While these are not talking about the blood pump in our body, it's talking about the thoughts and intentions of our soul, our heart.
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Heb 4:12
The word of God has that ability. It cuts away the soul and exposes them by His spirit.
So whatever you do or do not do, you do because of your heart. You are making choices. Your spirit is willing but.. your flesh and soul may not be.
That's why when we see all kinds of aberration all around us that people try to call normal, we know it's a heart issue. The crime in our neighborhoods, revelation of a failed heart. Racism and victimization is a heart thing. Blaming others for our failure is a weak heart. Even willingness to accept lies of the devil is because our heart is not yet able to discern by the spirit of God.
God's heart towards us is LOVE, Giving us Jesus. Providing a way of escape. Filling us with his Spirit. Giving us Joy in the battle. His heart is perfect in every way.
Father says, "I am giving you a new heart, your heart must change, you cannot do it in your own strength, you will hang on to your heart of stone if I let you. I will soften and replace that hard heart with one that looks like mine. One that is open, clean, pure and an expression of My love".
I'm not there yet. It's more than WWJD. It's what does Father God do?
Say what God says, Love like God loves, Listen with Ears of discernment, See others thru God's eyes and you will better express to the world what it is so hungry for. It doesn't want to avoid hell. Most people don't even believe in hell. They don't think they need to do anything to go to heaven, most people are already convinced they will get there because they are good people, they don't think they need Jesus at all... but they are empty. Hearts in pain. Hearts hurt. They need to know that there is so much more for them. That they can have everything God planned for them. That they can reach much higher to a destiny that waits for them.
Father could do this supernaturally, wave his hand and BOOM everyone is automatically saved. He did all he can do.. Thru Jesus. NOW it's up to us. You and Me. We are placed in front of people who need HIM every day. We are HIS body manifested here on earth.
It's a big responsibility.. but we are well able to take the land he promised.
