Fooling Around with God can get you Killed

I have been saying for years that the bar is being raised. The things we used to get away with we will not in the future.

There has been much foolishness in the Body of Christ. The people who are fooling around are being held to account.

I was offered a story from a Friend Named Jeff:
Last Sunday, a church I know of had a powerful worship service. Holy Spirit moved mightily. Afterward, the Worship Leader instructed the people how to flow in the Spirit and the Gifts. She spent a long time talking about how Holy Spirit wanted to be a part of the service. Then, the pastor took the podium and contradicted and dismissed everything she said. He said "we do not do that here", indicating that new visitors would not understand. She was humiliated. Five days later, that pastor is now in ICU hanging on for dear life, with a broken neck after a horrific motorcycle accident. We are living in sobering times. Self-examination and rapid judgments.
You can get away with all this for a little while, but soon you will be held to account. As the glory train gains speed those who try to rob some of the glory or slow the train will find themselves in very difficult situations.

If God would kill the sons of Aaron and the Sons of Eli for Fooling around what makes you and me think he wouldn't exact judgement on those who claim to be his representatives and who take lightly the manifest presence of God.

Even later when priests would minister before the Altar they priests would have to have a rope tied around them so they could be pulled out of the Holy of Holies if God found them wanting.

We are entering into a time of great manifestation. The bar is raised. You dare not be flippant.

If you know better, you need to stay right.

You life may hang in the balance.
