That which offends the mind reveals the heart

The uneducated and rude people that traveled with Jesus were from Gallelie. They had accents. They smelled like the fishermen they were. They were rude and crude sometimes. Uneducated.

Yet they walked with the true God and true man on the earth. Saw him die. Saw him Rise again. Saw him ascend into heaven and then true to promise recieved the spirit of God a few days later.

The "Wise" of the day rejected them. Didn't take them seriously.

As I see the ricicule that some heap on Christians, on Men and Women of God.

Even on Political People who name the name of Jesus.

I have come to the conclusion that this is an spirit of offense that says more about them than the person who they ridicule.

The destiny you and I have as a child of God will be fulfilled despite the ridicule any of us recieve.

The pain is all on them.

In a way I feel pity.

The word of God for you is, your destiny will not be delayed because of ridicule or being dismissed if you pursue the purposes of God in your life. The fear of man is a snare but he who hears the Prophet will prosper.
