The Battle is the Lords, but not on Earth

Does the Lord fight our battles on earth?

Let's consider:

1 Samuel 17:47 - And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle [is] the LORD'S, and he will give you into our hands.

2 Chronicles 20:15 - And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle [is] not yours, but God's.

Zechariah 4:6 - Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

It looks like it, but even though the Angel Armies are with us, the Lord gives us what it takes to do battle.  He moves on the enemy thru us.  Yes often in the times before Jesus ressurection, we see God intervene by angelic activity.  Yet today, he expects those of us living on the earth by His Spirit to deal with powers and principlaities on earth.  The domain of satan, the lord of this world.

All battles the Lord fights in our behalf happen in the heavnlies.  Not on earth.  We cooperate with Father God by prayer and declaration.

So it is in our best interest to speak faith and pray for endurence.  The concept is the word spoken in prayer or aloud is a seed.  And we know that as long as the earth endures there will be seedtime and harvest.  You harvest what you sow in the Spirit.  Yet if we understood, it is actually SEED... TIME and HARVEST.  Time and patience in the outcome are essential.  Its a fruit of His Spirit alive in us.

Expect a harvest, but that seed doesn't become corn overnight.  TIME.
