Identifying Counterfeits

If a person is an elder or a leader in a local church, should they not have the spiritual depth to speak, pray, call out in faith, write, encourage, offer strength, wisdom, knowledge, discernment, believe for miracles, speak into a person's life and help people find their destiny in God? IF they are simply a board of elders wondering about the color of the carpet, they are counterfeits. I know of way way too many churches with insipid elder groups who have zero spiritual depth. An elder must not be an apprentice.. but too many are because if he had any capacity he might threaten the shallow senior leadership. AND THAT is why so many churches are dying on the vine. IT starts at the head, but if the head has no oil, there is disunity.

Psalm 133

1How good and pleasant it is

when God’s people live together in unity!

2It is like precious oil poured on the head,

running down on the beard,

running down on Aaron’s beard,

down on the collar of his robe.

3It is as if the dew of Hermon

were falling on Mount Zion.

For there the Lord bestows his blessing,

even life forevermore.

I would like some more info on how God deals with leaders and churches. The reason being perry stone points out that when a leader becomes surrounded by yes men. God usually sends someone they don't know with a message, Because He cannot seem to get through to the leader and those around Him are not getting it or afraid to confront for fear of retribution. Many knowing from experience retribution will come and for a church without spot or blemish do you believe God is just refusing to show up and the the books of Corinthians are invalid for today or could it possibly be tradition and routine have locked God into a limited means by which he may express himself in His own professing churches.I mean lets face it people are crying out for revival as if God was holding out while millions fall into hell. Isn't it more realistic to evaluate our church and ourselves. As scripture instructs 2 tim 2 19-25 He says i'll move in a vechile prepared. I guess he meant Matthew 7:19 is rev 2 and 3 valid?
I mean Kenneth hagin in the ministry of the Prophet testifies to seeing Jesus well it's free on the web. My understanding is rev was the candlestick mentioned in the conversation. If it was true then how much more now.
