Cursed are The Moneychangers who will USE the Cultural Collapse for Gain

I have been seeking God on the whole issue of our cultural collapse as is most recently evident by the court's decision regarding Homosex marriage.

During that time I heard this:

There are many who will now use this as a reason to enrich themselves and their ministries.  A curse will be called on those who do.  It is the curse I called when I cleansed the temple.  Den of Thieves.

There was more, but some was just for me.  I grasp the nature of the curse.  How long will it be until we see in conferences, on Christian TV and in Social Media some guy or gal look into the camera and say:

"We must stop the decline of our country.  Send your offering of $700 today and join the fight.  It's time to take back our nation from the Devil"

It will be some well known someone who is on TV to start this. It is the money machine that  masquerades as christian.  I can see it now.  It's somewhat akin to the sad dogs and cats in the commercial or the starving children you see again and again in an appeal for money.  It's not that there is not a need, it's just that the real purpose is enrichment.

So, be warned, as a Prophet of God, I will be on alert for this.  I have my instructions.  I will call out the thieves in the den.  As Jesus did.  You will hear this loud and clear.

Yes ministry, particularly ministry that speaks to the culture needs money.  Money however FOLLOWS ministry. IF you are doing what you are called to do, money will not be an issue.  Before you begin to take on leviathan at large, if you are a minister, make sure your own house is clean.  Get YOUR army marching and armed.

So go to war, just don't call down a curse on yourself by using this cultural crisis for gain.

Rick Joyner: The Spirit of Truth - Greater Light is Needed

Seek Out Truth
In 2008 we began to pray for the Holy Spirit to move in our country. We prayed for the Spirit of Truth to reveal anything hidden that we needed to know. This began happening very quickly. Some might protest that much of what is being illuminated is coming from whistleblowers in the government, but this gives us insight into the work of the Holy Spirit.
There were times in the Old Testament when the Lord referred to heathen armies such as the Babylonians as His arm. The Babylonians did not know the Lord, nor did they know that they were being used by Him. In the same way, the Lord is using various people to reveal what we need to know regardless of whether they are aware of it or not.

Dr. CrandallWhen these illuminations began, my biggest surprise was not how or through whom the Spirit of Truth did His work, but that so many Christians did not seem to understand or even care about what was being brought to the light.
The Holy Spirit is "The Helper," not "The Doer." He will do His part, but He expects us to do our part. Because spiritual authority is founded upon love, we must have love for our country to have spiritual authority here.
If we love something, we will care deeply about its wellbeing and make every effort to acquire understanding. That was the reason for the birth of The Oak Initiative. It exists to bring resources to Christians of depth and commitment who are willing to be salt and light in their nations (The Oak is now in 165 nations).

We cannot be salt and light without being engaged in the times. Because the Spirit "searches all things, even the depths of God" (see I Corinthians 2:10), no one who is truly led by the Spirit will be shallow in their understanding. If we are led by the Spirit, we will love the truth enough to seek it out, and we will be compelled to have depth to our knowledge.
Greater Light is Needed
We have also been given the Biblical commands to be salt and light and to occupy until He comes. We see that even when "the abomination of desolation" is being set up, "the people who know their God will display strength and take action" (see Daniel 11:32). We are not here to cower, to hoard, or to merely seek safety for ourselves. We are here to prepare the way for the coming Kingdom. This is our time.

Jeff MarkinIt is understandable why many Christians refuse to get engaged in the political process. It is hard not to feel slimed if you even get close to it.
However, this is when we need those with the greatest integrity and stoutness of heart to engage in delivering their nations from the darkness that is taking them over.

It is not just into government that we need these brave ones to go. As we have covered, The Great Commission to go into all the world is not only geographical, but must include every field, profession, discipline, sport, etc. The whole world is slipping into a terrible darkness. It is hard to walk down the street or turn on the T.V. without being bombarded with slime. However, we are here for a reason.
In times of great darkness, greater light is needed. The prophecies are clear that those who know their God and take action will rise up.

Fire that IS a requirement.. or who put the fire out?

Last Night at the Impact Conference Apostle Eckhardt spoke on two Passages.  It was about the FIRE of God and the wind of God being necessary for anyone who is going to minister at any level.  I have been in a lot of churches where it's a BIC and a Breeze.

The Scriptures:
“He makes his angels winds,
and his ministers a flame of fire.”  Hebrews 1:7b

It quotes from Psalm 104:4

The winds are your messengers;
flames of fire are your servants.

It's no coincidence that on the day of Pentecost both wind and fire manifested.

If we are to be faithful to the word of the Lord, we need to breath fresh air into a gasping world. One being suffocated by circumstance and leviathan.  The python is alive and squeezing.

If we are to be effective to be his servants we need fire.  Not loud. Fire makes one react.  Put your hand on a hot stove.  You will react.  It is said of the true servants of God:

Set yourself on fire with passion & people will come for miles to watch you burn—”

When is the last time you were anywhere when THAT happened??

When is the last time you were on fire?

It's more than loud.  Anyone can be loud.  Just because you can get the sound guy to turn it up to 11 doesn't mean your are on fire.  Fire is PASSION.  Conviction.  Elemental.  Core.

Not something you read in some guys book that you are rehearsing (I heard that happen a few weeks ago).  It has to be real.. in every way.  From your innermost being.

It's not just Holy Ghost manifestations.  Standing in front of people speaking in tongues may be an evidence for a moment... but eventually PETER has to step forward...

Who put the fire out?  We can blame satan.  He's easy.

No the fire is put out by fear, lack of confidence, control issues, lack of conviction (if you're gonna be convincing, you gotta be convinced) and most of all.... peer pressure.

Most ministers would like to let loose.. but they worry what people might say.

You don't have to be a Buddhist monk to burn for your convictions ... you have to be willing to die to flesh yet live for God.  Forgetting all else except the mandate and call on your life.  That means burn.

LET IT BURN.

How persecution will be justified

The Excuse for Persecution... a Prophetic Peek into YOUR Future

People don't understand how the forces of evil will make excuses to make LEGAL and "JUST" to persecute Christians in the USA.

It is coming.  Many think it will be hard to implement such a policy.  That people will be incensed that good moral people are being locked up or worse.

It's becoming clear that the rationale for the coming persecution will revolve around 3 "crimes against the state":

Hate Speech...  Speaking out against homosexual normalization (like marriage) will become a crime.  Hate and bully will be the buzzwords that cause many to be charged thus.  You will be told to sit down and shut up or you will be incarcerated.

Environmentalism....  The fact that some Christians have beliefs (right or wrong) that includes some kind of escapism (Rapture) means that we will be accused of being dangerous for our beliefs.  IF we didn't think the world would end soon we would take better care of the planet.  That kind of thinking will make criminals of anyone who has the belief that Jesus is coming soon.  Even if your eschatology is not of the ilk, if you are a professing Christian, you are lumped in together.

Intolerance....  As wickedness expands, false religions take their places (Islam) and other gods become normative, Christians who speak against these evils will be seen as intolerant and it will be a reason to justify severe persecution.  Anyone who questions why will be denounced.  Look at what happened in China during the years of Mao.  That is coming here.  Intolerance will be defined as equal to racism.  Simply pointing out hypocrisy will be considered intolerance.  Not to be defended.

IF you want to avoid being persecuted or even being thrown into the fiery furnace, when the music plays, bow down, conform, shut up about your opinions, compromise.

You will have a choice.   What will you choose when the persecutions come?  They will come.  The music is playing... will you bow?

Kim Clement: The Cloud of Blessing and Outpouring - There Will Be Rain, Rain, and More Rain to Bring Restoration

Kim ClementJune 1, 2013 - From The Den:
Canada. Okay, that's what I wanted, because Canada is on the Lord's heart right now. I was taken back to Canada when that piece was brought forth and has gone throughout the earth. Even your President has repeated it. I want you to know that this country is heading for something greater than it has right now.
Keep your eye on Istanbul. That's another thing I'm just hearing right now. Keep your eye on Istanbul. What part of the world is that? Turkey. Keep your eye on Istanbul. That's what I hear right now.
A Summer of New Beginnings
June 5, 2013 - From The Matrix:
Fragrance of RainThere's a strange odor. It's a fragrance of rain; you know, when it's rained, and there's been a lot of rain, and suddenly it's over and the earth is saturated with a fragrance. (Breathes in.) My sense of smell is not enhanced always in prophetic moments, but I'm sensing, I'm detecting, I'm smelling – I used the word "odor," but it's wrong. It's a fragrance that's coming from the earth as if it's rained, as if it's rained and rained. Floods have come and God has wiped away iniquity.
We don't often speak of Noah, except if it's to a child, to teach, or in some eschatological explanation of what it meant. But that rain caused Noah to be locked in. The Bible says that God shut him in; God shut him into the ark, separated for a season, and then opened the windows of Heaven and it rained. Hear me out, please. And then there was the story of how God opened; He closed him in and opened up the door. The raven – the dove – and how he knew that the earth was prepared and ready for him to put his feet on and plant a vineyard, which he did.
The Spirit of God says, "There will be rain, rain, rain." I saw it when I was praying on Saturday; I saw rain. I saw destructive rain, but I also saw rain of His presence to bring about vindication, restoration. A cloud that seems foreboding becomes a cloud of blessing and outpouring.
Father, I pray today that You would reveal more of this that is happening and will happen through the summer. Let them take note that I am not just speaking and praying something. It's what I saw as I was weeping on Saturday and more will come.
"But these rains shall wash and cleanse during summer, for this shall be a summer of new beginnings for many of you. Take that word and watch the clouds and watch the rain as I come in the summer and I will shut you in to keep you and protect you," says the Spirit of God.
A Season of the Spirit
Kim explaining what happened at The Den on Saturday:
What happened was, a cloud came in. People wouldn't have seen it; a lot of people wouldn't have seen that, but I caught glimpses of it. I knew I was in it; I've been in clouds before on mountaintops. I understand the feeling; I know the feeling, I should say. I was in that cloud, and during that moment, I started hearing things, and one thing that I heard over and over was rain, so much rain.
I don't have full understanding of it and I don't want to explain something that I don't have full understanding of. God just spoke now about Noah, about shutting him in, a summer for those that are living and a winter – this is not a summer season in terms of a natural season; this is a season in the Spirit. We'll continue on this week as I pray about it and I'll share things from my garden. As you know, I'm leaving for Israel on Sunday. There are a lot of things happening right now.
The Providence of God
Kim discussing being in the cloud: Prophetic intercession is basically getting captured into the future, and as a result of being captured into the future, you begin to pray and intercede for that season or that time that you're in. So I was caught up into the future, and yes, I was crying, I was weeping because I did see a lot of heartache; I did see a lot of things happening, but realizing that out of this, out of this bitter, would come something tremendously sweet.
The CloudSo, let me share with you about the cloud, because the cloud that I was caught up into is something that was around or was present throughout the journey of the Israelites. You know there was a cloud that directed them, and I'm not going to read the Scriptures to you, because you need to understand what it means.
This summer season you're going to have a prophetic visitation. This is very important, because if I had this, then God wants to do the same for you. I'll bring you to the Scriptures in a minute. The cloud that covered the tabernacle at the time, which contained the glory of God, which was the Ark of the Covenant, as you know – the Ark of the Covenant and then the Mercy Seat...all of this, there was a cloud that covered it. When the cloud rested, everybody rested. They were shut in; they could stay. When the cloud lifted, that's when they began to move. You all know the story; that's what happened.
Now, throughout the Bible if you go check on clouds, you'll realize, it's always, first of all, God's presence, but leading you somewhere. So, the cloud leads you to another place; then it tarries. I call it the providence of God. When the providence of God tarries, then we wait as well. We cannot go ahead of it. This cloud is specific for prophetic protection, direction, and visitation.
We're Going to Get Through This
What you saw on Saturday was divine transfiguration, because the future was upon me and I was showing you tomorrow; I was weeping for tomorrow. I was interceding, and the weeping was not only sadness, the weeping was not only because of bitterness, but because I heard the heart of God – how He loves humanity, how He loves America, how He loves the nations of the world, and how He's going to pour out of His Spirit upon them.
Why are there so many that are bitter, why are there so many that are complaining? The complaining of the people came before God; the negativeness came before Him, and I almost felt like He was being stifled by that negativeness. He's listening for a sound; He's listening for someone that sounds just like Him. He's listening for somebody that sounds just like Him. To be drawn to Himself is one of the greatest things.
That's why praise is so powerful, because you are doing something that is so divine and so God-led and God-inspired that He's drawn to it because He's hearing Himself. He's looking and He's searching all over the earth for somebody that is sounding like Him, that is speaking His Word so that He can be drawn to them.
You're going through the doorWe're going to get through this, people. Hear the prophet today! We're going to get through this. We are going to get through this, and when we get through that door, there's a whole new dimension that you have never sensed or felt in your entire life!
I said we're going to get through this! I said we're going to get through this!
I don't care what you're facing; I'm facing something, but I was caught up into tomorrow and I began to cry for the pain that is upon the nation. But yet, I saw glorious clouds – clouds of God's presence, clouds of God's healing power.
Restoration was one of the biggest things I kept hearing over and over – rain, rain to bring restoration that will bring fruit to the earth and to His people. You're going to get through this. The door has an adversary and that adversary is standing before you and trying to stop you from going through the door, and God says, "You're going to go through this door, for My prophet is being sent through the door, and you're going to go through that door and get to the other side."

54 years ago today

54 years ago today my parents were killed in a truck accident.  I was 14.   Orphaned but nurtured by my Uncle and Aunt who kept us together.  I am so blessed.  This spoke to me this morning from Ezekiel 16:

And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all.

5 None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

6 And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.

7 I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.

8 Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord God, and thou becamest mine.

9 Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil.

10 I clothed thee also with broidered work, and shod thee with badgers' skin, and I girded thee about with fine linen, and I covered thee with silk.

11 I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck.

12 And I put a jewel on thy forehead, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thine head.

13 Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver; and thy raiment was of fine linen, and silk, and broidered work; thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil: and thou wast exceeding beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.

14 And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord God.

Robin McMillan: A Prophetic Sign: Blank Check For Revival

Robin McMillanIn a most unusual way the Lord used the last five verses of Amos, chapter 9, to convince me of the impending revival in America:
"'On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages: I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old; that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the Gentiles who are called by My name,' says the Lord who does this thing.
"'Behold, the days are coming,' says the Lord, 'When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; the mountains shall drip with sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it.
"'I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; they shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them.
"'I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them,' says the Lord your God" (Amos 9:11-15).
In this short passage God revealed to me the vehicle, the target, the assurance, the method, the historic sign, and the timing of the outpouring. The vehicle He will use is David's restored tabernacle – groups of people devoted to worship with the manifest presence of God in their midst. The targets are the Gentiles and the historic enemies of Israel like Edom, Esau's offspring. He provides assurance with these expressions of His intent: "On that day I will," "Behold the days are coming," "I will bring back," "They shall build," "They shall plant," "They shall make," and "I will plant them."
The method is spiritual intoxication. The mountains, a type of the nations, shall drip with the intoxicating new wine, like the early disciples at Pentecost. The historic sign and the timing of the outpouring is the generation when Jewish people are restored to their ancient homeland. In 1948, the impossible happened. Israel became a nation again after almost 2,000 years. Then the prophetic clock of the end-time outpouring began ticking!
A Prophetic Sign Was Given To Me
I had grown up in an era and in a denomination that never mentioned revival and didn't believe the miraculous power of God was still available. I did not have a sound foundation for believing in an end time revival. In that state of mind, the Lord revealed to me these prophetic insights from Amos 9 and began to insist that I preach them. It was a problem. I remember that early Sunday morning walking the block and speaking to the Lord about my reluctance to preach the outpouring. As I rounded the last turn heading home, the Lord suddenly spoke to me: "Pick up that piece of paper."
I stooped to pick it up and saw that it was a partially torn check made out to a church. It was check #913! The Lord began telling me that the check was a prophetic sign to the Church. He had written a blank check for revival out of Amos 9:13. The devil had attempted to destroy it, but the money was still in the bank. It occurred to me that a check is also called a promissory note. The check isn't the money; it represents the existence and promise of the money. God's promise is still good even if it has been torn, tattered, and assaulted by the enemy and assailed by many in unbelief.
About Prophetic Signs
The Bible clearly shows that God uses prophetic signs to reveal Himself and His plans. The rainbow, circumcision, the diseases in Moses' hands, the plagues in Egypt, the Passover blood on the doorposts, Isaiah walking naked for three years, the institution of the Sabbath, and others the Bible calls signs and are one of God's modes of communication. Prophetic signs are one of the least appreciated and often maligned vehicles of God's communication to us. I understand why. Everything doesn't have prophetic meaning that someone hears or feels or sees or thinks. Also, misinterpretation and misapplication of prophetic things in the past have caused a lot of confusion, providing opportunity for much criticism of the prophetic and people associated with it.
Note the Father's initial introduction of His Son to the world:
"Then the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger'" (Luke 2:10-12, emphasis mine).
This will be a sign to you: You will find a babe wrapped in rags lying in the trough of a cattle feeder (McMillan Unauthorized Translation). A bit out of the ordinary, wouldn't you say? Yet, it pleased God to introduce Jesus in just this way. This sign pointed to the basic humility of our Heavenly Father and to our need for the same kind of humility if we are to know Him better.
This short defense of prophetic signs is an attempt to help some who have dismissed such things out of hand, and by so doing, have missed major encouragement and faith-building communications from God. I have often needed encouragement and more faith and didn't particularly care where or how they came.
Large-scale harvestAs I did, you may have trouble believing in a final large-scale harvest in which millions are swept into the Kingdom. That doesn't mean it isn't so. There are verses indicating the end of the age will be dark and desperate, but there are other ones that "shed light" on something else much more positive. Both elements will exist at the same time. Both the Old and New Testaments affirm that. In Matthew 13:39 Jesus typified the end of the age as a harvest: "the harvest is the end of the age," when good and bad will come to maturity and be harvested together. Isaiah prophesied a similar scenario:
"Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising" (Isaiah 60:1-3).
The phrase "Gentiles shall come to your light" sets the stage of the fulfillment of this prophecy in our age, the age of the Gospel. We haven't yet seen the fullness of the glory arising upon us, or any other generation. Habakkuk said, "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea" (Habakkuk 2:14).
Nor have "we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:13), nor do we find in the earth yet 'a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish' (Ephesians 5:27). These verses too must be fulfilled before the end comes.
The Harvest
God has a plan for a worldwide harvest of unprecedented magnitude. Even conservative Bible scholars have seen it. Here is commentary on Amos 9:13 from Keil & Delitzsch:
"Even while one is engaged in ploughing the land for the sowing, the other will already be able to cut ripe corn; so quickly will the corn grow and ripen. And the treading of the grapes will last to the sowing-time, so abundant will the vintage be. The second half of the verse is taken from Joel 3:18; and according to this passage, the melting of the hills is to be understood as dissolving into streams of milk, new wine, and honey, in which the prophet had the description of the promised land as a land flowing with milk and honey (Exodus 3:8, etc.) floating before his mind."
"Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord, "When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; the mountains shall drip with sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it." Amos 9:13
Yes, the days are coming!

My Sound, the Sound of Heaven, is making its entry into the earth from Michelle Holderman,

“There is a sound I AM orchestrating, says the Father. A sound beyond anything that anyone knows of. A sound so extraordinary; it will not permit anything that is not of pure flow.

My Sound, the Sound of Heaven, is making its entry into the earth.

Beyond that which you already know, I AM bending down to make My Glory known so that all who are calling upon My Son’s great name will know precisely that I AM who I say I AM.

Expression and exposure are both coming.

My expression in the earth through My sons and daughters is forthright already. However, I want to express more of Myself through you.

My exposure is already underway and will not make a whole lot of people happy. But I must uncover that which is concealed. I must make known what has occurred behind closed doors, if you will (Luke 8:17). It is precisely My measure of grace that I AM pouring out upon My people, upon their homes and workplaces, that will ready them for what is coming, says the Lord.

Great finances will be entrusted into the hands of those who are ready to expand the Kingdom of God on earth. Those who yet know the value of trust I place upon those whom I entrust the very vault of Heaven to, are going to know firsthand why I have chosen them.

Many are already beginning to sense great awakenings within their very own spirits. However, many of the hearts of My very own people are in need of the exposure I have spoken of. They have yet to give over to Me what is rightfully Mine. They yearn for more, for greater and greater things, yet they not only rob Me; they exploit others for their very own gain. This is not how Kingdom ministers are to operate. They will know that I AM because of the exposure I AM sending, says Yahweh.

The Order of God bends for no one. I AM bringing a precious word to those whose hearts are yearning for more of My Order and My Presence. That is the very expression through which I will show them more of Myself.

More is not less and less is not more. But this is how the world sells it. It’s a topsy-turvy roller coaster ride of emotions for those who place more trust in their own sense of righteousness than in My Son’s.

You are righteous in My eyes because of Yeshua alone; nothing more and nothing less. His sacrifice made possible the extension of God’s grace, mercy, truth and forgiveness. Apart from this, there is no righteousness. Many are perishing because of their lack of knowledge of the true Messiah.

As I release My expression in greater measure into the earth realm, there will be both sinner and saint who will rise to express who I AM. Can I not release a Sound so great that all who are going to hear it will be thrust into that very Sound itself? Both the mighty and the weak will long to hear it. Those who are of My Kingdom will carry My Sound in greater measure. I will astound many by the Sound of Heaven. Get ready for this awakening frequency to enter your hearts.

The greater the sound, the greater My authority that will awaken those whose hearts are troubled. Lean not on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge [submit to] Me and I will make your paths plain [evident] (Proverbs 3:5-6). Shalom.”
Friday 4:07pm

thank you Michelle.

Can a Believer go to Hell??

I have attended a lot of funerals in the last couple years. It becomes much more frequent as we age.  I am coming to a conclusion.  One that I didn't always believe.  One that is harder to sell if you are trying to build a church.  God's grace is much greater than any of our sin, rebellion, apathy, behavior and discouragement.  The imposition of how others should live and still make heaven is OUR standard, not God's.  There is supernatural power in coming to faith in God. Once we do become his son or daughter, HE is not willing to disown us.  Not willing to turn us away.  We are first among those who are those about whom it is said, "Not willing that any should perish".  Once we enter into that place in God, even for a time, we are connected in a Fatherhood.. a supernatural parentage.  His heart is towards us.

I mention that because as I see friends and relations pass into eternity I see the reality that there is a place at the table.. the wedding feast.. for them.  Even if in later years in pain they seemed to drift,  God didn't. "The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Lamentations 3:22-23    NEW every morning.   Even the morning when we step from time into eternity.

Can a once saved person go to hell? Sure. A complete rejection of GOD, or never coming to him in any way at all (Romans 1) will condemn a person.  However even if it is possible to claw your way to hell after you have been saved... it is incredibly difficult.  Even if a person THINKS they are faithless, a relationship is not severed by that level of ignorance.  If a person becomes a child of God and yet for whatever reason (offense) never darkens the door of a church for decades they are still an heir.

The road to hell is wide.  People choose it and never find that relationship that can save them.   The narrow way is still narrow...but once you find it... you cannot easily be taken off track... or turned back. And as you travel it gets easier.. seemingly wider.  Entering into his grace is a narrow way but walking in his grace is a 6 lane highway.  New every morning.

So what then of heaven?  If there are various levels of punishment and torment in Hell (and there is good biblical evidence there is) there are levels of a rewarding eternity in Heaven.  Fullness of Joy. "You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever." Psalm 16:11       It will look and feel different to those who knew HIM well in intimacy here and now.  Fullness there will be really full.  Those who were less intimate will have fullness but it will be less.  I'm not sure we will know, but in the fullness there will be joy slums.  In that way, finding intimacy here and how with our Father will be rewarding eternally.  Many people who lived in deep poverty on this earth but who know their God will have fabulous mansions of Joy Unspeakable full of Glory there.  Others who may have lived very well here, but without the depth of intimacy will find themselves in shantytown heaven. Still there... but not all that mansion-like.

I will not preach a person into heaven, nor out of it.  I will however point to the one who occupies that place and His heart towards us.

Jesus Was Tempted in 3 Areas - So Are You by Os Hillman

"Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil" (Matt 4:1).

Jesus was led into the desert by the Spirit to be tempted by Satan! After 40 days of fasting, when Jesus was at his weakest physically, Satan came to Him. He tempted Him in 3 areas where you and I are most tempted. Why would the Father require this? Jesus needed to affirm to Satan who He was and from whom He gained His authority and provision.

    1) Our Identity
"'If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: "He shall give His angels charge over you," and, "In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone."' Jesus said to him, 'It is written again, 'You shall not tempt the LORD your God.'" Jesus understood His identity and refused to allow Satan to redefine Him. Do not allow Satan to define your identity from anyone or anything other than God.

    2) Our Authority
"Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to Him, 'All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.' Jesus said to him, 'Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'" Jesus' authority was rooted in doing only what He saw the Father do. He did not use fleshly authority.

    3) Our Source of Provision
"And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, 'If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.' But He answered and said, 'It is written, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God."'"

Today, realize your identify resides in being a son or daughter of your Heavenly Father. Your authority resides in being led by the Holy Spirit. Your provision comes from your Heavenly Father.

When hard times come...in a church... how you react is who you are

I have studied a bit of Psychology in my day. Studied with one of the Greats. Dr James R. Noland. Back in the 70s. I learned some things about human behavior, stress, fear and our reactions to them. It is fascinating to see how it applies to those who lead churches and fellowships. When stress comes, difficulty, financial, membership drifts, stagnation, a fear that things are going downhill.. leaders will react according to their personalities. Most of the time it is going to produce negative results.

1. One is to TRY HARDER. Turn up the volume. Turn up the heat. Hype the deal. They over-promise and under-deliver. The very thing they fear comes true. Down in flames. Noland called this YELLOW

2. Another reaction is to tighten up control. NO ONE Gets the microphone except the anointed leader. Every song is selected. Every move scripted. It tries to have the look of spontaneity but it has the stench of bureaucracy. One that cannot be overcome by any kind of anointing. STUCK! Noland called this RED

3. Another is to roll back the clock. IF it is a church who's roots were liturgical and traditional, when a stumble comes, the reaction is to retreat to tradition. Robes. Sacraments. A sermon series rented from sermon.com. The worst I saw recently was a sermon virtually read from a book the pastor used as a foundation. Regurgitating someones else's manna. Unsanitary and tasteless. When you see a church retreating further and further back into it's roots... chances are you are watching the death rattle beginning. Noland called this GREEN

4. Another is to do nothing. Be free. All unplanned. No organization. No consideration for anything resembling order. The idea is, "We'll just show up and let the Holy Ghost do what he wants to do". That will work once.. maybe twice. BUT there must be some sense of what that looks like. I would refer you to 1 Corinthians 14 for a sense of this. The reason this happens is an overreaction to the fear based actions of leaders who demonstrate one of the other scenarios above. Noland called this BLUE

There is a RIGHT WAY: The fact is, a leader who is fully self aware, self confident and full of the Holy Ghost will not find difficulty threatening. He or She will move ahead with the knowledge that there are some things that will happen in the meeting. How much, how long and how it looks will be somewhat free and flexible. He will allow things to happen without attempts to impose hype, structure or tradition on them. He knows where this is going. He is free enough to let it happen. The basic elements are present. Worship, Prayer, Devotion, a chance to give, Prophecy, A word, ministry time, fellowship and a blessing. All in about 2 hours. That's what happens every Tuesday night (nearly) at Crusaders. It roots in the capacity of the senior leader to have confidence in his Destiny as a leader. He holds it lightly. He doesn't grasp. Yet, he stewards and nurtures those God has put in his way. It works.

I would that all fellowships were such. Most are not. I said the other day that it had been a long time since I came back from a Sunday morning service saying, "That was Awesome". Not so on Wednesday Mornings after a Tuesday Night like we had last night... AWESOME.

When Prophecy Paralyses

Prophets need to consider what they are saying.  Some shoot from the hip without any consideration for the burden they put on the Body of Christ.  For that reason prophets are disdained and many churches no longer hold them in any esteem.

There is a place for warning of impending disaster and cautions as the Spirit of God quickens a prophet.  Sometimes that word shut up in the bones of a prophet has to mature and be delivered to the right person at the right time.  I'm not talking about compromise.  I'm talking about wisdom.

Many people look to the prophets as clues for the conduct of their lives.  In Jeremiah's time he had to bring the exiles the news that all the smooth and happy prophets were wrong.  They kept telling people to get ready, that real soon now they were going to go home.  Escape.  Jeremiah had the task of telling them the truth, they weren't going home for a long time.  That they should marry, build houses, plant crops (even vineyards) and begin to occupy the land.  Change the circumstance rather than look for an easy out or continue to feel trapped and victimized.  He waited until the right time.  Then he told them what God said, "I have a hope and a future for you" ... read ALL of Jeremiah 29 to get this in context

Today, many of the prophetic utterances, particularly those centered around end times events are like the happy prophets of Jeremiah's time.  They point to the evil system around them, but offer people hope that real soon now, a deliverer will come and they will escape this persecution and bondage.  That keeping their head down, pray, and hope... that soon all will be well.  Soon return and rapture.

The problem with that kind of prophetic utterance is it didn't prepare people to deal with the day to day troubles they were facing.  They were instructed by prophecy not to do anything but wait.  Keep their eyes open.  SOON.  SOON.

Meanwhile the times and seasons came and went without any resolution. A generation lost it's capacity to be influence for good on the culture around them.  They were passive, fearful and cautious when God's real destiny for them was to be aggressive, bold and fearless.  It's just like today.  Much of the prophetic that warns of end times events using  the daily news as a guide are misguided.  YES.. History has cycles and if we know Bible Prophecy well we will recognize them.  Satan has no new schemes.  The news we see is not harbinger, it is revelation of the cycles.

When I hear some prophesies I am reminded of Proverbs 22:13.  "Look, there is a lion in the street, if I go out there I will be killed and eaten".  How did he know there was a lion?  Who told him?  Why is his first reaction to hide?  Where is the prophetic instruction for dealing with rouge lions?  Is there a lion there at all?  Don't they hate being around people?  Did you see the Lion Mr Sluggard?  Is this all a rumor?  What prophet told you this?  Where is your faith?  Why the fear?

In Ecclesiastes 11:4 it says: "Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap".  Right now in the prophetic we have many who are telling people to look out, the wind is about to blow,  Caution, the rain is coming.  Both are true..eventually.  BUT there is a problem.  Prophetic Paralysis.  The Preacher of Ecclesiastes talked of this in Chapter 11.  He said.. time to move forward.  Time to plant.  Time to build. Not time to hide.  Listen to what he says... it's right for these times of wind and clouds with rumors of lions in the street.

Invest in Many Ventures
Ecclesiastes 11:1 Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return. 2 Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land. 3 If clouds are full of water, they pour rain on the earth. Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where it falls, there it will lie. 4 Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap. 5 As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed[a] in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. 6 Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.

WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD

God needs industry and productivity in His kingdom.  It's been too long that the Body of Christ is trapped in the house fearing lions in the street. (antichrist).  Too long that it has been hesitant to plant or reap (Tribulation).  Hoping rather to be taken out rather than stand and fight (Rapture).  Willing to let the culture go to hell rather than speak out against it as Amos did in his prophetic role. Time to stand in faith to advance the Kingdom.  It's God's purpose.  I can tell you prophetically there has never ever been a time so right for the Hammer of God to encounter evil as directly as it must today on the anvil of judgement.  You are that Hammer.  The truth in God's word is the Anvil. As you suspend a plumb line of right and just against a crooked and perverse generation you will bring back into alignment the very thing you fear.

The antichrist spirit will persecute you. There will be troubling times.  Perhaps great troubling times.  YOUR ability to stand above those days will be a beacon of hope for those who fear.

Stand and deliver.. it's your day.  Don't allow prophecy to paralyze you.

James W. Goll: The Penetrating Power of the Prophetic

The Purpose of the Prophetic
A. Revelation 19:10
1. To have a personal revelation of Jesus Christ.
2. To know Him and to make Him known; to carry a testimony of Christ – this is the primary purpose of the prophetic.
3. To know the future is not the primary focus of the prophetic.
B. Matthew 16:13-17
1. [Jesus] said to them [disciples] "But who do you say that I am?" (v. 15).
2. And Simon Peter answered and said, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God" (v. 16).
3. ..."Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father Who is in Heaven" (v. 17).
4. Peter's bold confession of who Jesus was came by prophetic revelation, not by natural understanding.
5. It takes God to know God!
C. I Corinthians 12:3
1. Paul said, "...No one can say 'Jesus is Lord,' except by the Holy Spirit."
2. The true prophetic purpose is to reveal the Lordship of Jesus.
D. The True Prophetic Pierces Defenses
1. Read John 1:35-51 – In this passage, Nathanael's barriers are overcome by piercing revelation of words of knowledge and discerning of spirits through Jesus.
Woman at the Well2. John 4:7-26 – In this lesson of the woman at the well, we see demonstrated how the prophetic pierces our defenses and barriers (Photo courtesy: Simon Dewey):
a. She was a woman.
b. She was met by a single man.
c. They were not of the same race.
d. She was a "half-breed" Samaritan.
e. She worshipped false gods.
f. She was an adulteress.
g. She was deceitful, having lied and withheld the truth.
h. True prophetic revelation broke down the defenses and she responded to His message.
i. She acknowledged Him as a Prophet and recognized Him as the Messiah.
3. Revelatory gifts are like anti-tank missiles used to shatter the enemy's schemes, expose darkness, and release freedom to the captives.
The Source of Hostility
As it was in times before, so it is today. The people cry, "...The prophet is a fool, the inspired man is demented..." (Hosea 9:7-8). Snares and hostility await him.
A. Reasons Why Snares and Hostility Abound
1. Because of the sin of man. The original sin of man is rebellion against God's Word. In the heart of man, there is hostility towards the entrance of God's Word. The Holy Spirit does an intrusive work. Note the revelatory word does not compete with the Word of God – i.e. the Scriptures – it compliments it!)
2. Because of the offensive way it is packaged.
a. I Corinthians 1:26-28 – God chooses the foolish things to confound the wise.
b. God's package was often offensive:
i. Moses grew up as an Egyptian prince in Pharaoh's house.
ii. Peter was sent to the Jews,
iii. and Paul, a Jew, was sent to the Gentiles (see Galatians 2:7-8).
c. God offends the mind to reveal the heart.
3. Because of the method God chooses to reveal Himself. Numbers 12:6 tells us that He speaks in veiled ways prophetically through dreams and visions. Stumbling blocks are often placed in the pathway to create a seeking heart and the grace of humility.
4. Because of the lack of appreciation. The three-stage process of revelation, interpretation, and application can equal a three-stage problem.
B. The By-Product of Hostility On the Prophet
1. Now, the risk is not in promoting the prophetic (in a wrong way), but of putting them to death with the sword of the tongue.
2. A prophetic person might react to the hostility and become:
a. Adversarial
b. Outside of the ranks of the Church
c. Judgmental in the words released
d. Isolated and unsubmitted
3. The people then begin to refuse the prophet and his word – often, then, the prophetic person reacts accordingly.
4. God's intention, though, is for the prophetic (as well as for the other ministries) to operate in a team-context of peers and friends, with mutual support being a blessing to one another. The safety net of a caring community and team ministry is a vital and necessary ingredient.
Personal snares: IdentityC. Personal Snares
1. There can often be confusion over the issues of personal identity and security.
a. Your identity is who you are. We must cultivate an understanding of who Christ is in us and who we are in Him as our foundation for life and ministry.
b. Your function is what you do. But let us proceed wisely here, as our foundation in life and in the Body of Christ will go through many changes. A measure of significance is found in our placement, but our proper identity must be found in Christ.
c. You are not what you do!
d. You are loved because of grace, not because of how well you perform or how dynamic your gifting may be.
2. As a result of personal internal snares:
a. The prophetic person can become stubborn and dogmatic – not so much because he is so rebellious and wicked but because he is just trying to survive!
b. Extravagant attempts then come forth claiming "God says" everything. These can be said louder, longer, with more emotion.
c. An unteachable spirit can settle in, "I hear from God! I learn from no man!"
3. Misconceptions about the release of the prophetic message:
a. You are going to have a "public ministry" becomes the goal. This is the wrong goal and idea. First you are called to function at home, at work, at school, and then elsewhere according to His will.
b. People often have the misconception that one of the highest forms of prophetic release is the spontaneous and ecstatic word that is spoken. Instead, one of the highest forms of prophetic release is intercession.
c. What is the prophetic presence and gifting for, then? It is first of all for you!
d. Our goal is not to be known by being right or the best. Our goal is that Jesus Christ may be made known! With proper foundations in place, proper ministry may proceed forth.
How We Handle Genuine Prophetic Ministry
A. I John 4:1-3
Test every spirit to see if it is from God. What ideas, concepts, teachings, or information are coming forth? What is the "heart" of the issue? Is the Cross of Jesus presented as the source of life?
The WordB. Don't Be a Prophecy Junkie!
The revelatory word compliments and does not compete with the Word of God. Be a Word-aholic first! Let the revelatory gifting be the icing on the cake – not the main course.
C. Understand the Nature of the Prophetic
1. Most words are invitations to respond to God with conditions that first be met. Few are declarations that something will automatically come into being.
2. Few are immediate, "now" words. Most are words that help us in the process of becoming.
3. Few words get us out of our dilemma. They are used to shed light, comfort, and encouragement to continue on. There are no shortcuts with God!
4. Direct your faith on the God of the Word. Your focus is not on the promise but on the God who promised. When our faith is misplaced, it produces fantasy and unreal expectations.
5. Realize the clarity and cost equation. What God counts as significant will often have great opposition by the enemy. Paul was warned repeatedly of how much he would suffer for Christ's sake. Every promise contains a cost.
6. Give room for "time lapse." As most words are invitations toward an end, there is a duration of time in between while the person is being prepared for the promise.
7. Knowledge is not our primary goal! The prophetic words are tokens or signposts pointing the way to the One Who is the answer.
Don't Throw It Out!
A. I Thessalonians 5:19-20
Do not put out [despise, quench] the Spirit's fire [prophecy, passion, zeal]...with contempt (NIV). Due to errors, failures, and abuses, the temptation can be to despise the whole mess! But hold on! Don't put out the Holy Spirit's fire by overreacting (see I Thessalonians 5:19-20).
B. II Thessalonians 2:2
...that you may be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.
1. Do not become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy.
2. There are two ditches to avoid:
a. Discarding, rejecting, and becoming unsettled by the prophetic.
b. Being enamored and captivated by it.
C. Hold Fast To That Which Is Good!
It is worth the journey. Great benefit will come as we cultivate the character needed to carry the gift (see Ephesians 4:1; I Timothy 2:2).
Blessings!

The ONE THING MORE Powerful than Prayer

First.... so there is no misunderstanding.. I believe in prayer.  I pray. I was there when the house of Prayer in KC was opened.  I was a founding member of the House of Prayer in Bolingbrook IL.  I have been part of and led many prayer meetings.  I want to be where people of prayer are.  Prayer changes things.

YET.... I know people who's lives are NOT changed by prayer.  People who pray. People who know God. People who for one reason or another are praying empty meaningless prayers.  YES... you can pray and have it fall on the floor like a lump of lead.

Here's a truth.  I got this early this morning.  Nearly every time Jesus was appealed to by someone, he asked for an action from them.  He held a great promise, but he asked for them to DO something.

He was saying, I will do what you request, but you must do what I tell you to do. YOU ARE PART OF THE ANSWER TO EVERY PRAYER YOU PRAY.  IF you are unwilling to do what God tells you to do, then don't bother to pray.  It's close to taking the name of the Lord in vain.

I can find lots of illustrations of this in the Bible.  I could beat you over the head with them... shooting a Gatling gun of Bible Bullets.  That is not my intent. I assume if you are reading this, you already know what the Word says.

So, IF you pray, and you should, HOW do you KNOW what to do?
  1. It's in the word of God... do what it says.
  2. By sound instruction and teaching that moves you to act or react a certain way.
  3. By personal revelation that does not conflict with #s 1 and  2.
  4. By a Prophet of God confirming or directing you on what you are hearing.
  5. By waiting on God long enough to know what He IS saying to you.
  6. By asking Father this: "If you are going to answer my prayer, what do I need to do (or stop doing) to make it happen (possible)?"

Note, I did NOT say by wise counsel.  There is too little of that available today.  Not everyone who you consider wise is.  Multitudes of counselors can lead you over a cliff.  YOU need to know in your knower.  There is great peace in praying a prayer that you are in cooperation with.  One that you know will produce much fruit.  Don't go too far trying to ask PEOPLE what to do.  Ask FATHER!

I know this, it is not enough to pray and then remain silent when some enemy rises up against the answer.  We can and must be willing to trust HIM to act in our behalf.  We must be certain we are not acting against our own prayers.

To obey is better than sacrifice...even better than the sacrifice of prayer and praise.

Don't call a prayer meeting that doesn't result in clear direction sought from GOD.  It's like this, HOW would you know if your prayers were answered...?

Pray Trust Obey.... There's no OTHER way

FATHER and father

I read this from Kris Vallotton this morning:

By Kris Vallotton

KVMinistries.com

5 things fathers are Divinely designed to provide for their families:

1- they demonstrate and articulate the felt love of God and set the standard of holy affection in their homes.

2- they meet their families in the field of forgiveness and restore their brokenness with the robe, the ring, and the sandals, when they fail.

3- they create a safe place for their families to leave the boat of mundane living and step out on the high seas of the great adventure of faith in God.

4- they protect their families from predators, complainers, dream robbers, nay-sayers and doubters, while living holy and humble lives.

5- they provide substance, inspire extreme generosity, and demonstrate compassion for the poor.

Happy Father's Day and happy fathers day! May our Heavenly Father teach our earthly fathers how to love well!

WE HAVE THE BEST FATHER IN THE WHOLE WORLD

Ties that Bind are Eternal

The Old Hymn Rings True:

Blessed Be the Tie that Binds
1. Blessed be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like that to that above.

2. Before our Father's throne
We pour our ardent prayers;
Our fears, our hopes, our aims are one
Our comforts and our cares.
3. We share each other's woes,
Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows
The sympathizing tear.
4. When we asunder part,
It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,
And hope to meet again.
5. This glorious hope revives
Our courage by the way;
While each in expectation lives,
And longs to see the day.
6. From sorrow, toil and pain,
And sin, we shall be free,
And perfect love and friendship reign
Through all eternity.

I just connected with and arranged to meet a friend next month that I have known for 30 years.  We have only met a few times in person.  He is the reason I live in Illinois.

I am looking foward to seeing him again.  Meeting his wife.  Having them Meet Peggy.

Here's the prophetic truth.  Ties that Bind are deep, long lasting, eternal and precious.  BLESSED.

Every person I get to know in one way or another who is of like precious faith becomes a tie that binds us together... forever.

That give me great comfort.  I may never see you in the flesh.. but I will see you eventually.... eternally.

Kim Clement: I've Wept Deeply - "Feeling Something Is About To Erupt"

May 25, 2013 - From The Den
Please hear me. I heard this word this morning, clearly, "I will restore today that which has been taken illegally, and even if My people have made mistakes."
Listen to what the word is – hear it now, please. Abraham lied about his wife; said it was his sister for his fear of death, and so the king took Abraham's wife and God visited the king early that morning in a dream, "Should you touch this woman, I will kill you. That man is a man of God." The king came to Abraham and the king said to him, "Why did you lie to me? I could have died because I took into my hands your wife." And he came with offerings to Abraham and said, "Here is your wife back. It's your mistake, Abraham, but along with your wife, I'm giving you offerings of goats and bulls and sheep and stock for I want you to be totally restored" (see Genesis 20).
It was a mistake that Abraham made. It wasn't the king's mistake, but even though it was Abraham's mistake, God restored that mistake; God restored him, not only with his wife back, but with much in blessing.
Even If It's Your Mistake That Caused Your Loss
Today, this is what God tells me to tell you. Even if it's your mistake; even if you're the one who made the mistake and you've lost it, God said, "I will restore it to you today but I will pay back twice the amount, four times the amount, five times the amount, 100-fold – if you would come to Me in faith today, I will do it," says the Lord.
Codebreakers Discussion of Russian Naval Troops and Gathering Off Syria
"And what shall I say about this," says the Lord? "What shall I say about these who speak with lofty words and their mouths utter words as if they were the Lord, God themselves! What shall I do about them? Shall I take their tongue and rip it from their mouths? Enough of this talk; there is too much speaking. There is too much – too much boasting and double talk." God says, "It's enough. It has come before Me as a stench. But now watch how I will silence some of these mouths, because you see, there's power in the tongue."
The Spirit of God says, "There's power in the tongue. I gave that tongue." But now the Spirit of God says, "As Sunil said, 'The split tongue that would speak two different things.' Is it not I that can take the tongue and pull it out?"
God says, "Why do I speak as if I'm angered? For I hear again that they want to come and take from My Israel that which I just granted them for their survival, for their children and their children's children and their descendants to come. Did I not say to Abraham, It's for your descendants forever? Israel is forever! Israel is forever! Therefore, you are now rising up against them – I will rip your tongue out and two of these leaders shall no longer have the power to speak."
God, I pray today, as You've spoken now, that You would destroy the power of those words that are coming and spreading throughout the world against Israel, against ecclesia, against the Church that You are building, against America the great. Oh Lord, I pray that You would stop some of these words for a season and that You would offer us Your word through the prophets and that You would speak through the prophets that constantly tell us the judgments of God and the doom of the future. You have promised us that You would take care of us on this earth so that Your Gospel could go to every ear and every home, and "It shall be so," says the Spirit of God.
Let's flow with this Codebreakers today. You know what happened there; I didn't even think about it. I was getting a little uncomfortable because the Spirit came on me and I don't want to interrupt you while you were talking. But I almost felt like they've overstepped the mark. I don't know how many have been killed in Syria (Sunil says estimates are 80,000 people)– 80,000 people! People say, "Well why didn't God just do something?" He is doing it. We're seeing what's happening amongst those people; there is such a revival taking place in Syria that you won't hear on the news – a move of the Spirit because those people are crying not to Allah – they're crying to God, and in turn, God is turning them to Christ. So as much as they're trying to imprison in Iran, the pastors and the Christians, it's just spreading. My point is – He is doing something about it.
Israel Is Forever
But I felt almost a "Vengeance is Mine," says the Lord, and if it's His, then it's not within our power to do. It's already taken care of. But I felt that vengeance rising up and saying, "OK, they're planning to steal the resources so that My people will not be forever."
Hear me out. It was brought to my attention that He said to Abraham, You and your descendants, forever. The reason that I'm calling Israel is forever, forever, is because it is forever. Somebody wrote once and said nothing is forever. Well, anything God puts together is forever and the reason I called it that was because I was prophesying to the land when I was there. When I went to do the gathering at the Tower of David, you gathered with me. We heard great revelations and words that are still coming to pass. But I went back again, to the land, to prophesy into the land like Elisha did, and others – to bring resources from nothing.
So I felt like God took this very personally, that they're not only trying to attack, and all these weapons that they're using against Israel to destroy it – they never will, as long as He has a mouth that will speak and a promise that will be reminded to Him.
Author and FinisherBut now they're trying to take away the resources and destroy them again; therefore, I felt a vengeance coming up and God saying, "Kim, I want you in Israel, whether you go with God TV or not. You get to Israel" (because we are going with God TV and you can join us - click here.) Please do it; stand with me on that soil in August of this year. But we're going to go back again – we're already planning it, again later on – because God has told me, "You must dedicate yourself not only to America and to some of the nations that I've told you, but to Israel again."
He's put me on a special fast for it and there's been tremendous – I've never, in 34 years, and I'm saying this today in 34 years – ever had the kind of warfare and struggle that I've had personally, ever. I've never had it like it is right now. It's the most painful thing, and I've had to endure this. I wept for three days in my garden – wept and wept – and I don't weep easily. Wept, feeling like something is about to erupt, and I have to be present to the moment.
He shoved me in China; He's making me go back again – things I don't want to do. And now telling me today, here on this program, "I want you back in Israel. I want you back there, prophesying to the land; I want you to sing songs and your mantle and whatever I give you will bring the preservation." But He did say, and I heard this clearly, "I want to rip out some of these tongues." Now I don't know what that means; they could stop speaking or they could be not voted back into power, I don't know what it is, but God help them.
I have a new commission. Today it came, and it's regarding Israel. So obviously, I'm going to be needed there more than I thought. Please understand that I love the Den more than anything else. I never thought I'd feel this way about being in one place all the time, but I am so in love with you and the Den. But He obviously gave me a new commission, and with a new commission (and I say new, it's a new thing that came to me today) - that I need to go there more. I need to meet with these people like the mayor and different ones that God has opened up to me, but also to put my prophetic voice there; pray on the borders, pray in the various places. He wants me to go; He'll tell me what to do. (Photo: U.S. News)

The Futility of Excessive Frugality

I was driving by a man's property yesterday.  The Lord spoke to me about his futile life.

He is one of the most FRUGAL men I have ever known.  OK, Frugal is being kind.  He is CHEAP.  STINGY.  I know him well enough to know that money is more important to him than almost anything other than his family...and I'm not certain about that.

So he lives friendless, on the cheap, denying himself or his family anything.  So you know, he is a man of means.  Owns property and businesses.  He's just an Ebenezer Scrooge.  I confronted him about his behavior.  He called me and I felt like it was time to bring him to account. He didn't take it well.

So now he lives his empty life.  To be clear he IS a christian. Dutch Reformed.  That will explain a lot.  There is a disease that invades the Psyche of many Dutch Reformed Christians that equate frugality with godliness.

I am all for being frugal. I think we need to be wise.  But when money becomes our GOD... we lose touch with reality.  He has reached that point.

WHAT will it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his eternal soul?  That question was not asked of a pagan, but a person who became frugal when he had a chance to be generous.

In the last years I have learned one truth.  Righteousness equals Generosity.  If you quote the verse, "I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor the sons of the righteous begging bread"  You better know what it means to be TRULY RIGHTEOUS.

The futility of frugality is what takes the throne of our heart?  Father says... your RIGHTEOUSNESS must EXCEED that of the Pharisees.  The Pharisees according to scripture were very selfish.

Don't be as they were .....or as many today are.

Being Led by God by Os Hillman

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8,9).

How do you know what thoughts are your thoughts versus God's thoughts? One of the great paradoxes of walking with God is discerning the difference between a "natural idea" versus a "God-idea." One of my mentors challenged me one day to make sure that my ideas and the actions I take are directed by God and not from my own reasoning. But being in a marketing profession, there is a constant rub between the "natural" and the "spiritual."

There are three places from which a thought or idea originate: 1) Our natural man, 2) Satan, and 3) The Holy Spirit. There are a few ways to discern from which place a thought is coming. If a thought comes into your mind that you know you would never have thought of, and it might be something you would not normally consider doing. This is likely God speaking.

I once participated in a conference when an offering was being taken to make up for a poorly organized event that left the organizers very short on funds. It was clearly a case of poor management. Nevertheless, I prayed. I assumed I would give a token gift. However, the figure that suddenly came into my mind was $1,000. I argued with God and struggled with my attitude. I thought He must have two zeros out of place! But I obeyed - as I knew that was not my idea.

In order to be obedient, we must not make advance decisions about a particular matter. Each of our decisions must be submitted to the Lord for His counsel to us, not just based on our reasoning.

Religion is the Demon Bride of the Church by David Smith

In the Book of Revelation, she is called the great whore of Babylon.

In the Book of Proverbs, she is called the Wicked Woman, sitting on the street corner - calling out to those that are young, and immature.

In the Book of Zechariah, she takes flight with her cronies to breed more of her kind.

She is the pious face of religion. She looks good.  She sounds good.  She dresses well. She SAYS that she is wise.

More often than not, SHE is a HE... and, I'm not talking about gender. I'm not even talking about people.  I'm not talking about poor training, poor upbringing, poor teaching. I'm not even talking about good intentions, bad method.

I'm talking about heart.  I'm talking about fruit.  I'm talking about power - true, spiritual, GODLY power.

The demon bride of the church corrupts the heart. It convinces the heart that we will NEVER be worthy!  Yes - God MADE us worthy... but we just cannot - EVER - LIVE a life that is worthy because we just do NOT have what it takes.

But... there are the "special ones" that DO have what it takes.  The demon bride of religion elevates the lives of men - and women - and tries to convince them that " if you just do what I do", you will become worthy.

The demon bride of today's church - religion - has no true power. It uses control, position, intimidation, and threats. If it has ANY power at all, it is POSITIONAL POWER.  With religion, POSITION is everything! Title is EVERYTHING.  Who you know is EVERYTHING!

The demon bride of religion has no true "Fruit of the Spirit".  The fruit that is DOES produce isn't really healthy.  It breeds sickness.  It breeds religion into the church.

I hate religion.

Religion turns a Loving God that simply wants relationship with His children into an angry, vindictive child of a god that is determined to HAVE HIS WAY, no matter WHAT!

Religion TRIES to be the Bride of Christ - but fails.  Religion TRIES to put on the proper "outward appearance" and often succeeds. Religion is good at deception.  Religion is good at looking good.  Religion is good at SOUNDING like the true Word of God.  Religion is good at getting people so distracted that they began to worship the demon bride of the Church instead of the One true God.  Religion tries to convince us that Jesus Christ will never - ever - come back until the Bride of Christ is Perfect. Prepared. Ready. Beautiful. Free of any taint.  Religion wants us to PERFECT the FLESH!

Religion lies.

God is Love.

God loves you. God loves me. When we accept Jesus Christ as Lord, and believe - in our heart - that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead - we ARE saved... for ALL of eternity.  You can lose that salvation.  I used to think that you couldn't... but, over the years, I found out otherwise.  But... there is a catch. The only (meaning without exception - EVER!) way to lose your salvation is to deny God repeatedly; you have to try your best to do anything and everything you can to PROVE to God that you do not love him. That you don't want him.  That you changed your mind.  It takes a LOT of effort.  It takes 24/7 HOURS of diligent sweat-producing effort for years and years and years of doing everything that the DEVIL can think of to get you convinced that God hates you.  Even then, it takes years and years of denying Christ before you lose your salvation.  Even then, you may not have tried hard enough.

God looks on the heart.  He is never fooled.  And He is LOVE.  God can out endure ANYTHING.  He never - ever - gives up on us.

BUT - the demon bride of religion says otherwise.

You have to try EVERYDAY to NOT lose your salvation!  If you have even ONE bad moment, you may have just committed the unpardonable sin!  Your salvation - indeed, your LIFE - is on the shaky cliff of indecision every moment that you breath.

Religion lies.

Religion tries to convince us that we need to "work on our works".

Let me show you what the Bride of Christ is.

Revelation 21: 9b, 10 -

"...Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife; And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Revelation 21: 2 - 7 -

"And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their God.  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son."

Jesus Christ will come back when it is TIME to come back!  Man has no say in the matter.  Man is NOT going to tell GOD when HE may send Jesus Christ back!

God is Spirit.  Jesus Christ has a new spiritual body that will never die!  Jesus Christ is never going to marry a bride that ends up as a dead body.

Jesus Christ will CLOTHE His Bride in a NEW, SPIRITUAL BODY!

Read 1 Corinthians 15!

Read Revelation 21... God is talking about MORE than a PHYSICAL BUILDING!  Study the word "CITY" - a city is PEOPLE!  Study God's Word!  There are TWO cities talked about in the Book of Revelation... and I'm not talking about the churches of the first few chapters!  There is the Bride of Christ - New Jerusalem... and, there is the demon bride of the world, the whore - Babylon.

If you look at the pagan religions of many cultures, and times, you see that a common practice is to prepare the "bride" for marriage to god. She is purified, and cleansed, and made to LOOK as perfect as possible; she is brought into the ceremony with great pomp and circumstance. Sometime she is raped by the god's chosen prophet; sometimes, she is sacrificed on an altar. Sometimes she has to dedicate the rest of her life into service to her "god" -which usually means serving those that are the "official representatives" of god. RELIGION tries to do, through works, what Jesus Christ ALREADY did.

Let those with ears to hear - hear!

BIG from Jane Hoyt

Prophecy is history written in advance. Some prophetic words are so big it is hard to live with them. They overwhelm us. The implications are massive. They open up such a huge space around us that we feel small and insignificant inside that space. However, God has spoken and we must grow to fit what He has seen in us.

Dealing with Disappointment

The word says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life." Proverbs 13:12

Sometimes that hope came in the form of a promise given by a prophecy or a belief that God would do this or that for you.  You may not have actually received the word, but you believe you received it and therefore you are disappointed.   Consider how disappointed the disciples were right after they saw the man they had invested 3 years of their life following and believing crucified naked and bloody on a roman cross.  That was disappointment.

So how does one deal with disappointment at that level?

First, look to your Trust in the God of ALL the universe.  You are heartsick.  You are discouraged.  You don't know if you even believe in God any more.  This really stinks.  You had YOUR heart set on this and now... nothing.  This can be really hard.  Yet.. HE is worthy of your trust.  HE is worthy of your faith.  IF you are having a hard time believing, that's about you, not Him.  You have no idea what this really can or will mean.  The doubts you are feeling right now are from the enemy of your soul.  If you allow it to control you it will defeat you. You are vulnerable to being knocked off course.

The destiny God set for you required that you go thru this before it manifests.  You would not have been ready to own it if he had given  it to you as you expected. He always gives just as much as you can deal with.  It is as it was for the Israelites coming into Canaan.

Genesis: 22The Lord your God will drive those nations out ahead of you little by little. You will not clear them away all at once, otherwise the wild animals would multiply too quickly for you. 23But the Lord your God will hand them over to you. He will throw them into complete confusion until they are destroyed. 24He will put their kings in your power, and you will erase their names from the face of the earth. No one will be able to stand against you, and you will destroy them all.

Second,  ask yourself, "What does this experience make possible?"   Your disappointment opened doors you don't see.  Right now the closed doors is all there is in your view.  You are stuck.  Shake off that dust and take another look.  There, right over there, is a possibility you haven't yet considered.  Test the door.  Look it over.  Sometimes disappointment opens doors you would never have considered without getting smacked as you just did.

Third.  Start Again.  Release as much as you can emotionally of what just happened.  It's hard but it's critical. You must consider where you are today after the disappointment as the new normal.  Don't go back and try to rescue the situation or compromise or try to make right.  Start again. You came THAT close to getting where you thought you were going to be.  You were disappointed.  Now start again. Expand your horizons.  Release the situation.  You are further along right now than you were a year ago.  You are now stronger.

There are Bible references that relate to this worth sharing.  When I went thru a very deep disappointment a little over a decade ago this saved me from going over the edge.

Psalm 46
1God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.c
4There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.

AND
Yet I am always with you;
you hold me by my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will take me into glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing I desire besides you. (Ps. 73:23-26)
This helped me a lot during those dark days:
Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
yet I will rejoice in the LORD.
I will be joyful in God my Savior (Hab. 3:17-18)

This too shall pass.  The rear view mirror will reveal the purposes of God.  This shall become a memory and you will see the greater good in it all IF you can Trust, Look at the Possibilities and Release the pain to Start Again.

That is the word of the Lord for someone I care for who has just gone thru a very hard thing.
