24 So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the LORD. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths."
interpretation from the Holy Spirit
BETHEL is a Hebrew name meaning "House of God" representing the church.
"Elisha went up" represents the new generation of prophets (not the paid "institutional" ones) "going to Bethel (House of God, the church)"
the "youths" signifies the immaturity of the christian leaders in the church, when they should be teaching the "strong meat" revelations from the Holy Spirit, they are still struggling to learn their baby-milk teachings with no power. they should be GROWN MEN spiritually, but instead they are YOUTHS
they mocked him and said "Go up your baldhead! Go up you baldhead!" they say this because Elisha lacks a COVERING. the prophecy hidden for this age represents how many modern christian leaders teach that you must come under a man's apostolic or pastoral "spiritual covering" to be blessed, spiritually protected, or in God's will. 1 Corintians 11 teaches us that a man should not have a "covering" on his head, since he is the image and glory of God.
1 Corinthians 11:7, "For a man indeed OUGHT NOT TO COVER HIS HEAD, since he is the image and glory of God" 1 Corinthians 11:3, "But I want you to know that THE HEAD OF EVERY MAN IS CHRIST, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God"the new generation of spiritual warriors and prophets will be free from trusting any man as their "spiritual covering," since they will be directly covered by Christ Himself. Everyone who has a real relationship with God, and lives in God's will automatically lives under Christ's covering over them. When someone trusts in a certain man or religious leader as their spiritual "covering" they are not able to walk into their destiny. the "two female bears" represents the judgment of God on those with illegitimate authority (granted by man and not by God) who oppose His chosen vessels *******************God bless everyone!
