Many of the Greatest Leaders in the Body of Christ I know, (and I know a bunch) have reached the point of CONVERGENCE:
Convergence = Moving towards his or her "IDEAL" role in ministry, the
Role that FITS, when his or her Calling, Passion, Giftedness, Life
Experience and Style merge into a single focus that carries them to
their destiny.
Even if you are not yet recognized... you will
find yourself moving inexorably toward the purpose that God placed you
here to fulfill. Giving up means you miss it.
