigot; he saw beyond his own nation to the gracious work God would do among the Gentile nations of the world.
My instruction from God when I was called to America in 1974: "Comfort My People" – and I'm not going to change it.
The English word "comfort" comes from two Latin words that together mean "with strength." When Isaiah says to us, "Be comforted!" it is not a word of pity but of power. God's comfort does not weaken us, it strengthens us. God is not indulging us, but empowering us. During Isaiah's time God's people were chastened and then RESTORED! This is a period of restoration for God's people.
Conquer Your Mountain With Me
When I stand in Israel with my team and all of you via our KCTV broadcast, I will share the prophetic word with you and lead us together into a restorative 2013. I believe that your mountain will begin to be conquered. I will journey from Jerusalem where I will take every one of your requests in my hand to the Wailing Wall and pray together there as I do every Sunday morning in my garden. Then I will carry your prayers to the mountain in Israel and proclaim His word, and cast your written prayers from the mountain. 2013 – CONQUER YOUR MOUNTAIN!

Not Doubt, Revelation of True

What if so much of what you accept and even believe just isn't true? How have you done a test of everything you hear and say to know if it is in fact true and real? Over the last 20 years of Being a Christian I have proved many things that I once believed to be not horrid lies, just not true. I won't list them. This much is certain, we must know our core beliefs and let them be our core. Then with a careful examination of all the appendages that attach themselves to those beliefs, strip away things that are non essential areas of argument.

I remember the big discussions in the late 70s and 80s of Pre Trib, Mid Trib, Post Trib, No Trib, millennial reign or not and a dozen other permutations of all that. We have descended into a vortex that makes the core issues of the Gospel of Jesus cloudy to the world. I am not convinced anyone has all the truth in these areas. I know my view on all this is changing and will continue to change.

I have two principles in these pursuits. Go with the Gospel of Peace. Go for greater light. Go where the manifestation of the Kingdom is: "For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit". Romans 14:17

I was talking to a fellow German recently and we were talking about cultural differences in the Pentecostal Churches of Germany and those in the USA. Much of what I believed was "Holy Living" was set on it's ear living in Germany. I learned this truth: If I am living in FEAR other than Fear of God, I am living in Bondage.

So many of the Arguments we had in the 70s and 80s were fear based. Fear of an Antichrist. Fear of a Mark. Fear of committing SINS and then being killed without repentance. (I actually knew people who lived in this fear). We need to get over this mess. It's time to live in the Kingdom.. without fear.

Those that will hold to the rapture lie shall be beaten down by the truth -- by Kevin Barrett

 By Kevin Barrett
Today while doing a scripture study, the Lord was speaking to my heart about the many Christians that will fall away and die in the tribulation (without salvation) and many others will unnecessarily be martyred; all because of their belief in the “rapture” lie.  This grieved my heart heavily and I cried out to God to please use me and any other willing mouth pieces to warn all that will have ears to hear to come out of the deception of the “rapture” lie.
The following prophetic word is what the Lord gave me for His people and following the word are the scriptures I studied with what’s in parentheses being my words.  I used to think that those that believed in the rapture will just simply be sadly disappointed.  But unfortunately, it will be much, much worse for them.  I put this out there for all that will have ears to hear.  I know that this will offend the many that still believe in the rapture and I do not wish to debate it.  But if you are one of these; please don’t simply disregard this.  Read it all the way through and take it to the Lord and test it with scripture to see if it is true.  I pray that all will come to the truth and be spared the horrible things to come.
Word of the Lord:
Oh My people, why, why do you still believe the lies of the serpent?  Many still believe in the lies of the devil that you will be raptured away and not face the persecution to come.  Oh My people, how I weep for you all that have put your trust in lies.  For the day approaches that the overwhelming scourge will cover the lands and peoples.  And many of My people shall be overtaken and beaten down when it comes.  Have I not said this in My word? (Isaiah 28:18)  Then why do many of you still believe the false shepherds that tell you that you shall not see the tribulation to come?  Prepare yourselves, My people.  Prepare your hearts before me and seek me for your repentance in believing such lies.  It is not too late for you.  If you would seek Me now in this, I will show you My truth and show you how you may escape the scourge to come.  But it will not be by a rapture in the sky as you have been told.  For have I not shown you in my word how I have protected My people in the midst of their tribulations?  Was I not in the midst of the fire with Shadrach,  Meshach, and Abednego?  Did I not shut the lions’ mouths when My servant Daniel was thrown in their den?  Then why do you still think that I have somehow changed and will not cause you to go through the tribulation with My protection upon you?
Oh hear Me, My people.  You have been made fools of by the false shepherds.  They have sold you a lie and many of My people love it so.  Why do you not seek Me in this?  Is it because you are afraid of learning the truth?  Why, My people do you choose to believe a lie over My word?  How can you sit in contentment thinking that I will take you out of this world, when I prayed to the Father to NOT take you out of this world, but to protect you from the evil one?  Oh why, My people, can you not discern the error of your ways?  Do I not care for all those that are Mine?  Then why do many of you still believe that I shall take you out of this world and leave Mine that are still lost for the wolves to devour?  I tell you now, I shall have a people to walk in My authority in the earth realm during this tribulation to come, and they shall speak My truth to the masses.  They shall be a judge to those that sit in judgment and a word of love and rebuke to those that will hear and turn to Me.  But for those that have chosen to hold on to their lie of the rapture, woe unto you.  For you shall be beaten down by the truth day and night and you shall not escape.  Many of you shall even lose your lives because you chose not to have a love for My truth.
Oh, My little ones.  I do not come to you to be harsh this day.  But I come to you with a sincere and yet broken heart.  Hear My heart crying over you all to come out from the lies you have believed and seek the true Shepherd that will protect you with truth.  Do you not see that the false shepherds fatten themselves with your money and live lives of luxury as they fleece My sheep?  Well I tell you now that their judgment shall be ten fold when the tribulation takes over the earth.  And they shall suffer My wrath far more than those that they have deceived.  Because they have taken My sheep captive with their lies;  and caused my people to put their trust in lies and not My truth, so that they might escape the overwhelming scourge that shall try those on the earth.
My people, hear Me this day.  I am about to do a wonder in the earth realm that will astound the masses.  Have I not said in My word that I shall save the best wine for last; and the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former?  Therefore, those that have ears to hear, get ready.  For I shall now begin to seek out those that are Mine and have a love for My truth.  These ones have prepared their hearts to go through the great tribulation and I shall now begin to do a mighty work in these ones and they shall become My great army in the land.  They shall do many mighty miracles in My name, sayeth the Lord.
But for those that have chosen to believe the lie instead, get ready for great destruction that you shall not escape from.  Oh, My little ones, do not take this as too harsh.  For I have warned you in My word of the last days.  Did I not warn you that their would be many to come in My name and they shall deceive many?  Then why have you not tested these ones against My word?  And it is for your lack of knowledge of My truth that many of you shall now be destroyed, though it did not have to be this way.
Eze 13:16  The prophets of Israel (new covenant Israel) who are prophesying concerning Jerusalem (the Church), and who see visions of peace for her, even there is no peace, declares the Lord Jehovah.
Eze 13:17  And you, son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people (Christians/daughters of the Israelites) who prophesy out of their heart, and prophesy against them,
Eze 13:18  and say, So says the Lord Jehovah: Woe to those sewing amulets (band of lies) to all joints of my hands (His ministry), and make long veils (deceptive covering) for the head of every man of stature (big named ministers), to hunt souls! Will you hunt the souls of My people, and will you save alive the souls for yourselves?
Eze 13:19  And will you profane Me among My people for handfuls of barley, and for bits of bread (money), to cause to die the souls that should not die (those seeking truth), and to save alive the souls that should not live (those who love lies), by your lying to My people who listen to lies?
Eze 13:20  So the Lord Jehovah says this: Behold, I am against your amulets (bands of lies) with which you are hunting the souls there, to make them fly (believe in a rapture). And I will tear them from your arms, and will send out the souls, souls which you are hunting (seeking converts), to make them fly (rapture).
Eze 13:21  Also I will tear your long veils (uncover your deceptions) and deliver My people out of your hand. And they shall not again be in your hand to be hunted. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.
Eze 13:22  Because you have saddened the heart of the righteous with lies, and I have not pained him, and you have made the hands of the wicked strong (by false teachings of grace and salvation), so that he should not turn from his evil way, to keep him alive.
Eze 13:23  So you shall not see vanity, and you shall not divine any divination (their ministries will be brought down). And I will deliver My people out of your hand. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.  (LITV)
Rev 17:16  And the ten horns which you saw on the beast, these will hate the harlot (apostate Church), and will make her desolated and naked. And they will eat her flesh, and will burn her down with fire (tribulation).
Rev 17:17  For God gave into their hearts to do His mind, and to act in one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the Words of God shall be fulfilled. (LITV)
Isa 28:15  Because you have said, We have cut a covenant with death (we have an arrangement with death, that those that are alive in the beginning of the tribulation period will not die, but be raptured instead); and, We have made a vision with Sheol (we have created a vision where those dead in Sheol will rise before the tribulation just prior to our being raptured when scriptures tell us that the dead in Christ rise after the tribulation, at the sounding of the last trump (1 Cor. 15:52, 1Thessalonians 4:15-17 ), when the overwhelming rod (tribulation) passes through it will not come to us for we have made THE LIE (rapture) our refuge, and we have hidden in falsehood. (LITV)
Isa 28:17  And I will lay justice for a line, and righteousness for a plummet; and the hail (frozen water which represents HARD TRUTH) shall sweep away the refuge of the lie (rapture); and the waters (truth) shall overflow the hiding place (hiding behind the rapture lie).
Isa 28:18  And your covenant with death shall be covered (you shall not escape by a rapture); and your vision with Sheol shall not rise up (your vision of being raptured with the dead in Christ). When the overwhelming whip (tribulation) passes through, then you shall be for a trampling to it.
Isa 28:19  As often as it passes, it shall take you; for morning by morning it shall pass; and by day and by night, it shall only be a terror to understand the message (message that the tribulation has started and there’s NO RAPTURE).
2Pe 2:1  But false prophets were also among the people, as also false teachers will be among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, and denying the Master who has bought them, bringing swift destruction on themselves.
2Pe 2:2  And many will follow their destructive ways, by whom the way of truth will be evil spoken of (the true doctrine of grace and the cross of self is now called being under the law instead of grace).
2Pe 2:3  And by covetousness, with well-turned words, they will use you for gain (they take your tithes (which was only under the old covenant law and only for the Levite priests) and sell you books, CDs and many more merchandises of lies (like the now popular “sow your seed of faith” lie) to get rich off of you), for whom judgment of old does not linger, and their destruction does not slumber.
Rev 17:3  And he carried me away into a desert, by the Spirit. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, filled with names of blasphemy (many denominations), having seven heads and ten horns.
Rev 17:4  And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and being gilded with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominations and unclean things of her fornication.
Rev 17:5  And on her forehead was a name having been written: Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of the Harlots and of the Abominations of the Earth.
Rev 17:6  And I saw the woman being drunk from the blood of the saints (many die in the tribulation from believing the lies of the Church leaders that make merchandise with lies and therefore not preparing themselves), and from the blood of the witnesses of Jesus (many will be martyred for their faith). And I marveled, seeing her, with a great marveling.
Hos 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God (the true gospel of obedience and the inward cross), I also will forget your children.
Hos 4:7  The more they increased, the more they sinned against me; I will change their glory into shame.
Hos 4:8  They feed on the sin of my people (they make a living selling lies); they are greedy for their iniquity.
Hos 4:9  And it shall be like people, like priest; I will punish them for their ways and repay them for their deeds.
Hos 4:10  They shall eat, but not be satisfied; they shall play the whore, but not multiply, because they have forsaken the LORD to cherish
Hos 4:11  whoredom, wine (false doctrines), and new wine (made up doctrines and not the true ancient path of the cross), which take away the understanding (knowledge of the truth). (ESV)
2Th 2:1  And, brothers, we entreat you, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and of our gathering together to Him,
2Th 2:2  for you not to be quickly shaken in the mind, nor to be disturbed, neither through a spirit, nor through speech, nor through letter, as through us, as if the Day of Christ has come.
2Th 2:3  Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, because that Day will not come unless first comes the falling away (those that put their trust in a rapture), and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,  (LITV)

The Voyage of the Ship of State - a Look into the Future

After the election  I sought the Lord on what is ahead for the next several years, in the USA, in the State, City and in our lives. Elections always have consequences. This one certainly will.  I was shown a pattern that takes place when a Prophetic word is ignored, a ship casts out into unknown troubled waters with majority consensus, a blinded pilot and governmental authority to back him up. This pattern is revealed by the story in Acts 27-28. Paul shipwrecked on Malta on the way to Rome.

The story is familiar, but it contains instructive nuances many of us miss.  Paul had argued to be sent to Rome.  He had received a visit from Jesus that assured him that his purpose would be fulfilled.  He stepped onto the boat knowing that while the trip had peril in it, that the expected end was assured.

As we explore the story if you hover over the scripture reference you can read the passage in full.  The prophetic meaning of all this will become clear at the end.  A summary:

Acts 27:1-8 Paul had appealed to Cesar, the Government was required to send him to Rome.  As you read the passage, you will see that there was already difficulty in the voyage as they embarked to Rome. Things were not going as expected or hoped for.  There was opportunity to sail to a safe place. A  better place even than a place called fair haven. They might have harbored over winter and made the trip without incident.

Acts 27:9-12 Paul using the gift of prophecy, warned the captain, the pilot, his guard and shipmates of the danger to come. He said, IF we embark on this course we will not make it.  A vote was taken and by a majority, the vote for going down a path of destruction was decided.  It was a democratic act. It over rode a word from the Apostle.

Acts 27:13-20 Gentle winds blew.  It seemed as if things were going to be OK.  That all these warnings Paul brought were of no account.

Things got rough.  A strong wind blew up from Europe and the seas became very rough.  Steering the ship became impossible in the storm.  Much of the equipment was discarded to keep the ship afloat.  The storm got so bad that most of the passengers and crew on the boat were convinced they were going to die.  Giving up hope.

Acts 27:21-26 Then Paul addresses the passengers and crew.  He doesn't demean them.  He tells them what is about to happen and tells them to prepare for an eventuality.

Paul who had every right to demean and condemn, rather offers hope:  “Men, you should have taken my advice not to sail from Crete; then you would have spared yourselves this damage and loss. 22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. 23 Last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me 24 and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’ 25 So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me. 26 Nevertheless, we must run aground on some island.”

Now the ears of the those who had decided otherwise were open.  They were ready to hear.

Acts 27:27-32 It got worse then they thought it would become.  His words of hope were not enough when things got rough.  Some of the crew decided to abandon ship.  Run away. Paul warns them. Now they are ready to listen to the word of God's man.
Then Paul said to the centurion and the soldiers, “Unless these men stay with the ship, you cannot be saved.”
That was a wake up call.  Now they knew, if they didn't hang together, they would not make it.

Stay with the ship was Paul's cry.

It had been 14 days and in the battle no one had eaten much.  They were exhausted.  Hopeless.  Paul admonishes them to eat something. He breaks bread, gives thanks to God.  They all eat.  He becomes the head and not the tail because he hears from God.  Yet in the flesh he is still a prisoner.
"I urge you to take some food. You need it to survive. Not one of you will lose a single hair from his head.”
Acts 27:33-38   That was a big claim.  276 people were on the ship in the middle of terrible storm and Paul says, NOT ONE will be lost.  They ate and the rest of the food was thrown overboard.

The crew saw what they believed to be HOPE.  A sandy beach appeared on a distant island.   It became the lure that drove them onto a sandbar that caused the ship to designate.  It became unrecognizable by anyone.  Beaten to pieces.

Acts 27:39-41   It looked pretty bleak

Acts 27:42-44 But in the middle of the catastrophe when it looked as if even the soldiers would kill the prisoners including Paul, there was reprieve.  Even the men who would kill them were set back by a higher call.  Leadership intervened and told them NOT to harm any.  Everyone who could swim did, others hung onto scraps of wood and drifted.

Acts 28:1-6 The whole of the crew and passengers made landfall.    The people of Malta showed them kindness.  They brought them to safety.   Gave them food and warmed them by a fire.  Paul was bitten by a viper from the fire, many assumed he must be evil and will soon swell up and die ...but he lives.  They revere him as a God.  NO he says. He gives glory to the True and living God.

Acts 28:7-10  Soon God moved on the population. Paul ministered to Publius family who was the chief on the island. His ministering of healing caused the whole island to come to understanding the Power of God.

Many came to receive healing at the hands of Paul.  Paul and his shipmates stayed the winter and when they were ready to go, the islanders blessed them with provisions for the journey the next spring.

As a result of this, God brought Paul to Rome, Paul stood before Cesar and Rome was eventually converted.  The Gospel came to Italy.

What does this have to do with today and our current ship of state? MUCH.

The USA has been sailing in troubled waters for some time now.  The advice has been to find a better course, more proven leadership.  That advice not been heeded.  The ship of state has been put on a dangerous course.  Despite warnings of the Prophets, our shipmates have voted for a course that has shipwreck at it's end.

There have been brief breezes that seem to be favorable.  Those have caused the captain with the approval of the crew to set out to sea.  There have been some difficult winds, but Fair Haven has been sought.  Now a strong opposing wind is blowing hard.  The next event will be a difficult time that will drive the ship of state without any direction from the captain.  This will cause our shipmates to become fearful.  There will be measures taken to lighten the load but the opposing winds will become so strong that the ship will become one of terror.  People will consider abandoning ship.  Trying to get away.  We see it already.  There is no getting away.  There is no safety in the lifeboats.  There are no lifeboats.  Not Gold, not silver.  The only safety is staying with the ship.  It will be an event that will shake everything that can be shaken. I do not know what that event will be, but it is certain to come.  There will appear to be a place to find safety.  A sandy beach will seem to be just the place.  Yet as the wind drives the ship of state toward illusive safety, disintegration will take place.

There is good news in this however.  Refugees will end up on the shore.  They will carry the truth of Christ in their midst.  Revival, conversion, healing, miracles will be the result.  This will the the greatest time for the manifestation of God's glory ever seen.  This will change everything.  Many people see potential apocalyptic events as negative, yet supernatural potential is in them.  God does his best when things seem to be the worst.

THE KEY IS... stay with the ship.  Do not lose your faith in the Word of God from the Prophets and Apostles nor from His written Word.  Pray for the leaders who are trying to steer the ship, yet understand that the ultimate destiny is in the hands of God.  No matter how the winds blow.  HE will bring us to HIS expected end. There will even be a time when it will appear we are snake-bit and have no hope.  YET. That will be the very thing to reveal the Glory of God in our midst.

Rough seas are ahead.  Times are going to get rough. God is about to use what seems to be impossible to bring justice to an unjust age.  To bring adjustment to things out of alignment.  For some it will seem like Judgement.  It is not.  It is making wrong things right.

Have confidence, what looks like catastrophe is about to be turned for our good and for God's Glory!.

Seven Reasons the Prophetic Voice of American Pastors Has Been Silent - Joseph Mattera

 Joseph Mattera writes:

As a pastor I have been involved in political, economic and social issues in order to be holistic in ministering to the needs of our community, as well as functioning prophetically to influential elected officials. In this context, I have observed how many leaders also involved in holistic ministry have “behaved themselves” in regards to speaking out prophetically on major biblical issues. My opinion is that we are all called to be prophetic—especially preachers of the gospel (1 Peter 4:11)!
For example, during the past decade I have been a major proponent of preserving biblical marriage and have worked against legalizing alternate forms of marriage such as same-sex marriage. As I have helped lead the charge, some of my good friends have intentionally remained silent for a variety of reasons.
The following are some of the reasons pastors have muzzled their prophetic voice:
1. Some feel pressured to side with a political leader because of their ethnicity
Thus, if they speak against certain local or national candidates they will get a lot of heat from their congregations and ministry peers for not standing with a brother or sister.
One pastor indicated that if he spoke what he really believed regarding this particular presidential election that he would have lost many of the people in his church because they would view him as a betrayer of his own people!
2. Some pastors won’t vote against party affiliation
Many pastors in urban contexts will vote straight down the party line because, even if they agree more with the moral values of the other political party, they feel they will betray their own people and the party that has stood with them through the years, especially if they perceive their party has been more sensitive to the needs of their communities and ethnic people.
3. Some pastors will muzzle their prophetic voice for the sake of political access and influence
Many prominent pastors will tow the party line and muzzle their voice to keep political access and to make politicians in their district happy! For example, I have seen rock-solid Bible-believing pastors endorse pro-choice, pro same-sex marriage candidates from their pulpits, which shocked many people in their cities and churches!
When we get to the bottom of it, we realize some clergy have a lot of political access, power and influence with a particular party and, in spite of their biblical beliefs, they will play the political game and endorse candidates even if they undermine some of the values they hold dearest!

Connecting the Prophetic Dots of Your Destiny -- Jennifer LeClaire

prophetic puzzle
(@iStockphoto.com/franckreporter)
When God first called me into prophetic ministry, I couldn’t see the forest for the proverbial trees. In fact, I didn’t even get it.

The Holy Spirit was dropping prophetic puzzle pieces along my path, but since I didn’t have any real understanding of modern-day prophetic ministry at the time, I continued to walk around as if I was clueless.

Soon, I began to see a running theme in my dealings with the Lord. He was showing me through books I was reading the earmarks of my calling. I was still unsure and didn’t mention it to anyone. Within months, someone prophesied over me in a prayer line, proclaiming that I was a "voice of governing authority." I had no earthly idea what that meant. So I went home and researched each word in the Bible and the dictionary.

Prophetic Dot-to-Dot
The Holy Spirit supernaturally took me to the same Scripture reference in three of the Gospels about John the Baptist being a voice crying in the wilderness. I finally got the revelation. But that was just the beginning.

I’ve had a series of baby dreams over the years, each a few years apart, that offered additional clues as to what I was birthing and the uncomfortable process I’d have to go through to see the prophesied ministry become a reality. I’m walking in a measure of those prophetic dreams now. But, again, it’s progressive.

Recently, when I was worshipping at the International House of Prayer in Atlanta, God connected so many dots in about 30 minutes that it was overwhelming. I have enough clarity now to move ahead to the next season. But I’m convinced that there is much more that I still don’t see. If you had told me 10 years ago I’d be serving in the capacities I am today I probably wouldn’t have had the faith to believe it. What about you?

A Prophetic Coloring Book
Whether God has called you into prophetic ministry or something else, in order to get glimpses of your destiny you often have to connect the prophetic dots, so to speak. That can take years because when we first catch on that God is calling us, we’re typically only catching on to the first season of our calling.

Sure, God can open your spiritual eyes and show you the end from the beginning. But more often than not your calling will progress and evolve much like a child’s dot-to-dot coloring book. In other words, you may see the outline of the image but the intricate details that make it a picture worthy of hanging on the refrigerator are yet missing.

The Bible says, “But as it is written: ‘Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.’ But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God” (1 Cor. 2:9-10).

God reveals our progressive calling to us through His Spirit. Sure, He may use a person to prophesy over you. He may use a sermon or book to open your eyes. He may use divine appointments to get your attention. The Holy Spirit is actively offering you clues to your destiny. It’s up to us to connect the prophetic dots.

So how can you connect the prophetic dots to get a clearer picture of your calling and destiny?

1. Be a student of the Word. We must stay grounded in the written Word of God. God speaks to us through His Word by outlining timeless kingdom principles, but He can also give us a rhema word that stirs our spirits to move toward His plan for our lives. I urge you to be a student of the Word.
2. Pray in the Spirit. “For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries” (1 Cor. 14:2). I remember when a very wise man explained to me that if I pray in tongues and meditate on the Word, that combination would unlock God’s best in my life. He was right.
3. Write down prophetic words. When the Holy Spirit speaks to you through a dream, a vision, an impression, a still, small voice or through another prophetic voice—however He speaks—write it down. It’s much easier to connect the prophetic dots when you have a prophetic history to draw from. Chronicle the prophetic moments in your life.

Overall, stay sensitive to His Spirit. Stay connected with people. He uses them to help you take you where He wants you to go. And know when to share what the Lord has said to you and when to keep your mouth tightly shut up until the promise manifests. Remember Joseph.

Take heart. I can assure you that God has a great plan for your life and He’s actively working to share His plan with you little by little. If He revealed it all at once, the enemy would come in like a flood to try to destroy your destiny. By revealing your calling progressively God can protect your prophetic destiny even as He prepares you to fulfill it. Amen.

Choose Goodness - Ronald Coleman

The Father says today that if you truly knew the scope of what I have done for you and in you - you would realize there is no reason to complain or murmur. CHOOSE MY GOODNESS says the Father. Put your attention on what I am doing and what I have promised and not the deceptive veneer of circumstances and situations. You are where your attention takes you says the Father. Set your focus on My goodness you will ascend into My faithfulness and know it as your experience in the face of today's issues.

When you choose My goodness you choose your own deliverance. When you choose My goodness you choose abundance instead of lack, provision instead of impoverishment. My goodness will be your portion as you cast your cares upon Me one by one. I will return your petitions to you with authority to declare and decree that which I will do in your finances, in your health and especially among your loved ones. They aren't lost causes says the Father. The enemy wants you to give up but don't give up. Love never fails. Continue to love and know that My love will draw and compel them to come in.

I am restoring your loved ones to you says the Father. Long standing estrangements will be ended in this holiday season. Let your answer be the answer of love and release. Your critics and detractors are tired because it is exhausting not to love. They are looking for an opportunity to do otherwise. So hold open the door and give them an exit says the Father. Let those who have wronged you OFF THE HOOK says the Father and receive them in restoration and love. In loosing them you will loose yourself into a glorious liberty and provision that has awaited the occasion of the extension of your mercy even to those who don't deserve it.

Prophet Dutch Sheets Response to the Presidential Elections of 2012

I endorse this clear understanding of the elections of 2012 and the consequence of them.  Every Christian must understand what has happened in the Spirit and what is about to happen.  Dutch Sheets is a great Prophet of God.  He speaks as an Oracle.  Hear him.

Response to the Presidential Elections of 2012
By Dutch Sheets

It has been a week since the presidential elections in America. Many have asked me for a response. I felt it wise to wait a few days in order to think, process and prayerfully consider my opinions. And though it is probably impossible to filter out all of my own thoughts, theologies and paradigms in order to hear only the Lord’s, I have made a great effort to do so.

The waiting has also allowed me to read and process numerous responses from other spiritual leaders, which has been beneficial. As you can imagine, there are several views among these leaders as to why Barack Obama won the election. I have decided to use theirs to frame mine. This is a longer than average response, but I believe many people would prefer clear, thoughtful responses at this crucial time:

1) Some are saying this election is simply a sign of the end-times, that we are marching toward Armageddon, and nothing can be done to stop it. In their thinking, it has all been pre-planned by God.

Without arguing eschatology, I’ll simply state this isn’t my view, and that my theology allows considerably more time to accomplish much before the Lord returns.

2) Another position I’ve heard often is that God is sovereign, so we shouldn’t worry about the results.
These individuals’ definition of God’s sovereignty means that He is in control of everything, therefore they contend that nothing happens on earth which He doesn’t cause or directly allow. To them, the results of this election must be God’s will and His purposes will definitely be accomplished. Their bottom line response then, is, “Don’t worry about it. In fact, rejoice.”

Those who espouse this doctrine can often be heard making statements along the lines of, “Put your faith in God, not a leader or political party. Regardless of who wins—He is still on the throne and knows what He is doing. Trust Him.” This thinking comforts many, which is usually the context of the statements. Unfortunately, this theology also removes from us any responsibility for the outcome.

I struggle with this explanation, just as I do the first one. I don’t believe the fact that God is sovereign equates Him to being responsible for everything that occurs on earth. I contend that most, if not all, of what occurs on earth is the result of choices we humans make. Common sense alone dictates that many things will take place on earth today that are not God’s will, nor did he “allow” them for some unknown reason (i.e., murder, rape, immorality, idolatry, etc.). The solace we take from blaming bad things on God’s sovereignty is not only bad theology; it often breeds irresponsibility.

I can accept any encouragement to keep my faith in God, rather than a person or political party and I do, in fact, make every attempt to do this. This doesn’t change the fact, however, that it does matter greatly who is the President or leader of a nation. In fact, scripture makes very clear that entire nations were sometimes judged with great devastation (and others were blessed!) because of the actions of their leader!

3) The third explanation I’ve heard is that many of us simply have a wrong perspective about America and the election, a paradigm rooted in pride, nationalism and a desire for American exceptionalism.
They contend that God is simply restructuring the nations, moving the chess pieces in order to accomplish His purposes, and America’s economic, spiritual and moral demise is all a part of this.

They further imply that those of us who endeavor to make a spiritual demand on what we perceive as America’s covenantal roots and promises—asking God to reconnect us to them—are guilty of looking back, not forward. Our appeals for the Lord to pour out His Spirit today, just as He has in our history, are chided as living in the past, not the future. Those of us who cry out for, prophesy concerning and believe that a Third Great Awakening is near are mocked as yearning for the past.

Let me say very clearly, I do believe an awakening has already begun, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will impact the world more than any in history. I believe this will include America, as well, impacting it on the scale of our First and Second Great Awakenings. I also believe America can be reformed, restoring us to our God-ordained purpose, though this will take years to accomplish. I believe these two goals—awakening and reformation—define my calling.

In light of the above criticisms, however, I have taken an honest and deep look into my heart and mind to see if my passion for an awakening in America is rooted in pride or nationalism. Is it, as the article stated, to keep America number one in wealth and power? I can honestly say that I never remember having such a thought. I weep, not over the potential loss of wealth, power or status, but over souls and the possible forfeiture of God’s purposes. I weep over 55 million aborted destinies, and the hideous potential of another 50 million. And I can truly say the intercessors and leaders I know well have the same motivations. I’ve never heard even one of them nostalgically lament the loss of America’s status. They are, in fact, some of the most unselfish people I know.

My response to those who would have us simply “move on” and “accept” the murder of babies and the loss of a generation to Hell—which is exactly what will happen if we don’t receive a Third Great Awakening—is short and decisive: never!

4) The fourth explanation offered is that America is being judged, and that Barack Obama and his policies are part of the judgment. The reasons given for the judgment are the inevitable result of God’s laws of sowing and reaping, and His determination to “wake us up” as a nation. Many of these individuals believe the results were inevitable—no amount of hard work or prayer could have turned the tide.

I certainly believe America is and will continue to reap judgment. And I believe the fruit from the reelection of Barack Obama will be our most severe judgment to date. Let us not forget that the political party Americans just voted back into power boldly favors abortion, homosexuality, homosexual marriage, and that they voted God and the support of Israel out of their platform. And, I might add, boo-ed when God was put back in the platform after the potential fallout was realized. God is not mocked, however, and will have the last word.

Our economy will suffer greatly. The financial devastation and quality-of-care deterioration associated with socialized medicine will be staggering; more liberal, pro-abortion, Constitution disregarding, anti-God Supreme Court justices will be appointed (meaning more babies will die, marriage will be dishonored and immorality will be defended); Islam will be emboldened; our military will be weakened; and devastation from natural disasters will continue and perhaps increase. This is the short list.

The fact that Obama is a judgment, his policies will increase judgments, and this will be used by God to turn America is clear to me. What is not so clear is whether or not the outcome was controlled by God as a part of His judgment, or if He was giving us another choice and we rejected it. I cannot agree that because America had gone too far, God mandated the outcome. I believe He was still offering America an opportunity for grace. We chose judgment, not God.

There were too many strategies, dreams and assignments given by the Holy Spirit for me to believe God was not offering us a different outcome. But we must always remember these things are just that—offers—not guarantees. God makes these offers, and then He watches and measures our response. This brings me to the final explanation I’ve heard.

5) The fifth and final explanation is there simply wasn’t enough desperation, prayer, repentance and humility on the part of the church in America. Others disagree, contending that millions prayed concerning this election, and there was enough. One leader boldly proclaimed he was positive there had been enough effort; therefore God caused Obama to be elected for other reasons.

Of course, only God really knows for sure if this is true; the rest of us are merely offering educated opinions. Personally, I’m not so certain there was enough effort by the church. I don’t believe God was looking for quick, easy, one or two sentence prayers offered up during our quiet times or normal church services. I’m afraid most believers in the United States are still looking for convenient, inexpensive answers to our plight. There are none. God was looking for sacrifice, passion and desperation.

To illustrate my point, how many congregations in America do you think turned even one of their services into prayer meetings? I can guarantee you not one in ten thousand did so. How many of them conducted even one church-wide prayer meeting? I would be surprised if the total time most churches gave to public prayer for the elections over the month leading up to it equaled even fifteen minutes. How many pastors prayed a total of an hour concerning the election? I’m confident I have international students who prayed more for this election than the average American pastor. I would exhort those who are “certain” there was “enough prayer” to be somewhat cautious.

There are times when God, in His perfect balance of mercy and justice, can save through the prayers of a small remnant. However, I believe He is asking more from us at this time in our history. Until the desperation and commitment of more believers is commensurate with our condition, I don’t believe He can heal us. Obviously, in order for this to happen, we will have to change the watered down, make-it-quick-and-easy version of American Christianity we created to grow our churches.

Finally, I want to address the question, “Were the efforts and prayers of those who did offer them simply wasted?” The answer is a resounding NO!

I woke up Wednesday, the morning after the elections, thinking of Wilberforce, the great English statesman who spearheaded the effort to remove slavery from the British Empire. It took him 40 years, but he and his co-laborers won the battle. They did so incrementally. God gave the same one-word encouragement—“Wilberforce”—to two other friends of mine on the same morning. Just as He did for Wilberforce and his fellow reformers, God is storing up every prayer we prayed, and every act of obedience we performed. Nothing was wasted.

It would also be appropriate to think that our prayers and worship accomplished nothing at the present time and will only be used later. The Holy Spirit spoke to another friend of mine the morning after the election saying, “Your prayers and worship did prevail…though not in the way you wanted. Because of them, however, I will now deal with this man who has mocked Me and My laws.”

Two more friends of mine had dreams in which Barack Obama was named Belshazzar (see Daniel chapter 5). This was the ruler in Babylon who saw a hand writing on the wall of his palace—as he and his friends were mocking God. The ominous message written by the hand of God was, “You have been weighed on the scales and found deficient.” The writing went on to say Belshazzar’s reign would end.

I don’t know what form the judgment of the Lord will take, but I am quite confident that God has put up with all of the mocking He intends to from Barack Obama, and that Daniel 5 is now his passage. I say this without malice or ill will, but nonetheless, confidently.

I encourage those of you who prayed and worshipped over this election—your prayers were not in vain. Just as surely as slavery became illegal in Great Britain—the day Wilberforce died!—we will prevail in our efforts to see America awakened. “Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary,” (Galations 6:9).

Not Weary in Well Doing – Bob Torango

Why do we still groan, when others have entered into a state of contentment and satisfaction? Why do we still press into a place in Christ, when others have sat down and settled for a comfortable place? Why do we still reach higher and love deeper and give greater? I can only speak for myself, but I think there are many that would agree and witness to what I have to say. We don’t think this present state and condition of mankind is what God had in mind when He instituted this Great Plan. We don’t think the ultimate in God is to just talk a great message, but never come into the reality of it. We don’t think that the kingdom of God is full of murder, rape, atrocities, abominations, heresies, death, sin, sickness, disease and all the other maladies that happen every minute of every day. We don’t think that the message of denial and illusion is going to get the job done. We think there must come out of the inner most part of our being an arisen Lord, and we believe that the time is ripe for such an event to happen in us, right now and right here. If this is true, then we will not be satisfied until we awaken in His likeness, in every particle of our being, changed, transformed, translated, transfigured into that express image and likeness. Anything less, anything short of this supernatural event, will not be accepted by us. We don’t care how long it takes, how many of our ranks cross over the river, how old our bodies get, how tired our mind and emotions get, we will stay the course and finish this race, until we see every creature of God, everywhere, whether in heaven, or in the earth, or under the earth, we will not rest until each one is standing in total victory and complete salvation through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. So help us God.

Spiritual Breakthru for Obama -- Shirley Carter

A presbytery of National Prophets is critical in this time in our country.  I have a handful that I consult with regularly because I know they hear from God for our Nation.  Too many prophets are good at personal prophecy but are out of their realm when it comes to trying to give a word about national events.  I am often on the phone with, writing back and forth and other places communicating with them.  We don't always come from the same exact theological perspective, but the prophetic does not require perfect agreement in things like eschatology, nature of the Godhead or various spirits.   Some of those things are allowed to be interpreted without affecting the integrity of the Prophetic Presbytery.

Prophetess Shirley Carter is one such prophet I look to for insight when a word is needed.  I have never met her.  Hope to.  She is gifted in exceptional ways.  She had made an comment that told me she had relieved a revelation on President Obama.  I asked what she had seen.   This was her response.  I believe it to be a word we must hear:

I found myself not knowing how to pray because of varying factors that are crucial for the Body of Christ to grasp. Because I cannot allow emotions/flesh to interfere with what God reveals, I just proclaim what He shares, with added understanding.

In the last dream God gave me prior to yesterday, President Obama was a Christian (that was so emphasized), but he was searching, yet still stubborn, yet having a genuine caring heart.

Factors here:

1. Church did respond with discernment during 2008 election, then did not intercede as they should when He entered Office, neither did leaders admonish Church to do so, just criticize his actions. They did not teach people how to separate the spirit from the man. Many of God's prophecies & will is dependent upon the Church's cooperation & taking position.

2. Many Christians are hoping for some changes that doesn't come regardless of who is in Office, because canonized prophesy must be fulfilled (according to Daniel, Revelation) that effect the entire Babylonian system as we enter more into the last of the last days, requiring His Bride, to truly be anchored in His eternal, unshakeable kingdom (God is shaking everything so that which cannot be shaken, will stand Hebrews 12:28-29).

3. In the yesterday's dream God gave me of President Obama: I saw a spiritual war over him. Today, I realized that though I met the President, he was not standing up as you would expect, but stooping, I had to bend down to talk to him. His heart truly wanted to hear what I said about aborted babies, because it was the Spirit of Jesus compassion for them that came upon me. When I spoke of God directing me to pray for him & his family, he wept & I could feel the spiritual battle scars. Then, when I began to unfold the spiritual battles between God's passionate pursuit to unfold His goodness, vs. Satan doing the same, with people confused as to which is which...the love & authority to release God's Glorious Kingdom came upon me...between that part of him that doesn't want to go that deep, and the enemy trying to keep him locked in deception...I literally saw the war for his soul manifesting.

4. A major key factor for the Church will be to accept Her role in this outcome, and not blame everybody else, in order to work with God to turn the things around that He so desires. There is a level of judgment toward Her and the love of the Bridegroom needing to wake Her up & prepare Her for even more challenging times worldwide. My uncertainty on how to pray was based upon, not knowing how much he is part of the anti-Christ end time agenda, so didn't want to pray for his protection. Although that spirit desires to use him as such, we can rise up to bring TRUE CHANGE.

I saw a video of an Native Indian who had a dream of Obama where he met him, as he spoke, the President started looking in the air as if he wasn't there...when I saw this, I knew it was warfare. Now God has reaffirmed the need to intercede for that which separates him from the deceptive spirits, what I knew to do in 2008, just got weary... This is all I can say at this point, for often God doesn't give me a this is how it will be, but has given me depths of understanding which must be applied.

Hope this helps Gene!

A Prophetic Look at Post-Election America--- Loren Sanford

R. Loren Sanford
Concerning the election results, I was right and I was wrong in what I thought would be the outcome, and, at the Lord's behest, chose to remain silent rather than issue a prophetic statement about who would win. In the aftermath of election day, the nature of that mix of right and wrong became clear and significant.
On Sept. 29 as I prayed for the outcome of the presidential election the Lord said to me, "He isn't the man I chose, but I will elect him. Close by a two point margin." In my intense desire not to see Barack Obama get another four years, I supplied the name "Mitt Romney" as the one the Lord referred to. Intense emotion and strong desire tend to distort what we hear from God. Out of the storehouse of our flesh, we fill in the blanks according to what we want to hear or what our emotions predispose us to hear. This explains the many false prophetic pronouncements so many of us have seen and read, even from leading voices.
Having learned this principle the hard way, I sensed the Father's hand of restraint, respected the nagging doubt I felt, and chose not to publish what I believed I heard. When I shared what I thought it meant with a few others in private settings, I qualified it by saying that because of my intense emotional involvement in the issue, I could not be certain that God really spoke what I thought I heard and I made it clear that I was not, therefore, speaking prophetically. It appears, however, that I did hear accurately, but was confused concerning which candidate it applied to. Although I do not believe Obama was the man God actually chose, God did elect him and he won the popular vote by a two percentage point margin, just as God spoke it to me. My sense is that He honored the will of the people, much as He did when the Israelites asked for a king and, under protest, God granted one. It wasn't what God would have chosen, but God did appoint the man. He went not with His own heart, but with the will of the people. Thus it was on Nov. 6.
In any case, the election is now over and the decision has been made. It wasn't the one many of us in evangelical and conservative circles wanted. What now?
First, in the aftermath of the campaign, the Lord reminded me of a prophetic word I received in 2008 that I had come to doubt—wrongly. God told me that if believers would pray and not fall into religious-spirited criticism and hate, the president would experience a life-changing encounter with the real Jesus while in office. Although I knew that we might never be permitted to know of such an encounter, I had given up on seeing that word fulfilled. It now appears that we have been given another four years in which to pray and to see that prophetic word come to pass. We must lay down the harsh rhetoric and bitter criticisms to pray in love and with utmost grace, whether or not such an encounter measurably changes his politics.
Second, in "Visions of the Coming Days: What to Look for and How to Prepare" I have written that we are living in a crucial time of preparation for some extremely difficult days to come, both financially and in the world of nature. The season for politics has now ended and we have a limited period of time in which to get ready. In May, 2010 the Lord told me that we have been granted five years in which to prepare. This could mean either a literal five years that began in that year, or, in keeping with the symbolism of the number 5, it could indicate a period of grace of indeterminate length that can be extended by prayer. Had Romney been elected, this season of preparation for the financial aspects of the coming collapse could have been extended, although the inevitable remains the inevitable. With Obama in office, we will not have as much time as we might have had under Romney. The level of urgency has therefore risen. We must now devote ourselves to kingdom concerns and to raising up and strengthening lighthouse churches and ministries to shine in a darkening world and to provide islands of mercy and healing for the human suffering to come. In light of this, we must prepare to receive an unprecedented outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the midst of gathering darkness and set our hearts to function as the church did in Acts 2 relationally, spiritually and materially.
Third, in the near term - the next few years - expect unemployment in the neighhborhood of 8% and higher to persist. The nation will become accustomed to this and what we once considered unacceptable will become the new and accepted norm. Despite any claims made to the contrary, the national debt will continue to soar as incomes fall and increasing numbers of Americans become more and more dependent on the government for support. This mounting debt will contribute to the ongoing devaluation of the dollar, which will fuel inflation and dramatically diminish the real income and buying power of the average citizen. Nevertheless, relative to what is coming, these current years are years of peace. Collapse of the international monetary system is inevitable and we must use the time we have to the best advantage. We in the church must be ready to meet escalating spiritual and emotional needs. We must grow up and live as true disciples.
Readiness necessitates a renewed focus on the very reason for which we have been saved. God didn't save us to make us rich. Jesus didn't die so that we could own the best car and the nicest home. Economics and material wellbeing are irrelevant to the ultimate purpose of God, which is that we might be "conformed to the image of the Son" (Romans 8:29 ). God will turn all things to good for us (Romans 8:28), but, in the context of the verse, the good He produces is defined by being "conformed to the image of the Son". Harder times will come, but we can prepare for them by determining to allow God to cause all things both good and bad to shape our character to conform to His.
Readiness necessitates that we choose faithful oneness with other believers who worship together, serve together and live out covenant love together. Jesus prayed, "that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me" (John 17:21). and He meant it. We will need one another desperately when it all comes unravelled. Pay close attention to covenant relationships in the days to come and guard them zealously. Acts 2, in which the saints enjoyed supernatural unity and sold their possessions and property to share with others as any had need, should be required reading for meditation in the days to come. Get connected relationally and then give sacrificially for the sake of love.
Finally, those who choose a kingdom path through these difficult days will realize that we no longer live in a Christian nation and will adjust their approach, attitude and language in relation to the surrounding culture to correspond to that of the Christians under Rome, or Daniel under Nebuchadnezzar, serving rather than sniping, gaining favor through love, even in a hostile and godless culture. Those caught up in the religious spirit will continue in an old and failed strategy that, because of its lovelessness and harsh tone, no longer speaks to what we've become as a nation.

Do not be alarmed! - Mandy Gay

I was led back to Matthew 24 after reading a prophetic
word this morning. Jesus said:

You will HEAR of wars and RUMORS of wars, but see to it
that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but
the end is still to come.

So was Jesus talking of the wars themselves having to
happen or whether its the HEARING of the wars and RUMORS
that must happen.

In His previous breath he warned about not being deceived
by many who will come in His name... going on to say we
will HEAR of wars and RUMORS of wars.

His command is clear though... to not to be alarmed by
anything we hear.

101 Science Facts | Amos 3:7

This was stunning to me.  How powerfully accurate the word of God really IS

101 Science Facts | Amos 3:7
While many religious writings make wild assumptions of creation for example the Hindu’s believed the earth was on the back of elephants.  Greeks believed Atlas held the world on his back.  Myths they are.  Yet the bible starts off with, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”   Can we trust the bible and other Creation Myths…  There is NOTHING in the bible that can be said to be false.  Nothing!
Think about it as the list below science is only beginning to uncover the majesty of what God has already created.  Other ancient legends are replete with far out and wild tales that scientifically we know are false.
Having said that some say that the biblical creation story is a myth like the rest.  Well evolution has been proven as a fact hasn’t it… No!  Not even close if you care to look at it objectively.  That is why ID or intelligent design is becoming more and more likely.  I will go one better.  God did it and He made statements in the bible that only recently we are now getting more clarity on.   Enjoy the 101 facts below and for those who want to look at some of the myth’s here is a link for a collection of myths.  Creation Myths from a variety of cultures

November's Prophetic Picture by Praying Medic ·

This note is about the events that have transpired over the last month. I see some prophetic significance in them and I have an obligation to share what I'm seeing. I do not believe these things are a form of judgment upon America or the world. That is - unless you define 'judgment' as the simple consequences of the choices an individual or society makes. The law of sowing and reaping is always working in our lives.

First, I'd like to share a concern I that I have about prophecy in general.

People are getting a revelation of the Father's heart of love, which is something we've needed for a long time. The angry, temperamental model of God that the church has envisioned for centuries is being challenged and a new one is being established that I believe is the real deal. I admire men like Joel Adifon, Craig Adams and Nor'west Prophetic for having the courage to represent God in different way.  A truer way; a way the church needs to experience for themselves.

Having said that, I also see a concerning shift in how we view prophecy. The new revelation of God is being used as an objection to anything prophetically that speaks of difficult times ahead. The reasoning goes something like this: "God's heart is to bless us always, in all things. We've been sent to establish His kingdom, which is continually increasing in scope and influence around the world. The enemy has been defeated. We're here to set up a victorious kingdom. Therefore - anything that speaks of difficulty, tribulation, poverty, famine, or disaster is not of God, because God never wants any of these things to happen to us."

So let me ask a few questions:

If you were a prophet in the US, living in 1927 and received revelation from God that portrayed a stock market collapse, famine, drought and despair for many - how would you deliver such a word to the church? Does your theology even allow you to prophesy such a thing? And if you didn't prophesy what God revealed to you - how can you call yourself an obedient son?

I'm concerned that the new revelation we have about God's heart will handcuff prophets and prevent them from prophesying what God has shown them if it happens to portray difficult times. If we only prophesy peace and safety when in reality hard times are ahead - we become exactly like the false prophets to Israel who prophesied peace just before they were taken captive.

To be sure - many prophets need to get a better revelation of God's heart, which will help them interpret revelation in a better light. But we still have to prophesy what God shows us if we want to be faithful to our King.

I read a post by Gene Redlin this morning that spoke pretty well to the issues I've been seeing, so I hijacked some of his narrative. You can find his post here:

Our President
Many Christians were angry and bitter when President Obama was first elected. Over the last 4 years, that bitterness has grown. In the days after his re-election, it's gone off the charts. I've heard it all. I've received private messages from friends sharing prophetic revelation about the president. One group has been shown a change in the president's heart and a radical Jesus encounter during his second term. The other group has been shown a president who tramples the constitutional freedoms we enjoy as he becomes puffed up with pride as the nation falls victim to rioting and civil unrest. Prophecy must be judged. We have an obligation to discern what people are sharing, prophetically. I note that much of this revelation comes to people in the form of dreams and those sharing it are not skilled in dream interpretation. That presents a huge problem in judging what we're hearing and seeing. Before we freak out about the dreams people are sharing, let's discern the source of the dreams and determine if the dreams are speaking about the individual or the nation.

I keep thinking about the kings of Israel and how the pattern of the kings is something like what we see with our presidents. When Israel, as a nation, began turning their hearts away from God, their king would be a man whose heart was not inclined to serve Jehovah. But after a while, calamity would come, the people would repent, turn back to God and their king would be a man who feared the Lord. The king was a man whose spiritual condition was similar to that of the nation. I would argue that the spiritual condition of our president is reflective of the spiritual condition of the people who elected him.

The only way America will ever elect a president who is a spirit-filled man that is zealous for the things of God is if we become that way as a nation. And right now, we aren't. Israel's slide into apostasy was always corrected through times of hardship. And I suspect that we'll go through times of hardship as they did, so that the hearts of the people will be turned back to God. We must always remember that God has a redemptive purpose for everything He does.

Hurricane Sandy
As I watched Hurricane Sandy hit the Northeast coast, I couldn't help but see a prophetic picture taking shape.

Warnings were sent out at least a week in advance about where the storm would make landfall. It was traveling at 15 miles an hour. Evacuation warnings were posted. Citizens were advised to flee to safety. It's not like this storm came suddenly or without warning. But few people heeded the warnings. They decided to stick around. And as the storm approached they began to pray that somehow the hurricane would not impact them. Then (as predicted) the hurricane destroyed property and lives. Many who were lost were those who made a conscious decision to stay. Those who did not heed the warnings were the most vulnerable. They thought they knew better. Things would be OK. Things would work out. They had always survived before and they would again.

But this time things were different.

The aftermath of this storm is tragic. The poor and homeless are much worse off than they were before. A snowstorm came on the heels of Sandy and now they have to live in freezing weather. The elderly, the mentally ill and disabled are either lost or dead. These tragedies hit hardest on the most vulnerable.

The middle class suffered a little, but they had more resources to help them survive. Many were left without power, but some have generators or a network of friends & family to reach out to. Things were not convenient, but they are survivors. They weathered the storm a little better.

The rich felt almost no impact at all. Uptown Manhattan was virtually undisturbed. Donald Trump bragged that his building didn't even sway. Yes, things were a bit less convenient. A bit less clean, but the little people will take care of that.

This storm impoverished the poor, disturbed the middle class and left the wealthy unaffected.

The aftermath is a scene filled with chaos. Lawlessness and looting are rampant. Martial law is in effect in some cities. Gas rationing went into effect yesterday. Power is still out in many places. Those who hoped the government would fix things are surprised at its ineffectiveness. Only private help has really been effective. Wherever neighbors have reached out to help neighbors - there has been civility and safety.

And there's one more thing. Wall Street was shut down by the hurricane for 2 days. When it re-opened, it was because of power provided by backup generators, as most of the city was still without power. The last time Wall Street was shut down for 2 days (due to weather) was in 1888.

I believe this storm was a prophetic picture of a greater storm that is approaching. The kind of things we saw in the wake of Sandy will likely be the kind of things we see on a national and perhaps a global scale. You don't have to be a prophet to see the collapse of Wall Street coming. Bankers, economists and just about everyone with an eye for economics can see the instability in the European economies, the Fed's futile monetary policies, the fiscal cliff we're facing with our budget cuts and the market bubble that's about to burst.

Unfortunately, the warnings that have been issued about the economic storm will be dismissed by most. Suffering that could be averted by preparing for the storm, will be greater than it needs to be.

If you want to do something wise, begin establishing relationships in your community. Reach out to your neighbors and get to know them. When the governemnt is unable to help you - a good friend or neighbor will. That fact is being realized in the wake of Sandy. It's friends and neighbors that give society safety and strength.

If you think I'm happy about all of this, I'm not. I've read posts from people who prophesy doom and gloom with a sense of giddiness because the people they despise are finally being judged by God. Those people don't understand the heart of God and I would advise you to steer clear of anyone who prophesies judgment with a smile on his face. In the last two weeks, nearly all of my dreams have been about meeting with survivalists - also known as "doomsday preppers". I don't say this to frighten you. I say this as your friend and brother. The time to get prepared for the approaching storm is now.

An economic and governmental storm is on the way. I've written about how to prepare in other notes. Links to those notes can be found below.
