Is this an accurate representation of the Pastor Role as defined in the five fold ministry of Ephesians 4? OR, is there something wrong with this picture. I wonder what you think?

I - Interpreter, issue classifier
J - Justice seeker, judicatory responder, janitor, joker
K - Knowledge dispenser, kid
L - Latent gift discoverer, liturgist, leader
M - Mediator, missionary, moderator, musician
N - Nurturer, nurse, nudger
O - Organizer, opportunity spotter
