Coming Into Alignment With Gods Plan

Elaine Tavolacci
There have been many dismal prophecies going around concerning the up coming months. Whether or not they are true, it is imperative that you stay in alignment with Gods plan for your life. If you are in Covenant with Jesus Christ you will not have to be concerned with what is happening around you no matter how bad things may get in the natural. We are living in a time of major transition. Many of you have noticed a shift in your own life the past few months. You must allow God to rearrange things in your life if you want to be conformed to His plan. If you abide in Him you have nothing to fear.
John 15: 7 - 8
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
It is so important in the times that we are living to be in alignment with Gods will. If He asks you to give up something, it is only because He knows that it will destroy you and you need to get rid of it before it can metastasize. He will only ask you to give up things that are holding you back from your destiny. When you are in a time of transition and adjusting to Gods plans it can sometimes be confusing. You may not even know where you are going but if you continue to abide in Him, He will direct you. He can not direct you if you are not in the right place with Him because you cannot make right choices from wrong places. He may want you to let go of some old friends so that He can put new people in your life. Most of the time we are saying yes to a future that we have no clue as to what it will look like. The key is to recognize that what you are seeing or perceiving actually is God’s direction for your life and say yes to what you know is from God.
Psalms 32: 8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go. I will guide you with My eye
It can be a challenge when you are trying to align yourself with Gods will. The other day as I was driving to church I was going up a hill. When you are driving up a hill or mountain sometimes you will see cars on the side of the road broken down because they couldn't make it. You will also see some cars going slower than others when you are driving up a hill but going down hill is so much easier. As a matter of fact, the car will pick up speed when you are descending down hill and you will not even have to step on the gas pedal. Too many people want the easy way out but they don't realize that it is bring them downhill. If you want to continue to ascend you have to put effort into it. Learn to follow after that inner peace and don't make hasty decisions out of fear that will derail you from your destiny.
Psalm 25:4 LB
Show me the path where I should go, O Lord; point out the right road for me to walk
