A look at the Coming Conflict by Thurmond Duke

    What would it take to kick start the one world govt thing and have people cry out for a global leader? Gee, I don't know...how about a world crisis that threatened to engulf the world in another world war? How about a shooting war in the middle east that sucked in the Arab nations, a Russian military invading from the north, the NATO allies, then Chinese, and the use of chemical and nuclear weapons in Syria and Lebanon.

    Nukes, you say? Ain't gonna happen, you say? Look again at the Bible prophecies over Damascus. It will be a wasteland, uninhabited forever. Betcha Babylon gets one too. Sadomite Hussien tried to thumb his nose at Biblical prophecy and really did some rebuilding there, using bricks with his name on them. Funny how we didn't bomb it during the war, and how the news organizations have never mentioned it...but God said it would be uninhabited forever, so He is not finished with it yet. But, you say, nukes? Yep. Neutron bombs have all the firepower of a regular nuke but without most of the radioactivity. If you really think we got rid of ours you must live in Fantasyland. And I'll bet that what the Israelis built too.

    Bible prophecy says an invading army from the north is destroyed by fire from the heavens on the mountains of Israel. I earlier posted a link re: "Transfer of Nuclear Weapons on the East Coast" with some info regarding Israel's borders in God's eyes. A crisis like that, plus wherever else they may fall, and there could easily be limited strikes by the Russians on American cities and vice versa... such a crisis could easily propel the world to welcome and virtually surrender to some emergent leader who promised to bring peace and stability. Hello, Mr Antichrist...

    Are you beginning to understand the stakes in this "game?" I hope so, because no one believed or accepted the prophet's warnings until they came to pass. WE ARE LIVING in a time when all the prophecies are converging. We are either (1) seeing their fulfillment, or (2) God is giving us a glimpse of how they will come together and that the conditions are fully ripe for their fulfillment.

    I am not counseling any fear but the fear of the Lord. Don't believe in that? I can help you with many problems, but I can't help you with stupid. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, draw close to Him, and pray. But it's days like these I really wish I could still accept the pre-trib rapture…because  if we get dragged into a Syrian war, NATO and the Russians and everyone else gets involved, the missiles fall, a national emergency will be declared, and suddenly all those Executive Orders us conspiracy nuts have warned you about will be implemented. I will be declared an enemy of the state, and they will come for me. Either then Lord hides me or He doesn't. I belong to Him. All they can do is kill the body - they can't touch my soul or spirit, because those belong to God, bought and paid for with the blood of Jesus.

    One more thing. Fall is fast approaching. Please remember Jesus warned "Pray that your flight be not in winter…"
