This is the 111th passage in “Scripture… As We Live It“:
On the first day of every week, each of you is to put something aside at least 10% into the offering plate and store it up let the church keep it in its bank account, as he may prosper, so that there will be no collecting the church can give me a portion when I come. (1 Corinthians 16:2 re-mix)

Maybe all ministers should be tentmakers and moonlight,...give their apportioned church salaries to the neediest in the congregation.
