A Prophetic Word for 2013: Return to Antioch Jennifer LeClaire

Jennifer LeClaire is sounding the alarm with a clear prophetic directive to leave behind the Hollywood Christianity, the pillow prophets, the prosper-me gospel.
I was taking a long drive from South Florida to Orlando, praying in the Spirit, and asking the Lord to reveal some prophetic direction for 2013. I must have prayed in the Spirit for two hours before I heard these three words: “Return to Antioch.”

With a long, dark stretch of highway still in front of me, I could not readily dive into Scripture to seek understanding about what the Holy Spirit was trying to tell me. So I continued praying in the Spirit and meditating on those three words: “Return to Antioch.”

When I opened my Bible to Acts 14, prophetic revelation for the body of Christ—particularly the leadership of the body of Christ—began to unfold:

When Paul and Barnabas were serving together in the mission fields, they made a return visit to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch. With the return to Antioch, they had a clear mandate: to “strengthen the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, ‘We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God’” (Acts 14:22).

I like how the Amplified Bible draws out this verse: “Establishing and strengthening the souls and the hearts of the disciples, urging and warning and encouraging them to stand firm in the faith, and [telling them] that it is through many hardships and tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.”
And the Message Bible puts it this way: “putting muscle and sinew in the lives of the disciples, urging them to stick with what they had begun to believe and not quit, making it clear to them that it wouldn’t be easy: ‘Anyone signing up for the kingdom of God has to go through plenty of hard times’.”

As I meditated on this verse, it became abundantly apparent how different the apostles’ message was to what we hear in most local churches—and on most Christian TV channels—today. The apostles understood that we are in a spiritual war against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (see Eph. 6:12). The apostle urged and warned believers to fight the good fight of faith—not for cars and houses and bigger ministries but pure faith in Christ that refuses to compromise the gospel. And the apostles made it clear that it wouldn’t be easy.

We need to “return to Antioch.” We need to return to sound doctrine that strengthens the spirits and souls of the disciples, encourages them to contend for the true faith, and refuses to sugar coat the Christian walk. We need to “return to Antioch” and leave behind the Hollywood Christianity, the pillow prophets, the prosper-me gospel and the other foolish practices that have crept into the 21st century church while we were sleeping. We need to “return to Antioch” and walk with Christ no matter what it costs us. We need to be found faithful when the Lord returns.

The apostles knew that a Great Falling Away was a reality. Today, I believe we are seeing the shadows of the Great Falling Away—and some leaders in the body of Christ are escorting their disciples through the doorway that leads to compromise. Some are giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. Some are speaking lies in hypocrisy. Some have iron-seared consciences. Some are deceived, being deceived and deceiving others.

When the apostle’s returned to Antioch, their message was clear. And their message rings as true in this hour as it did 2,000 years ago: “We must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.” There’s no getting around that no matter what famous television pastors tell you. So, leaders, I implore you to return to Antioch. Strengthen the believers. Encourage them to continue in the truth faith, not the perverted “gimme-gimme” faith that is so prevalent in the Western culture. Please, return to Antioch.

Come out of Exile

I have heard from the Lord this morning that the Church of Jesus that once was great in the nation of the USA has been in exile to Babylon. It no longer is in power. It no longer has influence. It no longer carries authority. Yes a few Daniel's exist... but most of the Church languishes weeping for the past that once was by the river Jordon. Church, it's time to come out of exile. We must ignore the Sanballat, Tobiah and Geshem's who tell us that things are fine, they have always been this way, and besides who told you to build back? Coming out of exile will take true repentance, some will decide to stay behind in Babylon. Some will even side with the Babylonians. That doesn't mean they are right. Leaving Babylon will cost you everything Babylon provided. Cushy living and protection. It's not going to be popular to come out of exile. Freedom from the Babylonian system will be worth it all... after the pain heals. There will be pain. Come out from among them..says the Lord.

Kathi Pelton: "I Am Closer Than Any Need You Will Ever Have"

Kathi PeltonA couple of weeks ago I had a vivid dream that I would like to share with you. In my dream, I was taken to a house where I met with a number of Christian leaders that I personally know. These leaders brought me into a room and shared with me that I had been brought there so that I could pray and hear from the Lord on their behalf. Each of them were facing significant needs. One by one, each one shared their personal need.
One lady told me she felt the Lord ask her to step out in faith and buy a house for ministry, but now she and her ministry were facing foreclosure on the house due to lack of payment. A married couple explained that they had made a commitment to help orphans, but they were short of funds to fulfill their commitment. Another couple had lost their child at a young age and they were praying for his resurrection but were not seeing it happen.
I felt overwhelmed by the responsibility to hear clearly for them, but could not turn away their requests to pray and see if the Holy Spirit might say something to me for each of them. I went into a room alone and began to call upon Jesus. I was immediately made aware of the magnitude of the problems each of these precious people were facing and how the enemy wanted to usurp their awareness of Jesus with doubt, with pain, and with their needs. Then I heard what sounded like the audible voice of Jesus, and all He said was: "I am closer than any need you will ever have."
The moment those words were spoken I became aware, more than ever in my life, of His nearness and presence. Every need that I ever had and every question that I ever asked was suddenly made unimportant in the light of His presence. For the first time, I felt as if I was experiencing and understanding the words from Psalm 23: "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want."
I was experiencing the complete lack of want or need of anything but His closeness and presence. The needs that had been shared with me just moments earlier, that had so weighed me down, were overshadowed by His presence. "God with us" was the answer. It was so simple – yet was the most profound experience that I have ever known.
I can only pray that somehow the Holy Spirit will reveal to you the power of these simple words. In the dream, I realized these words (apart from the experience) could sound shallow and lacking in direction, but I knew that He would not speak the words and let them go forth without anointing them to accomplish the same work in each person's heart as they had in mine. I had experienced an absolute absence of worry and burdens. I didn't realize how much we carry upon ourselves that we were never intended to carry.
The Lord is My Shepherd
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
I would like to share this Scripture with you as it is written in the Amplified Bible to bring more clarity:
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good – not harsh, hard, sharp or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne."
The words "blessed quiet" sum up what I experienced. All the stormy waves of need were calmed, all the bitter winds of questions were stilled. Every burden and sense of heaviness that had taken dominion in my soul were dethroned by His fullness. Jesus was given back His rightful throne as King in my life; every voice and need that had attempted to usurp His authority and love in my life were removed in that moment.
I am writing this both for you and for me. I need even now, just a few weeks after my dream, to be reminded of His words as my own dad died recently. I needed to be reminded that "He is closer than my greatest need." I pray that you too will be comforted and restored by His gentle and kind words and His profound presence and authority in your life.
May 2013 be a year that we can clearly say together, "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want (lack)."

USA on Edge of Spiritual Cliff

 From DENNIS

All the talk over the past few weeks has been the "fiscal cliff".  How are we going to stop from going off it?  Did we go off it?  Are we going to go off it again in a few months?...etc....

Many of us who are Bible readers know that the fiscal cliff isn't the real danger.  In fact, compared to the SPIRITUAL CLIFF that nation is about to go over, the fiscal cliff is child's play.

Now Franklin Graham is telling it like it is.

He was banned from a Pentagon prayer service because of Muslim complaints about his beliefs, and he later charged that Barack Obama has “shaken his fist” at God by endorsing same-sex marriage, so no one would expect mild platitudes from the strong-willed Franklin Graham.

But to liken America’s current situation to the status of the Old Testament tribe of Judah under Manasseh, the “wickedest king to rule?”

That's the message that can be taken from a recent public letter posted on the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association website.

There, Franklin Graham, Billy Graham’s oldest son, warns that the nation’s fiscal cliff is nothing to worry about compared to the spiritual cliff he sees.

“Since the recent election, we’ve seen same-sex couples lining up at courthouses in several states to receive their marriage licenses, and hundreds of people gathering in public places to light up marijuana cigarettes in the states where it has just been decriminalized,” Graham wrote.

“This is only the tip of the iceberg. The moral decline we see on television programs – blatant immorality, senseless violence, media-friendly gay and lesbian behavior – is just a reflection of the moral corruption that has infected our entire nation. These are indeed dark days … but there is hope.
“The Bible says, ‘If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?’ (Psalm 11:3, ESV).

No question our country’s foundations are being destroyed, but I am reminded of an era in the Old Testament where the Lord moved in a dramatic way to bring godly change to a spiritually dark and depraved nation like Judah, whose moral foundations had been seriously eroded.”

“For far too long, as a nation we have neglected – and even rejected – the Word of God and His commands. Yet the Scriptures are mighty, able to penetrate even the most hardened and darkened hearts with convicting, life-giving power,” Graham wrote.

“This is the only cure for a sin-sickened country that is about to slip into a moral abyss, and it is why we must proclaim the Good News,” he wrote.

Amen Franklin!  Preach it!

Of course the world will hate his message, exactly like the world hated Jesus.

Meanwhile the folks in Washington D.C. will continue to figure out how they can 'fix' the $17 trillion debt, the violence, the drugs, the porn addictions, the perversion, the abortion solution, the health care, the pension collapse, Social Security bankruptcy, etc, etc.....  all the while making sure they scrub the 10 commandments off every public setting and drive God away from every public venue.

They will believe they are running towards safety but are actually running right into the jaws of a deadly steel trap...and when the trap snaps shut on this nation....it will NOT be a pretty sight.

So let's keep up our Kingdom Work will we still have the daylight in which to work.

Maranatha!

We WILL get through the year 2013 by Charles Robinson, WISE Ministries International

We WILL get through the year 2013.

It’s not the end of the world. Some may think the Mayans were late.

According to biblestudy.org/The meaning of Numbers in the Bible the number thirteen is associated with rebellion and depravity and used fifteen times in the bible. All the names of Satan are divisible by thirteen. Nimrod, the chief rebel after the flood, was the thirteenth in the line of Ham. In their thirteenth year of servitude, the kings of the nations rebelled (Genesis 14:4). Twelve represents the government of God and thirteen represents the governments of men in rebellion against God. How is the number thirteen linked with being defiled? In Mark 7 Jesus mentions thirteen things that defile a person. He said that “‘What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed: Evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man.’ ” (Mark 7:20-23, NKJV)

As the world gets darker we will see an increase in these defiling sins in the earth. I believe that 2013 is going to be a difficult year nationally and globally. People, pray like never before; “double down”.
How does the number 13 represent hating God?

In Romans 1, where the apostle Paul lists 23 things against sinful men, the thirteenth in the list is haters of God:
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness, they are whisperers, backbiters , haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.” (Romans 1:28-32, NKJV)
But yet in the midst of rising evil and social chaos (especially if the government in the US tries to confiscate guns or stops unemployment benefits, or something occurs that would cause racial tensions to escalate) we must keep hope alive in our hearts.

Beloved, God gives us hope for this year with the song “The Best is Yet to Come” – for those that know him. Click here to hear Frank Sinatra sing this song; we are to eat from the Tree of Life and not The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil especially this year! Let’s keep this song in our spirit’s when we “double down” in 2013. Lyrics from the song… “you came along (Lord) and everything started to hum. You think you have seen the sun but you haven’t seen it shine”… we will see the sunshine and the world will see us shine in 2013 (Isaiah 60). “Wait until the warm-up is underway…I am going to teach you to fly…we’ve only tasted the wine but we’re going to drink the cup dry…you think you’ve flown before but baby you ain’t left the ground….wait to you see that sunshine place ain’t nothing like it here…come the day you’re mine (Jesus)”. Yes, 2013 is going to be a great year for us!

The Prophetic Issachar anointing is being released by Charles Robinson, WISE Ministries International

God is going to place those with an “Issachar” Anointing in the lives of the rich and influential; (I chronicles 12:32 says this tribe knew the times and the seasons and what Israel should do) they will provide unprecedented spiritual revelation in the areas of investments, deep spiritual counsel and personal growth enabling these high net-worth individuals to fulfill their destiny in the nations.

This will also be done on national levels but there will be many hundreds of spiritual prophetic business coaches that God is going to raise up more on the personal level. What we have been doing for the last eight years with WISE Ministries is going to be multiplied many-fold. These prophetic Issachar’s, Josephs and Daniels will cause great increase in the lives of those they assist. But, the wealth is for the Kingdom and God’s people. These coaches working alongside prophetic intercessors will enable a new level of the transfer of wealth (Proverbs 13:22). Make sure to attend our Tipping Point National Gatherings in April of each year. The theme for 2013 is “God’s Grand Scheme”.

Economic Troubles: Those with the Issachar Anointing are going to have to rebuild the nation when its devastating fall happens. This fall is a major currency devaluation and eventual bankruptcy of the nation’s finances. When the welfare checks stop and the social services come to a halt it will be up to us to pick up the pieces both economically and politically. Many will go back to rural living; many in the cities will perish but one thing is for sure the Church will arise and be the church. The glorious church! God’s ETF’s – End-Time-Financiers will arise. Do you want to own a bank? You may need to. Do you want to become a loan officer? You may have the chance to lend money to many.

Why Am I Here?

Praying Medic wrote this...but I thought it was good I'm here to share life. I'm here to encourage you. I'm here to write things that might inspire you. I'm here to share testimonies. I'm here to help train you for life's battles. But I'm not your mother. You are responsible to show up for life. You must take the initiative & learn what you need to know. I can't spoon feed you the information. You must feed yourself. I'll do what I can to provide materials, but it's your responsibility to ask questions, practice what you learn, and apply the principles in your own life. Ultimately, all of this must point you to God. How it all gets worked out is between you & Him. I can't hear God for you. It's your responsibility to develop that relationship with Him. Nothing else really matters except that you and God must get to know each other better. If I don't succeed in pointing you to Him, my mission will have failed.
