The path leading the weak by Gretchen Kershaw

I don't know her personally, but I know her wisdom and heart.  Read all she writes.  AND find this to be a stunning visual on the world, particularly for young people that is trying to destroy us all:
Her words follow:

    I woke up this morning and the Lord showed me two paths down a road, side by side people walked. On the right side people were walking together in formation. The path was dirt and there were hills and turns and bumpy road under their feet. One by one as the turns, hills and bumps in the road approached them, they all joined hands together so that, if one began to fall they would lift them up, or if one became tired they would keep them going. Now all along this journey, they could see the others that were walking on the left side of them that were going down the other path. What was interesting is that those on the right were walking in daylight and those on the left were walking in the night.

    The other path that was on the left side was visually appealing as it was smooth. I saw the people on that path walking without any formation, they were laughing and hollering, dressed in many ways. Along that path were bars, strip joints, clubs, casinos, houses, prostitutes, festivals, concerts, and all kinds of places. As they approached these places, one of the people would take this hook and put it in the nose of the person next to them and take them by the nose and pull them with them. These people went into these places and partook of all that was offered and back on the path they went.

    Now, the people on the right were trying to warn the people on the left, of what they saw coming up ahead in the path. They tried to get them to come over to their path but in order to come they couldn’t bring the things with them that they were partaking in, interesting thing is that they had to change clothes as well. The people on the left laughed at those on the right and said “NO, why don’t you come over here and join us and began to take their hands and show them all the “FUN” that was on their side of the path.

    The people on the right stayed on their path and continued on. Those on the left were still walking in the evening and by this time everyone had someone they were hooked to by a golden ring in the person’s nose. The people were staggering all over the place when all the sudden a huge pit was in front of them all.

    They were so caught off guard that one by one they fell in. I saw the earth begin to shake and all those bars, strip clubs etc…that the people were going in, one by one the foundation of the places were blown out, windows shattered and they caught on fire. As they caught on fire they fell into this pit with these people.

    I then saw this pit filled with the dirt of the earth and all that were in it were sealed and there was no way out. In my spirit I began to weep as I wanted to go start digging and help them out. The Lord said to me, they all had the choice to walk down the same path the others on the right were given. They all had time to choose to cross over and lay down the things they were partaking in and be cleansed and new.

    Before the pit came upon them, they had plenty of warning calls from those that were on the right. Instead of heeding to the warning they mocked, laughed and continued in their sin. They chose the path they wanted to follow. Yes the path on the right was bumpy, and sharp, hills, turns etc…but one by one those on that path would not let the other fall. They weren’t leading them astray but walking in unity, holding one another up.

    As I saw this in the physical I was worried for these people, because this pit totally caught them off guard. Also, this got me to thinking about people who are leading many people astray, by dragging others into dark places and believing that it’s ok to show others how to partake of sin, drunkenness, partying, sleeping with women/men and enticing them to the “lifestyle” all because it’s fun.

    God wants us to seriously think about what we are doing. These people who are leading others astray WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! Those that walk in dark have to give up dark to enter into the light. Sinners lead others to Sin. Saved lead others to Salvation. As a believer I CANNOT pacify others who live the dark life, I CANNOT justify and agree with them that the “lifestyle” is fun, ok, safe, no harm, experiences etc…I just CANNOT…because I am going to be held accountable to God as well.

    These people on the left path were enticing the people as they came on their path and were giving approval of such behavior. They led these people right into the pit! Sure they had their drinking, partying, sex, clubbing, drugs, money etc…but where did all that fun lead them? THE PIT!

    Look what is written in Matthew 18:6-9 Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes! If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire. 9 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.

    Luke 17:1-2 He said to His disciples, it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.…

    We have to understand the severity of our part in leading someone astray. If you are sinning and living in darkness that’s your choice, however….don‘t lead the weak, naïve down that path with you. Sure they have free will to follow you, but you enticing them with the mess you’re wrapped up in, God is going to hold you accountable one day for the part you played in their stumble, fall and eternal separation from God.

    Being responsible for our own downfall is already way to much…let alone being responsible for somebody else’s downfall.

    Those on the right path tried to get the weak and innocent to not be yoked up with the others. They tried to warn them…but ultimately it is each individual’s choice to hear and obey. We as believers of Christ need to stand in the gap for these people and pray that the LORD awakens those people NOW….so that they can turn and get cleansed before the pit swallows them up.

    Christians…we cannot put stumbling blocks in others’ lives, nor can we compromise with those that are following in sin. I CANNOT go to the strip club and have some drinks with these people and say I’m of Christ and partake of the same darkness. I am called to show them by the “fruit” I bare… YET another way….We have to be Accountable… Christians…BE MATURE & RESPONSIBLE to show them JESUS!

    NO COMPROMISE…NO JUSTIFYING…NO PACIFYING….in doing so…PEOPLE ARE DYING IN SIN AND GOING TO EVENTUALLY END UP IN THE LAKE OF FIRE! Is all the fun you’re having now worth burning forever?

    Matthew 13:36-43 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.” He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man.

    The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

    Revelation 20:14-15 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

    THE TIME IS NOW…..REPENT….TURN FROM DARKNESS, ASK THE LORD JESUS TO SAVE YOU AND GET YOU ON THE NARROW WAY…FOR UP AHEAD…IS DANGER….TURN NOW WHILE YOU STILL HAVE TIME! TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION!!

    MARK 8:36 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?

    Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

    Romans 10:9-11 IF you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

    Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
